As for the science of kalam or Islamic philosophy, it plays a role in moving, making the mind healthy and straightening the mind, therefore Islamic philosophy deals a lot with the metaphysical dimension of humans in order to produce concepts that explain the essence of something. As for the dimension of Ihsan in its development, it gave birth to the science of Sufism, well, this science of Sufism plays a role in cleansing the heart, therefore Sufism deals a lot with the esoteric or inner dimension of humans. Well, in the previous explanation we have discussed that one of the dimensions of the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam is Ihsan, where in the further development of Ihsan gave birth to the science of Sufism. Well, this is what we will discuss today. What is the science of Sufism, which in terms of the science of Sufism is the science of knowing the state of the soul, good or bad, then determined to purify the soul from bad traits, filled with good traits and trying to explore the path to be close to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. Some Sufis interpret it as the development of knowledge about God in one's consciousness, which means the rise of a person to the point of realizing his humanity with all its principles and intrinsic values. makrifat is a light that is emitted to the heart of anyone he wants. This is the True knowledge that comes through disclosure and witnessing. This knowledge comes from Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala as Allah says, which means light above light. Allah guides to his light.
