No outrage and if you come out against him, man, they're coming after you. So, before we go any further, let's stay on what's going on with the uh the markets. Yep. They were down today. The Dow was The Dow was way down. Came back a bit. Let's see. Stocks resumed their decline as concerns over war flared up again with US crude topping $80 a barrel. Yeah, that's the language that they used. Yep. Let's see what happened here. Brent crude $85.41 cents a barrel. West Texas, it's up almost 20% this week and Brent crude's up almost 16%. The Dow was down today over 1,100 points. It closed down 784 points. The uh uh, the Nasdaq was down 0.26. And the S&P fell 0.5 6%. Both of them were down about 1.4% today. At the end of the day, they popped back up. And, uh, we're looking now at Brent crude and West Texas. This is the highest it's been since when there was inflation back in July of 2024. But, you don't have to worry about it because, uh, the fence secretary Pete Hegseth said in a briefing with reporters that the US is, quote, winning decisively. You ready? In its conflict. Those are the words that the media uses. It's not a conflict, it's a war. And more forces are arriving in the region. Isn't that nice? More forces. Bitcoin down a bit today. It's selling at around, uh, $71,000 a coin. It was down about 2,000 bucks. Gold is down $60. An ounce selling at $5,000 and $0.80 an ounce, but still about up 20% this year. And, uh, I got something very important to tell you later on about this. And and, um, again, one of the reasons why gold is going down, the dollar's going up. And this is the language that they use. The dollar resumed its climb on Thursday at a 3-month high. As CNBC says, as an escalating conflict in the Middle East kept investors on edge and drove demand for safe haven assets. How the could you call a dollar safe haven asset? This is this is something's being rigged here. They've rigged it before. I write it in the Trends Journal since your magazine in this week's edition about how JP Morgan Chase was fine $920 for rigging the precious metals market. Had the quote in there right from Reuters. So we're not saying it so we can't get sued for saying this. Facts are there. Is the government rigging this? Is the Federal Reserve rigging this? Gold prices should be spiking along with silver prices. But they're still high. And again, Bitcoin was down, but you know, I'm telling you I'm a bit bullish on Bitcoin. I think something's going to happen there. Anyway, that's just a thing. But going back to oil prices, let's go back and again to total total total total Oh, come on now. Trump said that gas prices are down now, but quote now below $2.30 a gallon in most states and in some places $1.99. And again, as we say in the Bronx, has its own sound and for all those who are not deaf, dumb, and blind and outside their little political box, they can see or hear his statements were total Again, when he said that according to AAA, the only state selling gas for around $2.30 a gallon was Oklahoma and it was $2.37. The average price of a gallon of gas in the United States when he said that $2.93. And now is everybody happy? According to AAA I just went on the air. Do you think the whole Iran conflict, again, it's a war, is providing some kind of opportunity reset and move on the next things, or is this a lingering story in your opinion? Well, he goes with this is Yardeni. Well, it's clearly a huge geopolitical event and uh potentially huge uh political geopolitical ramifications. Uh This could go if it goes well for the US and Israel and the other implicit allies in the region, you ready? Then Iran will be finally defanged. Their support for terrorism around the region uh will disappear. In my opinion, from what I've observed, is that Iran and I'm no uh military expert is that Iran has lost however, they haven't realized it yet. The Iranian command system has been annihilated. And now we've got a lot of brigades launching missiles and drones kind of willy-nilly. Isn't that nice? Launching missiles and drones killing innocent people willy-nilly. Willy-nilly. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps's navy has successfully targeted the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier. Spokesperson said on Wednesday that the carrier was intercepted and the Now they're saying the vessel has moved out following the impact and accompanying destroyers were observed fleeing the engagement zone at high speed. This is in the Straits of Hormuz. The carrier group has retreated more than 1,000 km away from the region, the spokesperson said. They also said that the aerospace force targeted the critical Israeli military infrastructure with heavy whatever they call these four ballistic missiles in the ninth wave that they called the true promise for operation. Yep. So, we're hearing two sides of the story and we don't know the true one. And there's a lot more, lot, lot, lot, lot more. And we're very concerned because Europe is going to join the fight. Brussels, Reuters March 5th NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte Look at his NATO Secretary General, little piece of Ruth.
