I'm going to be breaking down every backend piece, every script, every system that's printing him stupid money at the age of 21. Everyone's copying Bre's content, B's business, everyone's copying everything from Bre. And it makes sense cuz this guy's 21 and making over $1 million a month. But he's printing over a million dollars a month because of backend systems and his offer, not videos. He's not just posting a little bit of content and that's what's bringing him a million dollars a month. So today I'm going be breaking down the entire attention to cash machine, the traffic network, story funnels, WhatsApp flywheel, everything. And exactly what you can take away and steal today to make money yourself. And you don't need a team, a million followers, or to be 21 to copy it. You don't even really need to show your face depending on how you want to do this. So let's get into it. Firstly, why should you actually listen to this? Why is this not going to be a waste of your time? We're actually doing six figure months every single month at the moment and my agency is fully automated now. team and AI fully run the back end. Some people kind of call it an AI middleman, the info operator, anything like that. But this video today, this breakdown is for two people. Operators who want to build these backends for coaches, creators, consultants, work with them, and take a percentage of the business. I'll be explaining that a little bit soon. And by the end of the video today, you'll know exactly how Brez's system turns attention into cash and how to rebuild it exactly for you or your clients. So, let's get into the million-doll per month system because it all starts with content, right? And with Brez, I'm sure you've seen he posts a lot of content and I'm sure you see a lot of it as well. Brez has three main platforms. He's got Tik Tok, he's got Instagram, and he's got YouTube. Right where I want to start is his bios. As you can see, his bio in all three of these platforms is pretty similar. Now, what these bios do is they show he's a real person and he's relatable because it tells you he owns a lot of cool cars. And that's not to say that everybody owns a lot of cool cars, right? But it's a relatable interest for a lot of people. It's a relatable goal for a lot of people cuz everybody pretty much in his ICP, in his following wants to want some cool cars. are interested by cool cars, right? And not only that, it also then tells you what he does and what does he do? It's freelance brand scaling, which we're going to get into shortly as well, because that's kind of his unique mechanism, his unique branded term for SMMA to make it a new shiny exciting thing so he can make his own offer and and build his whole brand around it because SMMA is kind of boring. It kind of got saturated. It kind of died. So, he changed the name. He built a whole mechanism and it spiced it the up. And just to get into that even a little bit more, right, a big reason Blew up is because of his topunnel content. So it's not just about owning a couple cool cars and putting in his bio. Most of his topunnel content is car content. It's related to cars in some sort of way. And that hits a huge top offunnel audience that at that time doesn't even know really who Brez is, but everybody wants a fire car pretty much. It's universal. It's aspirational. It's sharable. And if you've watched Brez for pretty much more than five minutes even, you know the pattern. Every time he gets a new car, you can see some examples here, right? He goes ahead and he posts it and then you get the Bre effect, right? The car breaks, gets hit, he crashes or something wild happens. And not only does he get all the momentum and all the virality when he buys the car, that all happens again and again and again when the Bre effect seems to happen with pretty much every car he gets. And it's a whole system that's being put in place. Now, in his bio as well, the first CTA you're going to see is the CTA here and the link, right? And obviously the link does differ across the different platforms based on the awareness level and things along those lines, but we're going to get into that soon. So, one of the links he's got mainly on his Tik Tok bio is this link tree link. And within that, you've got how to start free on brand scaling live class, which is a new one, a webinar he's running. And you've also got apply to have me scale your brand, which is his agency website. Instagram, he's got the same exact thing but without the link tree because obviously Instagram lets you put two links on already. So again, how to start free on brand scaling live classes webinar and apply to have me scale your brand which is his agency and then again the exact same thing with YouTube. He's got his free Black Friday training which is his webinar and then he's got apply to have me scale your brand. He's got some extra links on YouTube as well because he's using a different system where he pushes people to value content and nurtures them and then pushes them to kind of a VSSL video on YouTube, a warm nurture video and then it's much easier to sell you through that kind of longer content based on the 7-Eleven for rule. But again, we'll be explaining that very shortly. Now, this currently, like I said, takes you to his live master class that he's going to be running. Usually, it is his free training funnel. So, I'm gonna I'm not going to go into this right now, but we will be coming back to this later and explaining the current live master class he's running, the webinar he's running, and his free training funnel. That's kind of the standard funnel he's usually running as well. But the other thing before we get into the offer, the funnel, how he actually makes all of his money with info, I want to kind of explain a little bit about his agency because one of the links goes to Bre Marketing for anyone who actually wants ads for their brand, their business to have his agency work for them and scale, you know, their brand. But if I'm going to be honest, his agency is really there mainly for social proof to show he actually does what he teaches, which is what a lot of people miss out on. It's a very, very basic website. It's a very, very basic system. But another thing Brea has done with his agency is partner with Mason. Cool name. Mason has actually came from Bre's's offer, right? He previously bought Bre's offer, you know, worked his way up, maybe got a few of his own clients, and then Bres brought him on as a partner within Bre's's own agency to help him run Bre marketing. And now he actually runs the agency Farrez, right? Managing it with him, allowing him to focus on his offer, his content, his brand without actually being hands-on with the agency, but still using the agency as social proof, proving he still does what he teaches. He's not some guru, scammer, you know, he's not just bullshitting, whatever it might be. And this is something a lot a lot of people miss out on, right? Because a lot of gurus fall apart. Whatever your client is teaching or whatever you're teaching, if you're the coach or creator yourself, you need to actually do the you teach no matter what. Don't sell a drop shipping course when the last time you touched Shopify was two years ago. Don't sell an agency program when you haven't run a client campaign since COVID. Stay in the trenches no matter what. Even if most of your money comes from info, it comes from a course, a program, an offer, mentorship, whatever, you should, you pretty much need to still be running the business model that you're teaching. Why? Because it builds trust. Incredible trust. And it keeps your product dangerously good. You stay up to date with the platforms, the changes, the trends, the client issues, the numbers. Most people don't realize how fast the game moves until they get left behind. Like look at now, right? All these different businesses, drop shipping, SMMA, whatever you want to call it. All these things, there's new versions of it. AI, drop shipping, AI, this one little change. AI has become this huge thing and everything's massively changed. Imagine if you were doing SMMA two years ago and now you're still selling a course on it. You can't implement AI. You've got no idea because you don't really run the business. It's all right? So that's why Bre keeping it keeping his agency alive even while doing seven figures a month from info. It's not for the money. It's not for the for the It's not for the couple things to make a video about, right? It's about the credibility. It's about the trust. It's about proving he actually does the thing he teaches and staying real and being truthful. So you got to respect him for that. He's put a system in place to make it look like he's doing it. But you've got to respect it still because he's still putting his money where his mouth is. He's got people working for him in the agency. He has got clients. So you can't say he doesn't know what he's doing, right? Even if he does have people managing it with him. Don't be a scammy little teaching a model that you don't even run. Your audience, I promise you, can smell that energy a mile off. And even more so, people that aren't your audience who will scroll past and see some I'm sure you've all seen it. Even if you are truthful, you'll get called out. So imagine if you are a little scamming bullshitter, you're going to get tortured. But yeah, that's pretty much it. And I don't want to dive into the agency too too much because like I say, this is just one small part of Bred's ecosystem. But that takes us on. Let's move on to his actual funnel he's running right now. So again, we've got his content. We've got his Tik Tok, we've got his YouTube, and we've got his IG. And across all these platforms, he mainly posts two types of content. I'm sure most of you have seen it if you've seen Brez, which I imagine you have. He's got talking head content and he's got lifestyle content. And they kind of mix together as well. So, if we're going to start with talking head, one thing that this does really well is make Brez come across as relatable. And he he pretty much is, right? Brez kind of comes across as some young kind of brain rock kid who's made it out, had that same kind of grind that most of you lot have had, most people have had or having. This is great because it's psy psychologically starting the sales cycle by making you think he's just like me. I also like that all this stuff. So, for example, in this video below, Bres is reminiscent about playing COD with his older brothers, talking about Call of Duty and all this stuff. Something that a lot of people, especially say my age, maybe your age, and a lot of people who watch Brez their age, right? Everybody seems to relate to it. So, as you can see, he's just sat yapping. There's nothing special about this video. I can't even show you it because there's no actual video really. It's just him yapping on. But then, if you look at the the comments straight away, you can start to see everybody relating to him, right? Me and bro relate. I know he says this and they're talking about the cars and everything making him more relatable. Did bro say that the the COD zombie map name? I can't even say it out loud. I'm not going to lie. Uh it's raining as well. Kino toten. Yeah, that's how you say it. But yeah, everybody's relating. Everybody's on the same page as Brez. And it also reaches a broader audience that probably isn't his ICP. Building up a bigger dream follower. But obviously as these guys come in as well, they watch more and more of his content. they start to get swiped up by the lifestyle and start to want what Bre has as well because Brez has made it from nothing or whatever. They want to do the same thing. They're the same person as Brez. They just haven't hit that big big win if you like he has. And that's the mindset he wants to instill in the people who watch him. So, they're going to start seeing motivational lifestyle videos. This just nurtures them further and gets them to want the free training or join the masterass to really understand what Brez does. Because unless you go on to his other channels or learn elsewhere, you're not really going to understand what he does or how it works. You might understand he's a freelance brand scaler, but what does that actually consist of? And until you kind of dive down a wormhole and try and look for yourself, you're not going to find that out because his main thing is top of funnel. He's not trying to teach you in these crazy viral stunts or videos, right? He's just trying to show you some flashy and go about his life. So, if you want to learn, you've got to go to his other channel that we're going to get into later, or you want to head into his free training, his master class, his webinar, whatever he's running at that point in time. And the main thing that we want to talk about is the free training because that's the thing that's running on autopilot 24/7. Another thing that Brez does that a lot of other coaches, creators, and consultants do as well is have a second channel dedicated specifically to value content. And that's what I said I was going to get into. And one thing I do recommend is if you are a coach yourself or you're working with a coach who has a smaller audience is to have them fully focus on valuedriven content. So you don't even need a second channel, right? Your main channel should be specifically talking about this middle of funnel, bottom of funnel stuff being raw, even kind of my style, right? And I'll fully explain why a little bit later in the video. But before we do go into his second channel and explain the middle of funnel content and his whole ecosystem around that, I do also want to mention he also had and has an army of clippers posting edits, posting content all across all these different platforms with short form accounts just like these examples here, right? Breales talk, breks lifestyle. And if you look at some of the views, these are just a random few examples, but look at the views these guys are getting. These are just random kids, right? Some of these 13, 14, 15 year olds or whatever. 500k views, 70k views, 150k, two million, three million. These guys are going crazy. And he's literally got a specifically for people who want to start clipping for him. It's kind of its own full ecosystem, right? So, what is clipping? Clipping is basically content multiplication. I'm sure you've seen it all over your Tik Tok, all over your for you page, your Instagram reels, whatever it might be. The clippers are just taking content from his vlogs, podcast, streams, everything, whatever, and they just slice it up into short form content and clips. Then they blast those clips across Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube shots, everywhere. And that is then, you know, magic how Bre's all over your for you page spamming you. You can't get rid of him. He's not recording 200 videos a day. Contrary to your belief, he's got hundreds of accounts, thousands of accounts, even posting hundreds of videos every single week that are all getting thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions of views. Now, when you go inside the they literally explain to everybody exactly how to get started. They make it super super simple and provide you everything you need. It's managed by Resa and he oversees the clip inside completely from Bre's's offer. So, again, Bres has people managing these systems for him. So, he can just carry on living his lifestyle and recording the content, doing what he enjoys. Now, what Resa does is set up different campaigns with different budgets just like you would do if you're running ads. Damn. So, if you're running ads on Meta or Google or whatever, you'll have campaigns, ad sets with their own budgets, with their own creatives, and you will scale them. This is set up the exact same way, and it's to incentivize the clippers and get them actually paid and make them actually post the content and put the work in. They've also got Google Drive folders with tons of content for these clippers and these kids ready to use, put the work in, grind it out, and just post so much short form. And of course, they also have a guide and course on exactly how to do it so we can get all these beginners started and ramped up quick. Now, they have actually just stopped the clipping campaign for now. And they've got the best guys on retainers and actually brought them into the team inhouse. So, they've got the best guys just killing it, doing it all day pretty much as a job, right? As you can see, emergency meeting announcements. They've literally just stopped it completely to bring everybody in in house. And in my opinion, I imagine they're going to get ring completely again very, very soon. but they're just going to be ramping up these guys in-house. Then they'll be bringing in the kind of external people back on board, too. But either way, let's get let's get back into it. All of this, the clipping, the content, everything is to drive that top of funnel traffic and flood social media, which is why you can't get him off your screen. And even though the campaign isn't actually active, there is still tons of accounts posting content and the clippers obviously they've got retainer as well. But as well as that, he's also running ads. And you might have even seen these, right? They're running ads to his content, his funnel, everything. You're going to see ads that are running to Bre's's Instagram profile, to Bre's's funnel, to Bre's's webinar. BR has ads running everywhere. And not only does he have these ads running on Meta, and you can see a few examples of the creators he's got here. Very basic talking head, you know, Tik Tok reply style videos, but he also is running Google ads, YouTube ads, and there's a lot more stuff, but I've only got the um the active ads in November visible here, and you can go take a look for this yourself. But they've got the whole ecosystem pumping 24/7 because I'm hoping this is starting to build a picture up in your head, right? He's got his own content grinding out, posting it every day, short form, every week, long form, everything, all going 247 on autopilot. But then from that, he's also got ads pushing people in, pushing more traffic 24/7. And then he's got his absolute army of clippers also pushing more people 24/7. So it starts to build the idea of, okay, it makes a bit more sense now why I can't get rid of this guy, why he's popping up everywhere. So this is the second channel that I referred to earlier, Roas Pres, and it's kind of the only source and value that he has organically right out out there. This is all middle of funnel content. That's what it is. You can literally see exactly how to start freelance brand scaling, how I build a 10K per month freelance brand scaling business if I had to start over, the ultimate freelance brand scaling course, Facebook ads tutorial. This is all middle of funnel. You can even take a look at more of the examples here as well. Now, middle of funnel content, if you don't know what it is, it's pretty much just value. It's education. These are the people who already know who you are. They're already in the awareness funnel. They've already seen a little bit of your content. They know who you are, whatever, and they're interested, but they're just not really ready to buy yet. So, these these people aren't looking for hype. They aren't really looking for even testimonials. They just need clarity. They need to understand more. And that's what middle of funnel content actually does. It does three things. It explains the method and gives the value. It builds trust. and then actually builds them up and prepares the audience for the pitch. So, this is where you're going to be breaking down systems, showing frameworks, talking through mistakes, and teaching the logic behind the offer, bei behind the mechanism, behind the system that you teach. So, you're not actually closing them yet. You're not really making money yet, but you're just getting the audience kind of to the point where closing them is going to become 10 times easier. It's the pretty much the bridge between I've seen your video and I'm ready to book a call and pay you. And as I'm explaining that, if you kind of refer back to what these titles and videos actually are, it'll probably start to click and make sense when you compare that to his other channel. And it literally is just something like this. In content, you have top of funnel, which is kind of what we talked about earlier with the cars, the lifestyle, and everything. You've got middle of funnel, which is more of the value stuff like we're talking about here. And bottom of funnel, we can get into a little bit later. But this is much more your people who are literally just looking for an excuse to press purchase right now. It's things like case studies, testimonials, and all this type of stuff. That's going to be your kind of bottom of funnel payment ready along those lines. Right now, even his second channel, it's got 80K subs at this moment in time with 21 videos. And as you can see here, ERT direct, that's a link we've not seen yet, and I'm going to get into that very shortly. And there is a reason for that link being here as well. But as you can see, all these videos are so so different to the ones that we mentioned in the top of funnel section. So, why does this work and why should you be using it with your clients? If you are work working with coaches, creators, consultants, or if you are a coach, creator yourself, here's why you should be using it for your own content, your own brand. When you're doing valuedriven, niche specific, micro niche content, we're going to call it, you're going to be getting probably way less views, but the views you're getting are way more valuable. They're worth so much more. And why is that? Because the people watching this content know exactly what freelance brand scaling is. They're probably doing it or at least they want to start doing it. They're in the five levels of awareness. They're already right problem aware, solution aware. They're maybe even product aware or at least moving towards it. So all this content in his second channel is tailored directly to his actual ICP, his ideal client profile, who are much warmer and way easier to sell to than his main channel, his top of funnel. Because a guy who might follow Brez for a Lamborghini might not be interested in learning freelance brand scaling and buying his offer. He doesn't see the Lamborghini. Whereas, if this guy gets nurtured a little bit more and starts learning from the second channel, there's 10 times more ch more likely chance of him actually paying and joining the offer, right? So, that's why in his description on this channel and in the other video descriptions on this channel as well, he can be way more direct with his CTA, which takes you directly to his application page. Like I said, the page that we haven't actually seen come up yet, his ERT, the one-on-one coaching offer. And that looks a little bit something like this. He's got a headline. He's got the elite round table kind of logo up here, the subhead. Do not apply before watching the video below in full. He has the VSSL. And then he has step two, the actual application to apply to work with Brez and join over 300 plus brand scalers as well. Now, you're probably starting to see that all of his content takes you to the same place, a landing page. And they might differ. The wording might be a little bit different. The steps in place might be a little bit different, but it's the whole it's the exact same ecosystem. It's the exact same thing. They're all landing pages leading you to the same end result. And that's the goal at the end of the day, right? So, here's his free training funnel. 95% of businesses need one skill, but don't know how to do it. And we're going to break that one down really quickly. First, this headline I just explained there hits every single psychological trigger in one line. Pretty fire. A huge start, a big promise, and a little bit of fear sprinkled in too. 95% of businesses need this skill. That's a madeup number obviously, but your brain doesn't really question it when you're reading it. It just thinks, am I in the 95%. And then, but I don't know how to do it. That's a gap opener. You make someone feel like they're missing a skill that they kind of should have. And the only way to fix that missing skill is the thing on the next page, which I'm pretty sure we can all imagine what that is. Now, the other option is the ERT link that we've just went over, the direct application link. This one has a different headline, right? Get access to the exact blueprint that has helped hundreds of people successfully start and scale their freelance brand scaling journey. Now, as you can see, pretty much everything else is very, very similar. Very much the same, but this one has a credibility credibility line. This is where the page stops feeling like a kid with a Lambo and starts feeling like a real business. Exact blueprint. That's not, you know, random some wording that's been put on there. That's a hardcore specificity cue, right? Not tips, not advice, a blueprint. hundreds of people. Again, the number is vague on purpose because vague equals safe. It sounds big. It sounds crazy, but it can't actually be fact checked. It's not some crazy statistic that's online, right? It's just vague. It's safe, but it's still good. It's useful for Bre's's funnel and for's marketing. Then lastly, we've got his new current webinar funnel. He's running, his masterclass funnel. The quiet skill I've used to generate seven figures without gambling on stocks. Gambling with a four. Crazy. buying inventory or trying to find winning products. And as you can see, right, he's talking on these other models. He's even talking on drop shipping, which some of his friends do. And that's kind of what you have to do when you're running a system, an ecosystem, a funnel like Brez is. And this is a classic, like I said, anti-gu angle. That's what it is. He's telling you, right, I didn't do crypto. I didn't do drop shipping. I didn't do any of the stuff you already failed at. It positions his thing, his method as advanced, the safe option. low risk, high reward, zero complexity. And calling it a quiet skill is smart because it makes it makes it feel like something hidden, something only a few people know. It's just complete positioning. And when you come on to this page, it makes you kind of feel special like you're getting getting in early. All he's saying is, I'm winning with a method that's not saturated. And that's the line that makes hundreds of people, as you've seen, right? 300 plus. It makes them all stop and pay 100% attention to the page. Then what you're going to do is go ahead and save your free spot for his master class and get involved. Right before we move on from there though, I do want to explain the VSSL because when we mention these two funnels, I explained the headlines, but I didn't talk about the videos on them, which is the thing that does most of the selling. So if we start with the free trading funnel, once you hit the landing page and see the headline that we spoke about, the next thing you see is the VSSL preview. But unfortunately, if I want to watch this video, I can't. If I click this on the actual page, nothing happens, which is unfortunate. So, when you click the big red play button, it doesn't actually play. It just completely gatekeeps you first. It's like, for sake, right now what? And you get a pop-up form. Fill out your info to get the mini course. And you see he's framing it again mini course. I'm getting value. So, he's asking us for our name, our email, and our phone number. And then we opt in. We click on unlock the mini course. Then, we finally get access, and we're able to actually watch the video. what we're desperately wanting so much what we've been desperately wanting so much to do, right? Watch this VSSL. It asks for your name, email, phone number. Like I say, you submit that and it unlocks the video. And once you get past that first landing page of the free training, it drops you straight onto the application page. And it's basically the exact same application page um that the Roas Pres channel pushes you directly to. And by the way, anytime you're asked for your info, your phone number, your email, whatever, it's not random as some people may believe, right? It's so they can nurture you harder. Of course, I feel like that's obvious at this point. And if you're watching this video here on my channel, you probably understand that because you're ahead of everybody else. You're going to get emails with free value, right? Testimonials, personal stories, value, nurture, all designed to push you further down the pipeline, getting you eventually closer to making that sale. a dialer might probably will actually even reach out to you checking whether you watch the free training or grab the lead magnet or whatever it is and seeing if you need any extra help, right? Or if you've got any spare bags of cash in your pockets pretty much. Now, like I say, on the next page, you've got the exact same setup, the same structure, the same layout, the same goal. It's just a little bit of a different design, but at the end of the day, as you can see, you've got a VSSL, you've got an application form, and then you've got proof, you've got case studies here at the bottom. So, let me go through each one. The VSSL, both funnels do the exact same thing right at the top of the page, the VSSL. And it's there for one reason, control the narrative. Short form content gets attention, of course. Top of funnel gets attention, traffic gets attention, but the VSSL converts that attention into real belief. The VSSL, the video sales letter, is where he explains the one skill, shows lifestyle, shows proof, and makes the method, the unique mechanism that he has feel incredibly simple. It basically warms you up. So by the time you hit the application form, you already trust him. You already believe in him. You kind of you're on Brez's side, right? It's not entertainment anymore. It's indoctrination. And that's the trick. And that's why it sits at the top in every single funnel that Brez has. Then you move on to the application form like I said and straight after the VSSL, both funnels push you into it. And this is where the funnel turns into an actual sales system. The form is doing three jobs. And again, the first one pretty obvious. It's collecting data. It's finding out what is your income, what are your goals, what is the timeline that you're wanting to get these goals in. What money do you have right now? What investment do you have right now? It's then also pre-qualifying you, which kind of ties in with that. It's filtering out the people who aren't ready, they're broke, it doesn't make sense for them, whatever else may be the case. And then it's framing the next step because if you are qualified for this offer in the application, it needs to frame you and move you into it subtly. Right? So here you're expecting a call, not a pitch. And it also forces a micro commitment. You fill in a bunch of boxes, you hit submit, now you're invested. And if you're qualified, it's going to push you all the way through. And people who fill in these long forms show up to calls at a way higher rate than people who just book in, right? It doesn't mean as much to them. And that's why both funnels use the exact same structure for the layout and where these application forms are and how they're set up. Next, we have the proof, the case studies. And at the bottom, we have a complete wall of them. Why? Because case studies do what VSSL's can't because the VSSL is selling the dream. It's talking about Brez's story and everything along those lines. But not everybody is BRZ. Not everybody believes in BRZ. But the case studies sell the proof. It's not Brez made money. It's this kid made 60K a month. This kid made 10 15k a month. This kid made 20k a month in college. This kid left college. All these different stories, right? It shows that people like you are winning. Not just bre people that are the same as you, from the same place as you, the same age as you, everything. It's the exact same structure that every high volume info business that's printing uses once they sort of hit that six, seven figure a month mark, that million a month mark. You're not sat on your phone, you're not in the car, whatever. It's telling you to bring a notebook, bring your laptop, hell, bring your grandma if she wants to make money. Pretty fire. On this page, there's an application. You just get two options. And after you pay for the VIP ticket or skip it and reserve a standard spot, you get sent to this page. Now, like I say, when you join his private group, it's a Telegram group. And in that Telegram, he's going to be nurturing you even further by spamming you with lifestyle clips, student wins, posts, voice notes, everything. In Telegram, you only see him. Every single message is tailored to warm you up and get you ready to buy. And as you can see, look at that, right? He's posting some of our team members wins. They're all copying cars, getting the bag, how how move be moving after signing their first client. He said it memes in. Everybody's reacting. Look at that. 1,700 plus views. Everybody's, you know, relating to him, interacting with him. Everyone's active as already to drop the bag on his new offer. And then he also has it loaded up and ready as an event in YouTube way before it even starts, right? Live in four days. Notify me. I'm not showing you, by the way, all of this system so you can run off and start your own freelance brand scaling offer. That really isn't the point and that isn't the lesson here. I promise you. I kind of just want you to sort of look over what we've went through so far and just think about it and look at the setup. What we've went over so far is Brett, his whole front end system. But what I want you to understand if you don't already, bre the guy right here, right? Absolute straight killer. Brez is the face. But this guy right here, who you may or may not know is Pierre. And Pierre is the operator. And that's kind of what we're going into a little bit more today. Pierre is the one in the background that you don't really see much of. He's building the systems, running the back end, and scaling the whole machine. And that's the position that I personally wanted or want or have. And that's the position that hopefully probably that you might want as well. Pierre's the perfect example of what being an operator actually looks like. He's just working with Brez. He's literally living with him. This is their new crib in Miami. They're living in a mad expensive place. He's bagging fire cars. He's very like introverted. He don't really give a about buying expensive things. I'm the exact same way. but he just went out and bagged himself a brand new Urus, which is pretty fire. But that's the point, right? You don't need a hundred clients in this model to get that lifestyle and do as you want. All you need is one high volume creator that you can scale with. And by high volume, I don't mean a million views or whatever it might be. High volume just means the offer that you're running. So, when you're locked in at that level, it's not just business. You actually become boys. You grow together and you run it the up as a team. And that's kind of the real appeal to a lot of people of being an operator. Because as you can see, right, one year ago, Bre is moving into my dream pen house at 19. Who is he moving in with? This guy, right, he moved in with Pierre, his operator that he works with that runs all this on the back end. Pierre coping big cars, Pierre in their new crib. They moved out and they moved into like kind of separate apartments and everything and they ended up moving right back in together into the Miami crib to run it the up again. So, what has Pierre actually set up? Because we see everything Bres does. It seems like Bres is working pretty hard, right? What What the does Pierre do? Is he just scamming him? Is he just leeching off his friend? No, I promise you he's actually not. But we'll explain it here. Pierre built out the whole system, the whole back end, the sales process, the automations, everything. He then de delegated and hired a team for different parts of the process. So to begin with, Pierre did a lot of things, but one extra thing he did was the sales. He actually did the setting and the closing himself. He was doing appointment setting. He was doing closing. He was doing sales all day on these calls, which is quite common for new offers and new partnerships in the info space. He then once it started getting a bit more scale replaced himself and hired a setter and closer. I think the first move he made actually was hiring a closer. He was setting himself and then he hired a setter as well. And then as they scaled they brought on extra setters, extra closers, you know, more and more. And then they moved into management. Now they have scaled to where they are today with an army of setters and closers. They've got tons of guys, right? They they run a killing absolute killer sales team. So shout out to them. But Pierre has now actually delegated the entire sales ops to Benny. So Pierre can focus more on the back end of the marketing. So Benny is now managing the whole sales process front to back. Now a little bit about him as well. Even though Benny's working under Pierre, who's technically kind of working under Brez in a way, even Benny is still killing it more than you can imagine. And that just shows how much Brez's offer actually makes. Everyone on the team is absolutely killing it. And these guys aren't big spenders at all. Yet Benny is still out there. He cpped himself a little Mayback and now he's just got a brand new one as well. But look at look at Benny. He's still popping off doing a little bit of content. But if you notice these guys aren't as active as Bre, right? They don't get as much views as Brez. They're not posting every week like Bre is because these guys don't need to. They work on the back end on Brez's team behind the scenes. And that's kind of the position that I wanted and the whole system that I set up. So let's get into kind of what what happens here, how it works, what is the system that gets set up. Firstly, on the front end, as we've seen, there's an application form. You know, every single funnel pretty much BZ has, apart from that webinar, there's an application form. Every time you or any sort of prospect goes in and completes his application form, speed to lead is very important. So, within five minutes maximum, a setter, a dialer is going to be trying to get you booked on a call with a closer, right? Going to get the the prospect booked on with a call with a closer, they're reaching out, they're calling them, they're texting them, everything. Now, from that point, if the prospect isn't qualified, they're going to get disqualified. Pretty simple. So, then they're going to be pushed onto some sort of downell or other offer or just in some kind of like long-term nurture sequence and like you can see here, nurtured further for future purchases through email, through WhatsApp, through SMS, and through sometimes following up with a dial from the sales team as well to see if you're ready yet, you're qualified yet. But if you are qualified, the goal is to get you booked on with the closer, get the prospect booked on with the closer who can pitch them on the offer. So, between getting you booked on and actually going on the call and getting inside the offer, firstly, the set is going to then send you a private VSSL, a value video, they must watch this. The prospect must watch this. You must watch this if you're booking a call before the call. It's non-negotiable. They make sure you've watched this video. Once you've watched that video or once the prospects watch that video, you're going to be added to a WhatsApp group with the with the setter and the closer. They're going to be getting manual and automated reminders. So, so if you join this group chat, you've booked a call and everything, you're going to be getting automated systems hitting you up, SMS, email reminders, value dense emails, and you're also going to get them reached out manually from the setter and the closer in the group chat, checking in, making sure you're going to show up, everything. Then, of course, you're going to actually have your sales call. And on that, the options are very, very simple. You're either going to close and buy the offer, you're not going to close, or maybe you're not even going to show up. So, if you get closed, you're going to pay. They're going to collect the cash and you're going to get on boarded. If you don't close, the options are simple. You're going to either leave either deposit to close in the future, you're going to tell them to follow up with you, or you're just going to not close. You're not interested. And there are systems in place for each of those. So, if you don't close, there's a manual and automated post call flow to get you rebooked in, to get you down sold, whatever the options may be. If you drop a deposit, they're going to schedule the next meeting with you on the call to make sure you get that locked in. You don't disappear, you don't ghost after the call. And then again, they're going to push into a manual and automated post call flow. And again, if you go for the the follow-up, they're going to also push a manual and automated post call flow to get you back on and get you locked in. And if you don't show up, there's also going to be an email and a WhatsApp SMS sequence flow to get you rescheduled and get you back on the call. And again, a manual and automated post call flow as well. Now, that is kind of how the sales system runs and that is what these guys set up and how it all kind of runs on the back end because you see the front end, you see all the cool but you don't see the work these guys are putting in that's actually making the cash. So, everything here is what Pierre set up, what Benny's actually running some of right now. And that is what you want to replicate for people that you might want to work with like Brez. Do what they do, not what they teach. That's the goal, right? Because Brez is making a lot of money from selling info, but he's not teaching you to sell info. So everything I preach is kind of just doing what they do, not what they say they do. But you you are probably thinking, I don't even know where to start with this. I came into this looking at freelance brand scaling content, whatever it might be. But to be fair, neither did TK, who did 0 to 138K in 22 days. Neither did Manish, who went from zero to $27,000 profit per month with his own agency in three months. He's actually got a client doing over 300k per month at the moment with one of their offers that they're running. And that's just one client he's got.
