All right. So, in this video, I'm going to show you how you can go from making zero to $1,000 every single day in drop shipping as fast as humanly possible without Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and literally making zero creatives. And so, this video is not sponsored by any company. I'm not affiliated with like AutoDS or Zenrop or any of the other This is just a system that I've used across all 15 of my different brands to make $1,000 a day, every single day as fast as possible. Few years ago, I was a sophomore out of a college dorm room with no money. I had like 200 bucks to my bank account and I was in a quarter million dollar of student loan debt and I was just going down the traditional 9-5 path and I literally built one store using the method I show you guys in this video and it was profitable right off the bat. Like first store, first month and I was already making really good money and a majority of what I made just went right back into the business and I just kept building out more stores using this system that no other guru will ever talk about. So now I run 15 different drop shipping brands with an 8 figureure e-commerce portfolio and I'm still using the exact same system that I used when I first started. So, if you're still looking for that one key winning product or you're still editing creatives on Cap Cut for 16 hours a day, or even if you just tried drop shipping before and it just hasn't worked, like I'm telling you, this video is perfect for you. Because at the end of the day, it's not like you're bad at drop shipping. It's not like you haven't put enough work in. It's literally just because a lot of the methods that these gurus talk about are kind of designed for you to waste all of your money and waste all of your time before you ever see any sales. And the first way these gurus mislead you is that if you look up the drop shipping tutorial or like zero to 1k a day, like 99% of those videos are always going to say $1,000 a day, right? But this model these gurus teach is completely wrong, right? Like I don't want you hitting $1,000 a day. I want you hitting $1,000 per day every single day that you're running the store, right? So a lot of these gurus, they only focus on these quick pumping up models when instead your revenue should look like this all the way up, right? And they also tell you to never sell saturated products, right? They want you to find a product that nobody else has ever tested before and you're the first person to market. So if you want what 99% of people already have, you're going to do what 99% of people are doing, right? But if you want what 1% of people have, you're going to do the exact opposite. So, while every other guru is avoiding these saturated products, the fastest way to get to $1,000 per day in drop shipping is just to sell saturated products in unsaturated markets. All saturated means is that the product is validated, right? It's proven to work. It has proven demand and people are actively spending money on these products. So when these gurus say saturated, they mean that it's saturated on Facebook or Instagram or Tik Tok since everybody's doing the exact same thing on those platforms that nobody else focuses where the real money is made, which is people buying millions of products per day on Google search because nobody else is talking about this. Google has the cheapest ad cost out of any other platform and customers don't even expect drop shippers to be on Google. So this is crazy, but this is a very similar store to what we're running right now, right? So it's called Namoya. They have 50 products that are all like beauty oriented and all of these products are drop shipped. In drop shipping, you know, this product, the portable hair straightener. This product sells like crazy on Facebook and Tik Tok and it's probably the most saturated beauty product of all time. Found this brand just by typing in straightener brush on Google. And these are what Google ads look like. Very basic, just an image, title, a price, and your brand name. Right? And this store looks good. Like it looks branded, but the amount of AI tools you have at your disposal, like you can make a store exactly like this in literally one day. But this very basic store is making $200,000 in profit every single month only from Google search. Go to this similar web extension. I can see that this store has 670,000 monthly visits. Right? So I scroll down and see that 20% of all these visitors come from search. Really quickly, if they have 670,000 visitors every single month and 20% of those visitors are from Google, that's going to be 134,000 visitors every single month just from searches. They average a 5% conversion rate, meaning how many people are going to their website and actually purchasing, they're roughly going to get 6,700 orders on their website. And 5% conversion rate is pretty standard on Google. We average around four and 6% in all the stores that I run. If they average a $100 average order value, that's going to be $670,000 every single month only from Google. And then with Google, we're averaging between 25 and 35% margins. Let's just say they had 25% margins in the low end. That's going to be $167,000 in profit every single month on an extremely basic store like this that you can literally cook up in a day, right? And all they had to do was just build a store with AI, list a bunch of products that people are already selling on Facebook, Tik Tok, and Instagram, and just position themselves where the customer is already going, which is to Google search, right? And the best part is we're never convincing customers that they need our product, right? And we're not creating demand for these products. These people already want the product. They're typing on Google and all we're doing is just showing up. All we have to do is just let somebody else on Facebook or Instagram or Tik Tok just create the demand for us, right? Pay for our marketing. These gurus create ads for products. Let's just say it's like a scalp massager or back brace for example. Like typically 99% of all the people that are watching that ad are never going to buy from that actual page. So either they don't want the product right now, but they will later or they're going to go tell their friends about it or they want to do more research or they just forget it and then remember it later. Like all of these four things always happen on Google. So some guru is spending like a $100,000 on creating demand for these products. We just capture them on the back end for a fraction of the cost. So we let them create all the demand and then we just collect all the checks on the back end. And this is the easiest way to get to $1,000 per day as fast as possible. And this is what it actually looks like on the back end. So this is one of the stores that I run in April. We really started taking Google seriously. And this is a 50 product only Google store. So the first month was a little bit slow. We did 3.4K in revenue with a 3.4 43 rorowz, which is pretty unheard of in Facebook. Um, ad spend, we spent around a,000 bucks and we profited close to 50% margins, 1.5k profit on 3.5k in revenue. Literally 2 months later in July, we didn't change anything except adding more products. We had 50k in revenue with 14K in ad spend. So, right around the same row, but $20,000 in profit. And then during that quarter 4, we did $270,000 in revenue with a three row, which is extremely healthy considering that scale with $88,000 in ad spend and $56,000 in profit. And this entire store ran at 27% profit margin. So you're extremely profitable unlike the 10% you get with Facebook. And this is what I mean when I say you'd rather have a graph look like this as opposed to a graph that just looks like that. Once you're profitable on Google, it really is just set and forget. You want to automate everything. The listing of the products, the product research, every single thing should be delegated. All right? So, to get to 1K on Google, 60% of your success is going to be determined by which niche you're in, meaning what collection of products you uploading. And then also your product list. And so, you only have to do this one time when you first start your store. And it's going to be completely based on data. So, no guessing and no spending money to see if it's going to work. It's just based on seeing the data of what people are searching up and then selling what they already want. And the other 30% is just based on your store design and your pricing and your AOV boosters. And then the other 10%, this a horrible circle, is just based on your GMC feed data and your actual Google ads. Only have to make one easy decision. And then everything else is just systematized or it's outsourced to an employee. All right. So, the biggest thing you have to get right is just picking a niche, which I'll show you guys how to do. And then the other two things I'll also show you guys how to systemize. So, I'm going to show you guys step by step on how to go from zero to your first 1K a day. All right. So, to make this very simple for you guys, a niche just means what products you're selling, right? So, home decor, beauty, fashion, what Google ads look like. And you can kind of tell that every single one of these listings is a door for the customer to click on your website, right? So, you never want to have a one product store because that means you only have one entry point for the customer, right? So, obviously, the more products you have on the store, let's say you have 200 products and you technically have 200 doors for a customer to enter in your website compared to somebody else's, right? So, your job is to find as many entry points as possible to the customer, right? All right. So, in my stores, we have between a,000 and 2,000 products. I have stores that have 10,000 plus SKs, and it basically gives the customer no choice but to click on one of my listings. Example, I just typed in outdoor lighting in the US. And four out of the six spots are all owned by Ferguson Home, right? So, the more entry points you have, the more chances a customer is going to click and buy with you. And so, the two criteria to picking a good niche is, of course, having a big ceiling, right? You never want to run out of products to have and you want to have at least 50 on your store. And then also products that have proven demand, right? Okay? Because you don't want to sell anything that no one's actually going to buy. Just to make this as easy as possible, the main niches is going to be family, beauty, home decor, fashion, pets, lifestyle, wellness, and so wellness would mean like pain relief and fitness. Then of course general, which means a combination of all them. And then you can also have some micro niches in the USA, and that would be like camping, gifting, and novelty items. The truth is, like all these niches work, right? Like I think I have a store in every single niche you see here because they all have a big ceiling. They all have proven demand and people are actively buying products in these collections every day, but nobody else is actually advertising these on Google. And then within these niches, make sure you have some winning products that are on Facebook or Instagram or Tik Tok. That way they can actually drive demand into your store and literally pay for the marketing for you. So now you picked your niche. Now it's just about what products you actually sell on the store. And this is very, very simple. A lot of people over complicate this. The truth is you're just selling validated products that are already working in an unsaturated market. It's of course just taking it from AliExpress and Teimu. I mean they just have a massive amount of buying volume from drop shippers and from customers and then on AliExpress you can go into your niche and then sort it by the amount of orders. You can literally just take what's already working and of course just taking what's already working on Facebook, Tik Tok and Instagram winning creatives on Instagram and Facebook through meta ads library and then Tik Tok ads library to find winning ads on there as well. And of course you have so many spy tools like Cal data, winning hunter, mana, pp ads to find what's already working and do all the work for you. But then my number one way is just finding what's already working on Google, right? So I want to find the top three competitors in my niche and just make a combination store of the best elements of all three, right? With all these tools, like you really have to do no guesswork since all the data is just right there in front of you. Great tool for this is just search from anywhere. So you can type in whatever niche you want or whatever types of products, set it to your target country, click on launch search. Majority of products on this sponsor tab are all going to be drop shipping. So, for example, I'm going to open up the Zuma. I think I showed this in my last video. This store is making I think a million to $3 million every single year. And they literally have 2,000 products you can just take directly from their store. But then to make this extremely simple, I mean, you can just go to trash and ask trasht, "What are the top 50 bestselling products in my niche?" All right. So, what are the top 50 drop shipping wellness products in the winter and spring? And these are 50 products I just immediately take. All right. So, I'm going to take this product and validate it with Google Ads keyword planner. So, I'm going to type this in and I'm going to set it to the top five English speaking countries. So, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and United Kingdom. All right. So, the best part about Google is they're going to give you all this data. So, heated jacket has between 100,000 and 1 million searches every single month for people that are looking it up in order to purchase this product. So, for volume, I'm mostly looking for products above 10K. I mean, ideally 100K plus, but anything above 10K, I'd probably add into the store. And they also say they're going to charge me between 50 cents and $3 for every single time someone clicks on my ad. So just by picking from one of these niches and finding products from these sources, like you basically already did 60% of all the work. We just need a store that's actually going to convert your product. And if we boil down a $1,000 per day, like a lot of people think you just need a $50 average order value and you're going to sell 20 orders per day. Say this completely wrong and you shouldn't be going into Google Ads drop shipping with this mindset, right? The much easier way to do it is to have a $100 average order value because then you only have to sell 10 orders per day. Both of these total to $1,000 per day, but having a higher ticket product just means you have to deal with half the amount of orders, half the amount of customers, and half the amount of headache. All right? So, Google has a completely different buying psychology than it comes to Facebook. And a lot of people always get this wrong, right? So, if you're advertising on Facebook or Instagram or Tik Tok, like you have to pull somebody out of entertainment mode, right? So, you have to pull them out of seeing videos of reals or their friends or family and then put them into buying mode. And that's almost impossible to do. And it creates so much friction that you can't really sell $1,000 products on Facebook the same way that you can sell them on Google. If your product is for $100 and they're still clicking on your ad, it means that mentally they're already prepared to spend that $100, right? And this is why our conversion rates are so much higher since we're only targeting warm traffic, right? And then on Google, it is a lot easier to charge $100 for a product compared to 20 bucks, right? because the higher your price is, the more perceived value it has to the customer. So, I've actually tested this on across my 15 stores, right? So, we had one product we were selling for, I think $39.99, and I think we had like a 2.5 conversion rate. I did is I duplicated this product and I think I charged $79.99. So, I doubled the price for this product. And believe it or not, my conversion rate also doubled along with it. So, not only am I making more money per the product price, but I'm also getting more customers by increasing the price. All right. So, even for an NOA, like they were charging $60 for this hair straightener. You can find the exact same thing on AliExpress for less than $5, right? And that's because they know that all the traffic coming to their website will always be worn. And they also do a pretty good job of justifying the price, right? So, they include this leather pouch. Scrolling down, they have like urgency. They have different updates for Valentine's Day sale. Like, they just have so many AOB boosters and conversion boosters on Google. Like, it's definitely not necessary to go all out like Noya. I mean, they just have so much urgency, so many upsells, so much authority. But as long as you just have a clean and professional design. I mean, Duma is a really good example of that cuz all they do is just have collections on their store. And once again, you can make a store like this in literally one day with AI because you're on Google, you're going to make some money. So, it doesn't have to be perfect. As long as it looks professional, you should be good. Then, to turn an image like this into a branded one like an Aoya, it's really as simple as just using Chashbt and Atlas.ai to build your entire store. Now you have a niche, now you have products, and you have a store design. Now, the actual fun part of scaling up Google Ads. So, the main thing with Google Ads is that once you are profitable, which should be pretty instantly in the first couple days, you should already get some orders. As long as people are searching up your products and you continuously add in more products for every single season and you're just riding the demand of search trends, then you will stay profitable. Your job on Google is to feed it products, right? And Google's job is going to be to find the buyers for you. At the end of the day, like it is Google. They have so much data on every single person. and they know your ideal customer profile. They know every single thing about who's going to convert and all you have to do is feed it products for them to convert for you. So the main campaign type on Google is called a performance max campaign, Pmax, and it just means Google's AI. So let's just say this is your store and let's just say you have like 50 products listed, right? So Pmax campaign is going to take every single one of your products and it's going to automatically market them for you. So Google's algorithm is going to look at what people are searching for and then match it to one of your most relevant products. Say someone's going to type in weighted blanket on Google. It was going to scan through all of your products, see the most relevant one, and then show that as one of the listings. However, the best part is that Google's not only going to show you for the shopping tab, but they're also going to show you for Gmail, search, YouTube ads, discover, display ads, and Google Maps. So crazy to think about, but you really have to do no work. And they're automatically going to show you as YouTube ads. Like they're going to AI generate videos for your brand. So, let's just say I started my campaign with a $50 day budget, which is more than enough room for Google to collect some data and also have some padding. And then as soon as this $50 a day is profitable, I'm just going to bump it up to a $100 in spend. And then from 100 bucks, I go to like 200 or like 250. From 250, I'm just going to bump it up to 400. Right? So, every single stage, I'm just waiting until I'm insanely profitable and using those profits to invest in more ads. So, alongside you just bumping up the budget, you should also be expanding on your collections, right? Let's just say you started with 50 products in your store. Let's say one of them was this heated jacket. Once you see this collection working, you just want to expand as much as possible in this product line, right? So, a heated jacket, a heated vest, a heated sherpa, gloves, a beanie, right? So, I went over this in my last video, but just the more products you have, the more data you're going to get on your customers, the more Google's going to learn from that data and they're going to push you to warmer buyers. Google wants to make you money. You just have to add products in order for them to collect more data, right? So, when you're bumping up the budget and you're adding more collections, not only are you going to make more money, but you're also going to become more of an authority in your niche and you're able to exit your store for a whole lot more whenever you decide to sell it. Like, even on one of my stores, we exited for $300,000 in profit. And I only ran the store for about a year. Then, to get approved on Google Ads and Google Merchant Center, it's extremely easy to do. A lot of people just overcomplicate it, but you just have to understand the system of what they're asking for. Be more transparent on your policies and your shipping times, and you're going to be okay. And the interesting thing is like there are a million nuances when it comes to building a drop shipping store from zero and scaling it to 1k per day. Like there are things that break in every single tiny spot. And if I were to cover every single nuance, this video would be like a 100 hours long and I'd lose my mind. So if you literally want me to hold your hand throughout this entire process from the niche to the product to the store to the Google ads with one-on-one custom feedback with me so you can actually scale to $1,000 per day as fast as possible. There should be a link in the description below. But other than that, thank you so much for watching and I'll see you in the next
