All right, so in this video, I'm going to show you how to actually print money with AI drop shipping without any Facebook or Instagram ads, without any creatives, without using TikTok, and basically without you ever touching the brand. This is the same system I'm using across all my 17 different brands and how I only work like 1 or 2 hours a week, and I'm having these brands scale up to seven and eight figures basically by themselves. And guys, like this is a completely free video. Like don't buy my Literally do nothing but follow along to what I'm going to show you, and you can have a real automated business in less than a single day, and it can make you this type of life-changing money that no one else talks about. And it's crazy to me because the whole point in drop shipping is to get you more freedom, right? but every single other guru on this platform, they all use the exact same methods that end up giving you another job and having you work 90 hours a week on creatives or product testing or just even AI prompting. All right, so the first thing we're not going to do, which is what every single other guru will tell you to do, is we're not going to be running any ads on Facebook or TikTok or Instagram. We're not making any creatives or products by themselves, and we're also not going to be doing any product tests whatsoever. so if you're on YouTube and you watch like AI drop shipping or Claude building a website or how I automated my business with AI, like 99% of those videos, if not more than that, will always say that AI automated their store, right? But if you really break that down, they just mean that AI does some of their tasks for them. All right, so maybe these gurus use AI to like build a landing page or make a store or make a creative script or do some ICP copy, but all those things aren't really automated since you still have to do a lot of the work on the brand. All right, so you want to do the exact opposite, right? Instead of AI handling some of your tasks for you, you basically want AI to manage your entire business with very minimal human oversight. All right, so you want to build a business that you have to delegate and automate one time, and then it basically runs completely without you and give you more freedom to build more stores. And the reason why everyone else focuses on this model is because they use AI in the completely wrong way. And I'm just going to tell you right now that AI is at making creative decisions, right? How many times have you asked AI to make you an essay or make you a video idea or script, and you spend more time actually editing the script than if you just did it yourself. Whereas instead of using AI to invent a product and then invent an angle and invent a creative, we're instead going to be using AI to what it does best, which is making data-based decisions at volume. And this is why it's so easy to build an automated brand because you're actually using AI for what it's good at. And this is pretty crazy to look at, but this is what my company structure looked like around five or six months ago. So, I had a COO, a CTO, a CMO, a CFO, and all these underneath them. But in the past one or two months, I basically let go of 90% of my staff because all these things are just data-based decisions that AI now handles. Whereas the only way this system is possible is not going to be running ads on Facebook or TikTok or Instagram because it's truly impossible to be automated on those platforms. The only way it's possible is through Google Ads. And so, with Google, not only is there no competition since nobody else talks about it and no one does in the correct way, but it's also probably the easiest and the quickest way a brand to six or seven figures without you having to do a lot of the work. So, let me show you guys what I'm talking about. And so, this is a store called Belros Shop and they're only advertising their store in Google and it's probably one of the easiest drop shipping stores you can ever build, but this brand is making more than $20 every single year just based on their product volume. And then what I can do on the store is if I just type in /collections/all, I can see every single product that they have listed and it looks like they're definitely a general store. They have basically every single niche from like cabinet hinges to chicken waters to fox fur hats. And so, if you've been in drop shipping for more than a month, like you know this store looks like Like all these images are directly from AliExpress. Even if I click on this product, like they don't have any marketing whatsoever. They're not doing any direct response. It's literally just product images, a title, a description, and some reviews here at the bottom. And so, when you think about Google, you're basically a drop shipping department store. Right? So, you're basically like Amazon without holding any inventory. You have a huge catalog of all all different types of products that sell the entire year round. And so this brand is so ridiculously easy to make because the customers are coming to you, right? There's a huge difference between advertising on Facebook and Instagram where you have to convince a customer that they need your product versus someone typing in a product on Google that they actually want to buy. So for example, when I go to Google and I type in outdoor lighting, these are what Google Ads actually look like. So it's just an image, a title, a price, and a brand name. And these advertisers only get charged if a customer looks at all these things and clicks on their website in order to purchase. So you only get charged per click unlike impressions when it comes to Facebook and Instagram. And because it's only cost per click, like they're going to add in a million different products from every type of collection because they only get charged if a customer enters their website in order to purchase a product. All right, so they're casting a super wide net across all these different niches to get as many high-intent customers as possible. And a brand like this is so ridiculously easy to make and super easy to automate. And these people aren't even trying to optimize their listing. And then even if I open up SimilarWeb, this brand has 1.2 million visits every single month of people that saw their Google Ad and clicked on it in order to buy. All right, so if I scroll down, almost 99% of all their traffic is only from Google. And so really quickly, if they have 1.2 million visits a month, they're roughly going to have 14.4 million visits a year. And then with Google, you're going to average a 4 to 6% conversion rate, meaning how many people are actually visiting your website and purchasing. So just say 3% of people actually purchase from their website to be extra conservative. That means they're roughly going to have 430 2,000 orders every single year. And if I go back into their store, it looks like their average order value is around $40. So I take this amount of orders times 40 bucks, that means these guys are making $17.3 million every single year in revenue. And with Google, you're roughly going to average between 25 and 35% profit margins. So let's say 20% to be extra conservative. These guys are making $3.5 million in profit every single year off a super simple store that you can build in less than a single day by selling chicken waters and fox fur hats. And so all these guys had to do to get to that number was just first design the store, which they obviously didn't spend a whole lot of time on. And then second, just upload as many products as possible that are already proven to work, so you don't have to do any guesswork. And then third, just optimizing your ad, right? Making sure your ad actually looks good and people click on your Google ad compared to anyone else's. And then lastly, just scaling up their ads whenever they're profitable. All right, so I'm going to walk you guys through all four and I'll show you guys so you can automate the entire process. And so for your store design, a lot of people overcomplicate this on Facebook or TikTok. But because you're on Google and someone already wants to buy your product, you can have a very basic looking theme as long as it feels professional and it can hold a thousand different products. So what you can do is you can take this store and put it into Google Shopify theme detector and you click on the first one. I believe this is a free tool as well. You just paste it in here and see exactly what theme they're using on the store. And this store is using the Dawn theme. So all they did was just set up their store at Dawn, which is a free theme you get on Shopify. And then you just imported all these products and changed the description, the title, the price, and all these different images over here. And honestly, every single one of your competitors, like the reason why this store looks like complete is because they don't have the system underneath it and they rely on a bunch of manual work. And just by having this system, it is super easy to outscale every single person on Google. Like we can list products, optimize them, build out more stores at basically a hundredth of the time that it would take anybody else. All right, so this is our current workflow. All right, so first we're going to import all these different products from AliExpress, these other drop shipping stores. Then we're going to change all the images with Claude. And we're also going to change all the titles, the descriptions, the pricing. And lastly, we're going to do some auxiliary things like adding in sale prices and inventory management. And the way you automate these three tasks with Claude is super simple to do and that way you're not prompted at three times a day every single year. And then to import the actual products, you can use this website called Copy or Pokie. I'm of course not affiliated with these two companies and they're also extremely cheap, like $5 a month. And so these two tools do the exact same thing. It's just a matter of preference, but with Copy, you can directly import from AliExpress, Amazon, Etsy, CJ Dropshipping, Temu. And then Poki also has 1688, Redbubble, Shein. And like, you got to think about Google as 10 years behind of Facebook or TikTok or Instagram. We can literally bulk import all these saturated dropshipping products from AliExpress and still absolutely print from that. And because you can easily tell that Belroe is dropshipped, it looks like all these products you can find directly from AliExpress. You can just take in this link and paste it directly into Copy, and you can import all the products that Belroe has into your store. And then over here, I'm just going to tag these products as batch one. That way, I know what products are being imported and then also remove this vendor. We're going to click on import and all 250 products should be directly imported to my store. This is literally took 30 seconds, but now I have every single product imported on my store with the title, description, all the images, the pricing. And then my main focus is, how can I actually optimize the products and optimize the Google Ads bar? That way, I make sure I'm profitable after every single order, and people actually click on my ad in order to buy. And then all a Google Ad is is just an image, a title, a price, and a brand name. But the biggest lever you have will always be the image because customers actually want to see the product in use or what it would look like in their home. And these three things are automatically taken from your Shopify product, and it always takes the first image you have listed. All right, so I scroll through Belroe, like guaranteed their ads look like and you can optimize them way better. And so, for the images, I always use Hixfield. So, Hixfield is probably the best image generation model of making these super realistic images that you can't even tell is AI. Especially with Google, like you're directly selling based on the image. And so, for example, an image like this of a lifestyle use directly speaking to that customer avatar will always outperform at the ad level compared to images like this. And so, Hixfield basically has access to every single image generation model. So, like Midjourney Pro, Midjourney 2, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT Image 2, DALL-E 2, Craiyon, Imagine. And of course, it's going to be a pain in the ass if you were to manually prompt every single image you have on the store, which is what my employees used to do, but now we just directly connect to Hixfeld into Claude, and we automate optimizing every single one of our products first image for the ad level. And so for this it's super simple. We're going to be using Claude Co-work on the application versus only Claude Chat. So Claude Chat is very good at conversation, but Claude Co-work is way better at doing these huge bulk tasks. And then down here, the first thing to do is click on customize and just give Claude access to my Shopify and then also Hixfeld. So I'm going to click on connect my apps, and I'm going to type in Shopify. Just get that set up. once that's done, I just click on always allow down here. You can also put it on needs approval, but then it's going to prompt you every minute, so I just do always allow. And then for Hixfeld, you just want to add in a custom connector. I'm just going to call this Hixfeld. And then for the actual URL, you can find it directly on their website, but it's just this. And then you just want to click on add. And this is super straightforward. You just got to sign into your account, and then everything should be connected. And then for this, you just want to create a new project. Go to projects up here, click on new project, starting from scratch, and just call this one images. And then next for the instructions, we're just going to use my ad optimized document. And just to make your life super easy, these are six pages of all the code and all the instructions for Claude. And so if you DM me the word automate on Instagram at romas.ecom, I'll send you over this full document. And then you just want to copy and paste this directly into the instructions. And you're also going to notice there's a quick brief at the top of the document. So I'm just going to copy and paste that into Claude. And so the first question is what products do you want to update the image for? I'm just going to do that one tag I set at the start. So tag is equal to batch one. And then for image style, I'm just going to do product in use with a lifestyle background because everybody else on Google always has white backgrounds. I definitely want to stand out on that tab. Click on enter here. It should take a second and just confirm everything. And then right here it's just confirming everything. I'm going to say all looks good. Please start with the first 50 products. I'm just going to let this cook up. And then once it finishes up, it's going to give you a message like this. So all 50 of the products I've selected now have new AI generated lifestyle images set as a featured image, so the ad level image. And this is what the images look like, and as you can tell like every single image has its own use case, which is exactly what the customer wants to see. They want to envision themselves actually using the product. As for example, like this is their image for this drain hair catcher, while this is ours, right? So, clearly when a customer sees both on the ad level, they're more likely to click on ours since they can see it being used, and also it looks a lot more premium. And because this image looks so high quality, like they're only charging $15 for this product, because their image looks like a $15 product, right? But on ours we could easily get away with $35, even $40 for this product, even though it's the same listing. Or so now that we optimize the image, and basically makes it to where a customer can only click on our listing. Next thing we have to do is focus on the title, the description, and the price point, because that's how we actually show up for their search. Or the way Google works is that if I type in outdoor lighting, Google's going to find all the products that have outdoor light or outdoor lighting in the title, and then show that up as the top of the ranking. Or so our job is just to include as many keywords as possible in the title. That way anytime someone searches up, Google thinks our product is relevant, and we always get shown as the first listing. And for this you want to do the exact same thing. So, you just want to make a new project, start from scratch. Let's call this one back end. And the same thing for instructions, we're going to use my back end update document. So, same thing, you just DM me the word automate on Instagram, and I'll send you both of these. Then right here you click on create, and then same thing with the brief, you just want to copy and paste that here. And then also you don't need Hexnode for this, you just need to be connected to Shopify. And this prompt is pretty sick. It's going to change your pricing, your titles, your descriptions, and then also add in a tag to the back end of Shopify for what season that product is. I'll show you guys what we're going to do with that after. And then for the actual brief, we're only going to update products that we just added, so the tag with batch one. We're going to double all the pricing with a minimum of $40, since I don't like selling anything less than that. I think that stuff is way too cheap. And then we're also going to round prices to the nearest 299, 499, or 999. We're going to leave all as draft. We're going to rewrite the titles and descriptions, and we're also going to add in tags for every season. We're going to click on enter. I'm just going to let this cook up. And then same thing here, whenever this finishes up, it'll give you a quick summary. I'm just going to ask it, "Give me one product example from before and after." Just to show you guys. And so for example, before, it had no keywords in the title, the price was 24.77, the description was very, very short. And then after, it basically stuffed as many keywords as possible into the SEO title, the SEO description, and the actual description. And it also increased the price to 49.99. And then even on our new titles and descriptions, we basically loaded it with every single keyword possible. So like non-slip kitchen peeler, potato fruit and veggie peeler, dishwasher safe, that straight-up Bell Royale doesn't have whatsoever. So someone were to type in dishwasher safe vegetable peeler, we're going to show up as the first listing. Well, these people aren't even going to be in the top. And then also for the tags, if this was a seasonal product, so like it only sells in the summer or the winter, Claude's automatically going to put that on the back end of Shopify. I'm also going to take this one prompt into Claude to make that price go on sale. And then to actually automate that sale, the same exact thing. So you want to add in a new project, start from scratch, and call this one seasonal sale. And then for the instructions, you just get it directly from that document, and this is called seasonal sale price. I'm going to paste that in here, click on create. And same thing for the brief, I'm going to go ahead and start a sale for all summer products, right? Cuz it's summer right now. And then for the discount, I'm just going to go with 20% off. And this is not going to change the actual product price, it's just going to change that strike-through price at the top. All right, so it just finished up. Let me just show you guys what it looks like here. And so this product before was 440 bucks with no compare at price. And now it's still 440 bucks, but has a compare price of 550, which makes the product 20% off. It's going to make our conversion rate way, way higher. And so this is what our workflow actually looks like. So let's just say every single day at 9:00 a.m., either you or an employee are going to upload products from copy. And honestly, it takes you a minute, super easy to do, but I just give it to an employee. And then for those products, you just want to add in a tag of new. You can do that directly on copy, just underneath tags. And then let's just say a couple hours later at 12:00 p.m. you schedule that task with Claude to update all your images. And this is super simple to set up. You just want to click on any of the projects we made and click on add in a schedule task. And right here for images, I'm going to call this images daily. And the description is going to be optimize images every morning. And then same thing for the instructions, you just want to paste in that document and then scroll up and just edit your brief up here. So for example, what products to update and then your image style. And then for frequency, I set this to daily at noon. And then just by clicking save, everything's now done. It's going to run every single day at noon. Just make sure everything is set up before you actually schedule this. And it's going to run completely without you and it's still going to be set to new and draft because the next phase will be around like 3:00 p.m. a couple hours later. We got that scheduled task where you update all the titles, the descriptions, and the pricing. And then in that actual brief, you just remove the tag of new since everything is perfect now. And then you just set that product to active. And of course, the reason why you're importing your product as new is because you only want the images in the back end to work on new products. So we get rid of that tag after all these steps are done because we don't want to mess anything up the day after. And of course, you're not going to be running the seasonal sale every single day. That'd be pretty stupid. You just want to run that like once a week or even once a month if that feature's out. And just ask Claude, when is the next season? And then 2 weeks before that season, just add a sale to all the products there. And the best part about Google is that whenever you set a product as active on your website, Google's automatically going to take that product and turn it into its own ad. So it's automatically going to fetch the first image, the title, the description, the pricing, and do all the ad work completely automatically. And at the end of the day, like Google is a database platform, right? They own the biggest data centers out of every single company. They know more than 50 unique points on every single user, and they know your customer way better than you ever could. Right? So your whole job is just to give Google products, and then Google's going to take care of everything else and actually find the buyers for you. And this is completely different than any other platform because especially with Facebook and TikTok, you have to do all this ICP work, you have to know your ideal customer, you have to make creatives based on that customer. But on this side, Google's going to literally do all that for you. And by far the best way to do this is just by setting up one Performance Max campaign or PMax campaign. And this is like Google's AI system to match you with the best buyers across all the different channels. And so with PMax, not only you're going to show up as these shopping ads over here, but you're also going to show up as Google search ads, YouTube ads, Discover, Google Maps, Display, and Gmail. Basically completely by Google. And so all you want to do is just start your campaign at like a $50 a day budget, which is more than enough room for Google to gather some early data. And then whenever you're profitable on this $50 a day, then you can just bump it up to like 100 or 150. And same thing, whenever you're profitable on 150, then you just got to bump it up to like 200 or 250. And you're just waiting at every single stage until you're insanely profitable and just bumping the budget using the profits to reinvest in the brand. And like if we really break down the system, like the whole point of this entire workflow is just to give Google as many different product options as possible. That way anytime someone searches up a product, Google's going to favor us compared to anyone else. But like even the brands we're running right now, like these are three steps in like a 30-step process workflow. And I'll show you guys what that looks like, too. And the first thing you can do is you can have AI basically go through every single ad on Meta Ad Library, every single ad on Google Shopping, and every single AliExpress listing. You just compile a huge list of all the dropship stores that are currently doing well that you can take products from. And then it's going to do a huge trend analysis on Google Trends and find out every single keyword that's currently emerging or what are people actually searching for and buying on Google. And then it's going to design the entire store for you, right? So all the logos, sections, the theme layouts, all the product pages. And then it gets to these three steps of actually importing those products and finally optimizing them. And this whole process is basically running 24/7 on the stores and basically importing products every single day. And then right here it's going to see which products are actually performing the best in the store and either duplicate those products across a collection or just find extremely similar products to it. It's it's going to take those products and actually build out a real product page for them. So, custom sections, custom images, actual copy. And we also have a pretty big reporting flow. So, like all the accounting, the balance sheets, the profit and loss statements, the actual cash flow books. And then of course it's very easy to set up an email flow, a supplier communication flow, an actual logistics flow because every single thing is just a database decision. And so, if you want me to literally hold your hand through this entire process, uh building a store, finding the right products, automating every step in the business, and also scaling up Google Ads profitably, there should be a link below. But other than that, thank you guys so much for sticking to the end. If you enjoyed, definitely like, comment, subscribe, all that fun stuff. And I'll catch you in the next one.
