It is so that very often the middle class, well- educated, well-off people, often holding very high positions, unfortunately fall into the trap of this illusion that if they remain conformists for a longer period of time, they will be happy in life for a longer period of time . They will not lose their positions, they will not lose their image, they will not lose their salaries, they will be tolerated by the system. that they will live their lives in the way they dream. But in my opinion this is very illusory, because conformism always leads to the loss of a sense of freedom, because the system is built on conformists, on people who support this system. And as a rule, the system almost always comes down to taking away and restricting freedom. What does it mean? I mean, mind you, we've had this so-called pandemic, we've had a lot of cases like this. Oh, for example, we currently have a record number of fines being issued. People are getting 16, 21 fines for exceeding these road measurements. They lose their driving license overnight. And you see, people, doctors, lawyers, engineers, well- educated, well-off people, they say: "No, no, wait a minute, you're taking away our freedom, you're taking away our financial resources." Have you seen during the pandemic that people who are well-off, financially and educated, that they were the core that put up some kind of resistance to these orders, for example, some order to wear masks, which was never legalized? It was never introduced into the Polish legal system, and I say this as a lawyer who, at that time, while lecturing at two universities for probably most representatives, most of the secret services and generally the Polish uniformed services, I conducted exercises and I said: "My dear students, show me this provision, find me this provision or these provisions under which the media convey the information that you must wear masks." And during these exercises, they all, as one, always stated that in fact there was no such regulation. So I say: "Listen, why are you representing these uniformed forces, why are you harassing these people on these streets in this way?" They say: "We don't know, because the superiors said so, and the superiors were told so by other superiors, and other superiors were told so by politicians." And all of this was sprinkled, so to speak, sprinkled on the media, the mainstream media. Um, and later it turned out that, ladies and gentlemen, we were sitting here, we were sitting, we were walking the streets, we were punished and who, who, who resisted and opposed? Well, unfortunately, not the people we would expect it from , i.e. the best educated. Well, why? because they think that, with all due respect, of course, because it doesn't sound good, that I may have something against well-educated people or against lawyers, doctors, engineers, nothing like that. On the contrary, I expect more from them, more reflection, but they didn't go out into the street and say, wait a minute, something's not right with us in this whole pandemic, something's not right with us in these restrictions. There are 70,000 corporate lawyers, 30,000 non-corporate lawyers. How could no one out of 100,000 lawyers read that these regulations did not come into force even a single day requiring the wearing of masks. Why did this happen? Well, that's what happened because, of course, this is my opinion and my thoughts, they simply believed that it was better to keep a low profile, better not to leave the system, better not to fight the system, because maybe we would lose, maybe the legal counsel or bar association would attack us, and maybe, maybe some inspections would come. And this is, ladies and gentlemen , obedience to the system will always ultimately lead to the narrowing of our space of freedom in the long run , because what does the system discipline us with? Well, by law. either it gives rights, gives very high salaries, or takes them away, or imposes other sanctions. So you know, this conformism, this sense of comfort, unfortunately, is very often the direct cause of taking away our will to fight for the highest values, such as freedom, the sense of freedom, and there is probably nothing more important. Well, at least for me, for me this aspect is whether in human rights you saw y among the first, second or third generation of human rights, or anywhere anyone saw homage to the system? There is no such thing. There is the right to dignity as number one, the right to freedom, the right to life. But have you seen pr is there any of the rights that say the right to build a system or to build against the system? Well, there isn't. Meanwhile, for some reason, officials of GITD, the Chief Inspectorate of Road Transport, started imposing sanctions of PLN 8,000 for each gantry, so they suddenly made drivers bankrupt, because some, I think even around 200,000 drivers had fines of PLN 300,000, 400,000, 500,000. Um, of course absolutely illegally imposed in connection with the above. Well, it lasted about a year, a year and a half I fought a gigantic war within this association. I appeared in all possible media, I wrote to all possible offices, and after a year we liquidated it, we saved about 200,000 people from bankruptcy, so also these types of interventions, as I indicate here two, well, we had about 400 within this association, but later I started establishing other associations. I realized that people don't know that associations have strictly defined powers and competencies in the legislative process, that politicians, I realized that politicians don't provide information, everyone from the left, center, and right doesn't provide information, that you can be a member of an association, you can just walk in. Well, that's a bit of hyperbole, that's what I'm saying now, almost from the street to the Sejm for a session, for the first reading, for a subcommittee meeting on a given topic, and anyone representing that association can submit their own draft amendment and it will be voted on, and it is almost always voted on. What's more , they are usually voted on positively, because why would the chairman of the subcommittee fight against the opinion and voice of the social factor? So why aren't we there? Yesterday there was a session of the Sejm, why aren't we there? Thousands of citizens sit there at every session of the Sejm, and several dozen on each subcommittee. And why don't they submit amendments? Because they don't know that we have such powers. Why don't they know? politicians hinder grassroots citizen initiatives. If we knew, we people, if we knew, then politicians would not need political parties, because the average Joe would set up an association and go and improve the draft law. He would prepare a bill, find 15 MPs who would submit it for debate and they would create states themselves, but then political parties would be unnecessary. And later I founded other associations. Um, I currently have two leading social projects, which I managed to launch thanks to a group of wonderful people who, of course, support it because I 'm the frontman, but it's a huge amount of work. Um, this is the We People association and the We Entrepreneurs association, and within the We Entrepreneurs association we create a government of entrepreneurs. It all started many years ago with the social movement My People, which we transformed into the association My People, because My People comes from I am a human being, and because among human rights the most important issue is the right to dignity, that is, we have the right to be treated with dignity, right? In other words, we who do not submit to being squeezed by the system, that is, we who benefit from human rights. Yes, there is such a deeper, one could say reflection behind it , behind this name, very consciously chosen and created by us, people. Why us humans? Because it was necessary to create because you can see from the example of these mandates. Um, well, it can't be that a person gets 21 tickets and from one day to the next loses the right to practice his profession, because he is a professional driver and has no means to support his family, because he received 21 tickets, yes, for two penalty points each and 100 PLN, but from one day to the next he loses the right to practice his profession. It may also be that an employer who has such drivers X suddenly loses several of their employees overnight because someone came up with the crazy idea to introduce these sectional road measurements for some reason, which, by the way, I still believe are illegal, illegally introduced. So it's still illegal, but also pointless. Therefore, the statistics show that on such long measurement sections there is the lowest accident rate, of course, because 3% of all events take place in those where the most accidents occur. This is nothing else, nothing else than disciplining us citizens so that we learn to be disciplined, because the next time we discipline people on the roads, because everyone drives on the roads, if we discipline people on the roads, then they will also be disciplined in other areas , because they will already have the habit of submitting to the system. So, in general, I believe that the deeper action is systemic and here I decided, and there are thousands of such cases, and I decided to establish an association that unites, connects, accumulates people. We people don't matter. I'm not asking you, I'm not asking you whether you're left, center or right. That doesn't interest me. I am not asking you whether you believe in this or that God. I'm not asking you, I'm asking what you do and who you are. That doesn't interest me. What interests me is that you are a human being and that you have certain problems, that your dignity is violated by an inhuman system, such as the example of these highways and expressways. And then we noticed that there are types of problems, issues that obviously concern people more broadly, but there is a certain subgroup of entrepreneurs. I mean, I've been running several businesses for 26 years . Well, there have never been such extremely difficult conditions for doing business in Poland as they are now. And from August onwards, further announcements and further sanctions will come into effect, as the so-called Platform Act comes into force , which will require the preparation of further reports for all those who use employee management systems . The AI ​​Act is also coming into force, which imposes additional obligations and horrendous financial sanctions. People don't realize this. Due to the above, I noticed that it is no longer possible to function in our country. They will emphasize, I emphasize very clearly, in our country, not in the country of politicians and not in the country of black rock and other concerns. In our country, my lord, each of the viewers, our country. It's impossible to function like this anymore. It has already started to become a prison with transparent bars, but it has already started to become such a prison. This is no longer an area of ​​freedom. In connection with the above, we decided to unite the entire business community around the idea of ​​​​creating a government of entrepreneurs based on the idea of meritocracy. First of all, we decided to have 200 of our own lawyers who, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, will write draft regulations, bills, regulations, petitions, complaints, applications, etc., but they will do it systematically, not on a case-by-case basis, because our associations that have been operating so far, of which there are many in Poland, operate on an ad hoc basis. If something is critical in their area, they react, but if not, then you could basically say that these are dormant associations. We respect you, we are very happy. It's good that they exist, it's better that they exist than that they don't exist. Some are more active than I mentioned here, so I don't want to offend anyone here, because, because I have incredible respect for anyone who pursues this. But we decided to create a systemic solution, meaning 100, 200 lawyers will work all year round, for years, on creating new solutions, regulations and disciplining the state. In addition, we are creating a system for training staff, educating experts who will staff individual subcommittees as a social factor . So our experts will sit and watch the politicians at the subcommittee level, because according to the legal regulations in force in Poland, the social factor not only can, but should, and even has an obligation to participate in this entire legislative process. If we educate as many experts as necessary (300), we will educate 300. Over time, of course, these people will also join the ranks and hold higher positions, but this is absolutely necessary work based on meritocracy from the ground up , because it is impossible to function in our country at the moment because politicians are completely incapable of managing the state. You mentioned the example of the state and some industry. You could have developed the idea of ​​meritocracy or something, of course. Meritocracy is an idea that actually took root in China, in ancient China. One of the emperors noted that it was impossible to manage such a large state effectively if officials holding key positions were elected only by the wealthiest families. And that's exactly what happened, because they simply held these positions, but they had no substantive competences. and then established a principle that introduced the first state examinations. In fact, it is said to this day that these were incredibly difficult exams. You had to have very rich and deep knowledge of the functioning of the state, economics, money, etc., etc. And you could become an official, a leading official, for example, manage a given province or canton, provided that you passed this exam. In fact, China still functions this way today. Please look at the approximate composition of the government and the broader government of China. So please note that there are people there who graduated from the most top universities from all over the world and it's a meritocracy. This means management by competence. By competence. So how is it that at the same time, in a country of 37 million people, we are accepting exactly this, we are accepting that people come and say how cool, nice and kind they are, and they probably are, because some politicians, when we look at them objectively, are cool, nice and kind, but they have no competence to manage. This is not a thesis they have no competence. But you believe that higher education does not give politicians the competence to manage the state, so is there any competence at all that would give them the right to do so? Of course, there are two categories that could prove this. Studies as such. Of course not. Well, if someone graduates from the University of Physical Education, then of course he or she does not have the competence to manage the state economy. If someone has a degree in economics, of course they do not have the competence to manage, probably in the field of sports. Well, where would he get it from? It's not about finishing your studies, because it's often said that, well, I'm saying that uneducated people are managing it for us . Someone will say it's not true, because they have this or that degree, but they still have to be matched in terms of competencies to the function they perform. Well, we have Minister Kosiniak Kamysz. Well, the European Union, with its mobility package, introduced regulations that said we had to introduce what we call a minimum wage, but it's called a sectoral wage, and it increased the contribution rate in order to reduce the competitiveness of Polish, Polish , Romanian, Czech, and Lithuanian entrepreneurs. But the Poles did something, they achieved a world championship, namely, the Poles took these EU regulations and decided that it was still not enough . and they added plus 1/3 and currently we are probably the only country in the entire European Union. I need to check this, but I suspect that if there is another country that has done something equally irrational, it also feels sorry for such politicians and has paid contributions not only to what was required by European Union law , but also to the entire salary. Until now, it was the case that allowances and lump sums were exempt from taxation and please note that in all industries other than transport, allowances and lump sums are always exempt from taxation and contributions. Well, because they only serve to cover the increased costs of living. They do not constitute revenue, they do not constitute profit strictly speaking. But Mr. Editor, the fact that you asked about this, about education, or training, yes, education is one of the determinants, one of the quantifiers that must condition the admissibility of politicians for specific positions. What does it mean? That means, if you have a specialized education from a good university, a specialized education in, for example, economics, then perhaps you have the competence to be the minister of, for example, finance or the minister of labor, but it has to be specialized. Secondly, it may be that y may not have a specific education, but have evidence of effective competence. Oh, let me put it this way . Competencies. What does proof of competence mean? Proof of competence is a situation in which I say, " You've been running a company for 10 years with positive results, you haven't gone bankrupt, you've transferred profits," it means that I know you can manage anything. Okay, maybe you don't have a basic education or you don't have a specific field, but I see that you're a very good manager. Do you understand market mechanisms at all, because our accusation against politicians is that they do not know how to manage the state. This is not a thesis. If we are in record debt in history, the Polish state has never been so in debt. If we have 100 billion zlotys in interest to pay, if we have it every year, if we incur liabilities of 1 billion, 1 billion zlotys every day, to pay the officials, the army, the police, etc., etc., it means that politicians cannot manage us, because if they could, it means that we would decrease, the deficit would decrease. That is, they should learn where money really comes from, that money is not the state budget, but money for the state budget. where they have to go. Well, that's it. And that's why, as part of the government of entrepreneurs and the project of the We Entrepreneurs association, we are creating, using—and that's a bad word—courtesy of, so to speak, eminent Polish scientists, professors from various academic centers, such schemes, so to speak tests and, so to speak, textbooks, on which our internal experts will be educated, on which they will have to familiarize themselves with them, pass these internal exams within the We Entrepreneurs association in order to take on the role of an expert, to be able to sit as a social factor in the work of, for example, subcommittees delegated by our association. Because, ladies and gentlemen, politicians and political parties are a collection of people who are fascinated by a certain idea and focused on certain ideas. Okay, I respect that, they are in a good place , so be it. But we are creating completely new rules of the game. We create a completely different box. We are opening for the first time in the history of the Polish state. And I think, who knows, maybe not Europe, because in China, as we have already established, they discovered it a long time ago. what we can actually only now say, not that we have come up with it, but what we are creating. Well, for the first time we are creating an organizational structure in which not the name, the inability to communicate exclusively and self-presentation is a value, but where the value is hard proof of having hard competences, because if it were so, if politicians had these hard competences, they would not make a whole cascade of decisions. What does the whole decision angle mean? If politicians understood the principles of the Lafer curve, why do these companies fail in Poland? Why did these 2,200 companies go bankrupt in one year and in one industry, only the transport industry, and in one quarter? Because one could answer that these companies are as far away from the optimal point on the curve and lafer as possible. What is the Lafer curve? Czywel Scandal is a relationship in which it says that if taxes and all quasi-taxes are too high, revenues to the state treasury fall and then why? Because companies are liquidating. We currently have such a situation, I don't know if you know, but for the first time since 2000 we have the largest number, the highest rate of suspended or liquidated companies. There has never been a year like 2000 where such a large number, such a large volume of companies, would either be liquidated or go bankrupt. What does this mean? That we are in a suboptimal place on the Lafer curve. If politicians understood how the Lafer curve works , they would start looking for instruments that would increase the number of companies, because each additional company means money for the broadly understood budget. We, the entrepreneurs and our employees, ours in the sense that we work with us in the sense that no one feels offended, we who build well-being with us, we give 95% 94% of all revenue to the state budget. And someone will say, I even said this once , an economist said: "Sir, that's not true, because cumulative tax revenues are 80%, meaning our taxes plus taxes from our employees' salaries, which, by the way, we pay. After all, no employee has paid any tax. I have to give the employee this money first so they can pay this tax. But that's what it's called. Plus taxes from the salaries of the administration, the army, etc., etc. Okay. And where do the army and administration get this money? After all, every złoty that is paid, that anyone who is outside of entrepreneurship, if they are an employee, receives from us, from entrepreneurs. Well, there isn't such a złoty. Well, not entirely, there isn't, because there are also securities trades, which the state carries out, gold, etc., and other things like that, let's call them valuables or financial instruments. That would probably be more accurate. In any case, excluding that small percentage box, it's 94%. We, entrepreneurs, contribute other revenues to the budget directly or indirectly through concessions, licenses, and fines. Even if the fines totaled PLN 300 million this year, and PLN 700 million last year, the total fines increased by 100% year-on-year. And we know that who primarily pays these fines? Those who are active on the roads. And who is primarily active on the roads? Entrepreneurs. Because that's what entrepreneurs and their employees rely on for entrepreneurship. This means that we are burdened by these costs. This means that where do they enter the broadly understood budget? Even we, as entrepreneurs, contribute to this budget through fines. Therefore, what should the average official do? They should say: "Listen, the profitability of the company is falling dramatically." Thousands of companies have closed down, unemployment is rising, and it is necessary to reduce their burdens so that they will give us more money, because we have no other source of income. We politicians will have nothing to promise or give away. Is this happening? No, no. Exactly. The other way round. The government is currently introducing legislation, as I mentioned earlier, previously the platform law and the AI ​​law, which imposes additional costs and burdens on us. You can't really live like that. I don't even care about the financial aspect anymore. I'm talking about a certain mentality. It's about how these people think, those on the government side and those on the government side and how we are treated, that we are treated as just fuel, just a resource. That's a good word. We have started to be a resource here. We are no longer people worthy and entitled to dignity. We are not free people. We are and have become a resource in the hands of politicians. This is something critically, fundamentally incompatible with the idea of ​​humanity and man. Do you understand? Because if we are treated like game, even on, excuse me , a stupid street, on a stupid highway, like game, as a supplier of money, it means that something very bad has happened at the social level, but something very bad has happened in the minds of these politicians, it means that they lack broader reflection. Why is the Polish government not reacting? I say this because something very wrong is happening among politicians on an internal, spiritual level. There is some dysfunction there, something is very missing there, because it is enough to imagine the suffering of these children starving, dying of hunger, here and now dying here and now, to immediately call on the carpet, if only for the symbol, if only for the principle of this Israeli ambassador. Let's say: "Man, we absolutely do not accept what you are doing." Because we noticed that your Polish state is based on law, which is written in a language that allows, and even forces, these kinds of ambiguities, which are then exploited by politicians, sometimes officials, and sometimes judges in an unworthy manner, and we decided to create a new one, the first in the world, the first in the world. The world's deterministic system of legal interpretation and semantic representation of law. This sounds scary, but the point is that if, in order to read the content of a regulation only in one way, very few people know that the current legal system is largely based on a pattern that you would often call fraud, because you think that when you read a regulation, it can only be decoded in one way. And few of you know that norms are general and abstract in nature, and only later, judges and officials fill it with contexts to underpin this abstraction. This means that when reading the same regulation at the beginning, there can be many, many results later, meaning we don't have a system of order, because law is order, but a system of chaos of different solutions. And so we suffer. We all see that we suffer. And we decided, because of this, why do we suffer? Because entrepreneurs suffer because they read the regulation, invested 2 million, and then it turned out that the official changed a different context, known only to him, and the official lost a million. tr or you're driving down the road, and a police officer says he interprets the regulation differently, and you suffer because you see it 's unfair. You see, it 's unfair on his part. You say it's unfair, unjust, because he read the regulation differently than you did. We decided to create the world's first legal system. These are very extensive work, which will allow the regulations to be read only in one way from above. You will know the result today, tomorrow in a week, in a month and in 10 years if it is not changed. There will be exactly this one and only. And you think, ladies and gentlemen, of course we presented it in various political circles at the highest level. Do you think that politicians are delighted with the construction of such a system by two scientific teams, including former judges, outstanding scientists and, trust me, practitioners? No, no, they are not interested. They are not, yes, they will listen, they will nod their heads, but they are not interested, because they know that the less muddy water there is, the more clean water there is, the clearer it is, the fewer, among other things, such mileage allowances they will have to make. But we will introduce this system anyway, because the social pain, the pain of the average person at the injustice resulting from the multiple interpretations of the regulations, is so great, and the legal system has actually collapsed so much in on itself that it is so very, so extremely unpredictable that for people, for ordinary people, for the average Joe, not for that law professor, not for judges, not for the elites, for ordinary people. We are creating and will create this product system based on the principles of social justice and predictability. First of all, I encourage predictability, there is a scientific podcast devoted exclusively to this issue. I encourage you to do so briefly, because it is impossible to answer in such detail, but we are discussing everything, ladies and gentlemen , it is all connected. Why? Well, what was my main motivation during these 16 years to build such a first fair system? Thousands, well, several thousand administrative proceedings alone, we have conducted over 26 years, but many other criminal and civil proceedings, right? So, you can say that these are the thousands of cases that we have led to wrongs when we saw human beings. I see that these people, I know they were right, but the system crushed them. These judges crushed them, these officials crushed them, and I said, "No, this can't go on like this. We have to come up with a solution that will give people their dignity." What does it mean that they were crushed ? This means that they have been deprived of the right to the most important human rights, namely the right to dignity. It means they were crushed, it means they were deprived of part of their humanity. Do you understand? This is something fundamental. And even though not everyone in the legal community likes it, because not everyone likes it, we stubbornly and consistently build this system. because every time I'm tired, whether the professor is tired or his people, the team in that sense too, so as not to sound like that, people, I mean other great scientists, when we're tired, I think to myself, damn, someone will be better off, someone won't get hurt, someone won't feel rejected, deprived of meaning in life, and so on. This must be built. We have to build it. I still need 100 million zlotys for this. This is a huge undertaking, huge projects. I don't know if this system will be implemented in its entirety during my lifetime, or even if it will be implemented at all during my lifetime, but this is my scientific work that is supposed to complete the whole thing you asked about, because you were talking about entrepreneurship. Why enterprise? These are because we have a non-deterministic legal process that is impossible, in which it is impossible to determine whether I can invest or not, how much and when. ZUS, sir, is carrying out inspections on a gigantic scale at transport companies. As a lawyer specializing in labor law, I am absolutely convinced, as I have demonstrated in scientific publications, even peer-reviewed monographs, that these inspections do not rely on the content of the law and impose huge sanctions on transport companies, which causes them to close down. Why? Because, because the official writes in my interpretation, this is how I interpret this provision in this context. This is precisely what I want to take away from them, from these officials and judges, the ability to make their own interpretations, because in their interpretation they work for the benefit of the system. They don't think now that if he imposes this fine on the company, the company will close and lay off 100 employees and they will go on unemployment and the children of these employees will not get this good lunch. They don't think because they play the system. Why? Because they play on each other. Why are they gaming the system? Because they want to get their salary, because they have the position of director, headmaster, or whatever, and they show no empathy. And they don't show empathy because we're back to square one , there's a problem at the spiritual level. They do not think in terms of harming another person. They do not behave like an educated person, but like an educated person in the worst sense of the word. And why is that so? Because the legal system allows them to do so. So it's not like, it seems to me that there is no such, simple, you know, one rule. That is, you have to capture all these threads and fix a number of elements at once, restore the spiritual elements. But without a doubt these are, well, I will say for myself that these are extremely, extremely important words. You also said something very important in the context of security, that each of us does not think about our own security from a global perspective, from the perspective of Europe, the world, but from the place of security of our home, our family, our children. Prime Minister Donald Tusk recently told the Financial Times that a potential Russian attack is not a matter of a few years, but a matter of a few months. In your opinion, is Poland prepared for such a scenario ? Are Poles trained? Can Poles feel safe today? Poland is prepared for a small-scale war . Poland is not prepared for a full-scale war. And I'll tell you why in a moment. A full-scale war is one that can be expected to last a year, two, three, four, five. And the military doctrine states that in order to hold the front, especially such a long front as Poland has, it is necessary to train at least 10% of the population, i.e. around almost 4 million people. We currently have trained, you could say 200,000 people there, which means trained. I don't know if this is even a good term. Let's say 200,000. Okay, let's say 200,000. That means we can't implement a persistent defense in the long run. We are not able to . We don't have anyone, this is clearly visible in Ukraine. If it weren't for the support of Poland and the entire world, Ukraine would have fallen long ago, because there are no Ukrainians there to defend this front. Therefore, I made such a proposal over a year ago. I once came up with the idea and we organized an association called the National Shield, which is now operational, and I proposed to the Polish government in an official letter to the Prime Minister and the Minister of National Defense that we organize a program to build 1,000 shooting ranges and conduct general training during free time on these thousands of shooting ranges, more than 1,000 of them. Because that way it would be cheap, fast and pressure-free. The basic training system would have to be implemented anyway. There would be no need to transport these people, bring them in, support them, and so on and so forth. So it's cheap for the Polish state, that is, for us, because let's go back to the fact that we provide 94% of the revenues, so it's cheap for us. There would be no separation. And these people would not have to go to units and be barracked there. They would come after work, conduct training, participate in these training sessions, periodically, and return to their families. It would be effective. Please, please, ladies and gentlemen, dear editor, there has been no answer for a year and a half. Every now and then I send a question to either the Chancellery of the Prime Minister or the Minister of National Defence and ask what is going on with our project? And they answer me in turns that the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, i.e. the Prime Minister, did not respond, and the Minister of Defence did not respond. No, there is no thinking in these categories. Why is there no such thinking? Well, because the Minister of National Defense is a doctor. He is a doctor. Well, if the Minister of National Defense is a doctor, he doesn't understand that 10% must have trained people for persistent defense, not for temporary defense. So yes, we definitely have some excellent special units. It's a joke, but the role of special units is, firstly, very specific, and secondly, they are very small formations. After all, these are small formations. And thirdly, their role on the battlefield is decreasing now, because the world, because war has changed. The war before Ukraine and the war during Ukraine are two completely different wars. These are completely different doctrines, mentality, fighting methods, etc. etc., etc. So we certainly have wonderful people, but Poland as a state is not prepared for persistent, persistent defense, at least for the reasons I mentioned. I think there are many others, but I don't want to go into detail here. Well, we're back to the starting point again. Who governs us? What is the quality of the people he manages? Prime Minister. The Prime Minister is a historian. I have nothing against historians. he respects historians unimaginably as a lawyer. Well, I must have liked history myself, you know, but um, is that the competence to manage an enterprise in quotation marks, because the state is a 38 million enterprise, employing 308 million workers. We are not employees. We are worse. We are the resource. 38 million people. No, no, no, a historian does not have such competences. The Minister of Defense does not have one. I once made such a ranking to pass, right? I did it, I asked my friend Karolina, an economist from Nota Benes by education. I say, Karolinka, please, make me a report on the fit of Polish politicians to their positions since 2000, which turned out to be 50%. 50%. This means that every second politician does not have an education at all suited to the position they hold. But this 50% is very illusory because the range of 70-80 was the SLDPSL board, and later it dropped drastically. So if we took this match not as the last 26 years since 2000, but for example 20 years, it could turn out that it fell below 40%. Well, well. Where did anyone see me returning to this plane, the plane piloted by a man who did not undergo detailed, hyper-difficult, hyper-detailed flight training, confirmed by flights in a simulator, right? And this is how a country of 37 million people is managed. People without training, without even any hard skills, or confirmation that they have managed anything for 10 years with positive results. But we allow it. We just say enough is enough because we no longer like it. Why? Because the sum of all the circumstances that have come into play along the way, all the burdens over the last few years, it's not that the last two and a half years, it's not, it's that it's been over the last 10, maybe 15 years. the sum of all the burdens has become too much for us. I've had enough and I don't agree to such rules and I think I've managed to infect a huge number of unimaginably intellectually rich people with this idea, but they are also rich in the inner and spiritual sense . And a lot of people gathered, a large group of people, brilliant businessmen who have built great businesses, great employees, great strategists, great scientists, and we say: "We will create a new quality." we will create a new quality, not for ourselves, because we may not live to see the benefits, but we will create it for our own, for generations, for people who will have long forgotten us. But uh, is it worth it? Now all you have to do is get in a car or on a plane and fly to Germany or France or Great Britain. Each of you will answer whether it is worth it. Look at how these countries look when they are neglected by their citizens. Look how they look when neglected by their citizens. You get off in Paris, you go to the ninth arrondissement, you want to watch everything you saw on TV and there are 70% of people there with a different culture, a different skin color than European. 70%. Go. 10:00 PM. Emptiness in Paris. Why? Because women are afraid to walk. Because everyone is afraid to walk. they lost their country because they missed the moment when we are here and now. It starts with fines and ends with the entire country losing its power. There are no shortcuts to this. Well, maybe sometimes some people, when they listen to this program, see this program, maybe they won't agree with everything I said. It's natural. After all, Walter Lipman once said that where everyone thinks the same, no one thinks very much. And I am certainly not a person who thinks he has it all figured out 100%. I learn from every person, I learn something every day. But the sum of people in every person there is something very wise, some hidden wisdom, but the sum of these people, these wisdoms gives some, creates a certain optimum, a certain calorific value, a certain value. So maybe you won't agree with everything I've said here. I hope I didn't offend anyone. That would be the last thing I wanted to do. It was never my intention to offend anyone. And I don't, if you'll understand, intentionally care whether someone has a particular skin color or a particular religion. I'm just saying that the fact is that the French have lost their state. The fact is that the British have lost, the Germans are losing, the Swedes have lost, because they missed the point where we are, the critical point where we have to hold on to our space. Ladies and gentlemen, Palestine was a large country. How is it that it has lost 90-something percent of its resources over several decades? We cannot leave anything to ourselves forever. Poland was not on the maps for 123 years , or rather, it was almost not there yet, it was in hearts, in speech, in culture, in religion, but under Stalinism we were not a sovereign entity, we were not a sovereign entity, there was no Poland either. Nothing is permanent. Nothing, nothing. And that's why we have to take action here and now. Who can? I invite everyone to join the We the People association. Let 's not treat this as some grand words or pathetic. This is our everyday life. Well, you go to the doctor and he says he'll invite you in three years . Well, this is your everyday life. There was nothing pathetic about it. No, it's not about pathos, it's not about big words. It's about our everyday life. You're going out onto the streets of Warsaw. Whatever you say, it's unimaginably safe, a safe space, a safe city and country. Whatever you say, of course, maybe not as it was 5 years ago or three years ago, but it is still very safe by European standards . This must integrate us. Everyday life must integrate us. And let us every time close our eyes and think about what our children's faces look like. What does our children's face look like? And then, when we imagine this face of our children, let us consider whether we are a sheepdog, a sheep. or a wolf. Beautifully. That is why we are being introduced not only to this atmosphere, the war psychosis, but also to the threat of the migration pact that is already being implemented. And apart from the safety guide we received in our mailbox, nothing happens. But it's not just about shelters and training, but above all about what you said, i.e. a sense of your own safety with your own family in your own home. Should we have an open path to owning a gun and learning how to use it for our own safety? Well, I'm not objective because I have about 12 weapons at home . In connection with the above, the question for me is conditioned to a one-way answer only. Well, please do it socially. For us as citizens, should we own weapons for our own safety? We should have weapons, because I will give an argument directly related to the defense at the level of the Polish state, because the first attack and the first days of the attack by Russian troops on Ukraine were possible with such unimaginable effectiveness, to a large extent because at this elementary social level, Ukrainian society had no ability to stop, at that time, basically almost unarmed, one could say, units. I don't want to go into details, but I know the details of those first days. Therefore, if there had been any mobilization and the ability to defend, even at the social level, such an equivalent, such a Polish vot, the Russian troops would have been stopped drastically earlier than they were stopped. And later they never gave up these territories. But that is one issue. The second issue is that the feeling of possessing a weapon is associated with the creation of a certain sense of a pro-defense state community. This is extremely important, because at shooting ranges we meet people who are mainly characterized by very strongly patriotic attitudes. Very strongly patriotic. There are approximately 400,000 of us shooters. I don't count the hunters, because there are probably 70,000, 400,000 more there. We have a very strong ethos of the Polish state in the sense that we are people. In this sense, we, the people, have a very strong sense of connection with the state and a sense of patriotism. And we are able to teach this to new generations and different people. We will gladly give what we possess in the best sense of the word. The more people are trained, the more people want to own a gun, the more people will encounter our very strongly pro-patriotic attitudes in our group, and we will instill them in them. Even if they do not have it yet, we will instill it and cultivate this love for the Polish state. The second issue is the hard skills that are acquired. I beg your pardon. Shall I refer again to this wise patriotism, is wise patriotism not peaceful patriotism, but not in a pseudo-pacifist sense in which we do not realistically care about our sense of self-connection? I wouldn't have put it this way, and there's nothing to add or subtract, because your question itself has exhausted 100% of the scope of answers, so that's exactly how it is. Well, ladies and gentlemen, where does this come from? What can you learn at the shooting range? Well, teams like our Zenit 9 train at the shooting range. This is a team that was created for the first Iraqi war as a personal protection team. Built by an officer, and most of the first team were officers from the government's presidential protection bureau. The team is mainly responsible for, or has been responsible for, protecting several presidents. no top characters. This is an elite team, although almost unknown in Poland, because this type of unit likes silence. Organizational units are a civilian team, private in But what can one learn by associating with people like us? Well, if you want to be a personal security agent , although Polish law calls it a bit differently, but that's what it comes down to. I am an active personal security agent with all the powers in this area, both formal and practical, so a person learns to serve other people. Well, who is a personal security agent ? This is a man who is conditioned to be able to lay down his life for the protection and lives of other people. Well, we often say about ourselves that we are bullet traps, right? We often say this to ourselves jokingly, because it's the truth. Well, let's put on the armor. Well, because of my posture, height, dimensions, well, one of my leading functions, well, it is of course the person who directly protects the protected person, well, that is, the adjutant, because in this nomenclature it is an adjutant. Well, I'm the first person who stands in the firing line, which means I have the obligation to get into the firing line, but to be clear, everyone in such a team's roles are 100% interchangeable, meaning everyone has to be able to do exactly the same thing and always follows exactly the same rules in different conditions . So it's not like I'm a bullet-fighter, but everyone in the personal protection team fulfills this function. Simply put, if the person being protected is taller, a taller adjutant is given. If it is lower and so on and so forth, then the appropriate one is given. So we are bullet traps. So what does that mean? In practice, this means that by agreeing to go on a project, we agree that we will not come back. Well, that 's our function. I mean , I assume someone trusts me. Someone trusts me, because that is trust, that is the foundation. I have to get into the firing line there. What I once made such a video can be seen on one of my channels 13 arrows and there are dozens of videos from our training, our team and there is, among other things, such analysis of how they worked. They worked it out in our slang, we say when they messed up , when they ruined the work of other teams. There's a Slovak team there, I think, and it's beautifully shown how that officer did n't go into the security detail, Prime Minister Fico didn't go into the firing line, he clearly didn't work his way through it, and he had plenty of time, because there were probably 1 second and 30, that's a lot of time, that's a lot of time, we count in milliseconds, anyway, reaction time. It's just that we're trained thousands of times, the same repetitions, so 1 second and 3 is an awful lot of time, he had plenty of time to do his duty, his mission, the mission, he did n't do it. He has n't worked it out within himself. There was something missing somewhere inside him and he didn't go in, he didn't take the plunge. So if you hang out with bullet traps and train with bullet traps, there are people who will give everything they have for you. They will give everything they have for you. That's why I have enormous respect for these people, because they're from this environment, because they're the kind of people, because to do, excuse the term, the job of a bullet catcher, you have to have a certain mentality. I mean, you have to understand that you are a sheepdog and whether there is one wolf, or two wolves, or five of them, whether they will kill you or not. You will bark and sink your fangs as long as you simply have the strength. And this is what you can learn from people like this, how to think about the Polish state, right? How to think about the Polish state, that we think about the Polish state only and exclusively in these categories, that it is patriotism. I often say my year is 1975. Because of the uprising, I remember a lot of what happened before the changes, right? because I come from a family that is very strongly, not only patriotic, but also Solidarity, because my father, my mother and some of my uncles founded the Solidarity of individual farmers, they were the founders. So what I'm going to say now, I made this introduction because what I'm going to say now may shock some people, especially those from the Solidarity community. Before 1989, most of these large buildings and overpasses had large red letters reading " Poland your collective duty" or " Poland our collective duty" written there, but it didn't say "PRL collective duty" there, but it said "Poland our collective duty" there, and it 's fundamentally important because what it says about it says that there was enough in this red Poland. Fortunately, it was later, after the Stalinist era, because until the Stalinist era there was no such reflection there. There was on this front red Poland, but inside some other, obviously patriotic Poland there was enough reflection to teach generations that Poland is your collective duty. People understood this, the youth understood this, they understood that the country had to be protected, it had to be built, regardless of one's comfort or lack of comfort. Where is it after 89? We are a free country and they have wiped from us that Poland is not just us, they have not wiped from me, but they have wiped from many young people this awareness. Poland is your collective duty, patriotism. What? I don't know what patriotism means to young people nowadays. When I hear them say that when the Russians come to Poland, I'm going to get on a plane and leave. That's not what I mean. I mean How is it that I am not ashamed to say where I am going to go? I often talk among my friends, even among my friends, we once had such a discussion among friends from my high school class and it caused such a discussion to emerge and there was something there. So what are we going to do? What will we do when the Russians come out there? I say I have three backpacks packed. I will choose one of them. They're all offensive and I'm turning east and just going to choose the appropriate one from the three I have packed, but they're offensive. Not like a prime minister, not like a deputy prime minister, deputy prime minister of Poland and at the same time minister of national defense, who has backpacks, an evacuation backpack. I have three, but they are all offensively formed. We must create this attitude. Why? Because there are a lot of them in Poland . There must inevitably be a powerful Russian agency. And she observes whether morale is high or morale is low. And what's more, he not only observes, but also moderates. We cannot expose this type of attitude at all, because it is a signal that the country is weak. It may be armed, but no one will get in. It may have all this equipment, but it won't hold up long-term. Well, there has to be someone there, that person has to ultimately sit there on that front. It is impossible to answer that we are not really delving into the essence again. And we are still with this essence. Who are we as people? What is our spirituality? What do we have, as we have been built over decades? What are our responsibilities? After all, in order to come there from my village outside Krakow, I had to devote several hours to come. After all, this is it and the time. Of course, it's a great honor and I would never have thought that I would be appearing on this podcast with the editor, so it's a great honor and that you will be able to listen to me here, I would n't have imagined in my wildest dreams , but it does involve some effort and time and even some of her money. Everything is provided so that we can obtain good results and fruits, but patience and time are still needed . If it weren't for this crazy joke, we would n't have united as entrepreneurs, as the media community, and as people. Then, thanks to this KSEF, we saw how many other areas were attacking and limiting us. If it weren't for this pseudo pandemic, sorry, that's my opinion. If someone feels offended and has a different opinion, I respect that. You probably won't find people who know such things. Okay, well then I'm happy. I'm sorry, if it weren't for what happened, let's call it that, we would n't have seen that the system was crushing us. There must have been a number of critical events that benefit us. It's like medicine sometimes, it's bitter, but once we swallow it, it's not good, it's bitter. Or like honor, it is bad, it hurts us, but once it gets into the bloodstream, it heals. This is exactly what we need, these shocks, we need this pain, this honor, this bitterness, this bad medicine. This is what we need, this is what we clearly need. And we got, we know, okay, now we're organizing ourselves and now we're creating these structures, now we're creating systems, models and we're moving on to the offensive part, because until now we were in such a dormant, defensive state. There are an awful lot of us, in my opinion. I believe that these, I would say, freedom-oriented, conscious, even spiritual, environments are starting to emerge, because these people have always been there, we have always been there, but people were ashamed to talk about any spirituality. They were ashamed to say they felt something there or they were ashamed of it, and now there are so many of us. I see that more and more often, and that is why I also try to add this faith in those when someone asks me, and in broadcasts or podcasts, and talk about these elements, because without it we will not build a great Poland again. You have to buy a ticket and fly to Taiwan. 24 million people, half of whom live in mountains so high that it is completely impossible to live there. Now let's take a look at what Taiwan looks like, what immense wealth there is. We are in Warsaw, ladies and gentlemen , a building in the fourth largest, only the fourth largest city in Taiwan, buildings larger than the largest building of the European Union, which is here in Warsaw, there are, ladies and gentlemen, two of them, the taller one is 120 meters higher. So I walk into this conference and I say, "Listen, I've experienced one of the strangest things in my life. I'm walking down the street. I could just spend an hour talking about this topic, about what Polish science really looks like, but you wouldn't believe it, ladies and gentlemen, and that wouldn't even cover a fraction of what could be said about how politicians treat Polish science. There are universities, just imagine, there are universities that the current government consciously, deliberately doesn't fund public universities. He deprives them of funding because he thinks he has a specific concept and a specific idea about which ones should be funded and which ones shouldn't. And he simply stifles some financially so that they might shut down, because why would he? But, um, fortunately, if you're a scientist, you get satisfaction and fascination from it. I have to say that I don't experience greater happiness than scientific work. I mean, when I work scientifically and sit down at my desk, I have this kind of music on loop , these kinds of songs on loop , constantly the same. I have these loops after an hour so that I know an hour has passed, because when my loop runs out, it means an hour, because I have to measure time somehow. I'll explain why this is important in a moment. Because when I work scientifically on a solution, for example, the one we're talking about now, I personally experience such immense inner happiness and a sense of happiness and fascination with what I'm doing that it's like, for example, 10 p.m., and Then it's like a snap, it's light, and I know I have to go to sleep because it's light. If it weren't for the fact that scientists operate at such a high level, that we're absolutely endlessly fascinated by what we do, no one would do it for this kind of money, with this kind of treatment from politicians, no one would do science. No one would. It just fascinates us endlessly, endlessly. And this is this is the greatest reward for us. I'm talking about myself because you have to make a living somehow, because that's what it is, because that's the second thing. We have to talk about it , you have to make a living somehow. But the reward is that we came up with this idea, that we know it's great, that it will help people, that they will use it by the thousands. I have several patents, several industrial designs. Because that's the way the world is. It's made up of many, very complex elements. So how do we want to exist in this world if we don't invest in people, in the science that builds these constructs? Well, we won't function, we can say all the fine words, but if we don't invest in the development of science, we won't be rich. Taiwan is unimaginably rich because it invests unimaginably in the development of science. They took us to one of the universities there, and when we go there, they say: "You know what, the government gave us such mountain and we built a university on the top of this mountain . Well, we've been driving for 40 minutes. I look there, such a mountain, such a huge mountain, and on this mountain I see a city. We got closer and it turned out that this city has only one university. Gigantic scale. and the level of equipment at this university, the level of research, well, it is, for me, it was impressive. I have absolutely nothing to compare it to in Poland. This is how you invest in science.
