I think that Poland is actually governed at the internal level by, of course, party presidents. I think we actually have this illusion of parliamentary democracy. In fact, MPs are not autonomous in their votes because MPs are slaves of the ones. If they do not receive the opportunity from the party chairman to run for the Sejm from the first position, they will almost certainly not get in. apart from a few exceptions, and this means that it is actually an illusion of democracy, which is a single elite, one could say, but not in the good sense of the word, but in the sense that it is not an egalitarian body, it is not a society, it is not even a group of MPs, but rather the party presidents who actually indicate these directions and then hold people accountable for these voting directions. Moreover, this sounds great in direct conversations with MPs. After one of my podcasts, one of these leading MPs called and said that it was great that he heard what he heard from me on this podcast, because he says that he could not say that as an MP, much less vote in certain directions. This is just the beginning. We are trying to create the seeds of grassroots democracy, that is, taking power over the state, our state. Mhm. And do you think it will work? On the contrary, we must constantly undertake these attempts and these actions, because it is not the case that the system of power, whether international, true, corporate, or political, or expressed by various types of foreign services, will stop on its own, will never stop. This means that only we can stop this direction that is unfavorable to us. Mhm. Well, we are fighting to somehow survive, but I just wanted to ask what it's like, because they say that unemployment is already at a record level. What's next for people? Because this job will only get worse. I'm wondering what's next with this AI, because they say it will take our jobs and that it always took our jobs at some point, I don't know, the car was invented, there were no horses. But today the pace is so fast that it is probably impossible to replace all these people and throw them into another bag. What do you think about this, Professor? What about unemployment? These are several aspects that overlap. First of all, we actually have a European recession. The European Union, not actually European, but within the European Union, to be more precise, the European Union brought this recession on itself with decades of disastrous decisions . And now this is the first source of growing unemployment. In fact, for the first time in 24 years, we have a situation where unemployment has increased for 10 consecutive months. The last such case was exactly 24 years ago. If this trend continues in May, we will have already jumped into a completely different box, one that is even more disastrous. The second issue is that artificial intelligence is, of course, taking away our job market. I once wrote such a study on the labor market, a scientific study on the international labor market, but from it it is possible, one might say, to extract and also partially estimate directions in Poland. Well, we assume that at least 200 million workers worldwide will lose their jobs as a result of artificial intelligence . At least 200 million. But as I pointed out in this study of mine, these reports are drastically underestimated. They are drastically underestimated, perhaps even 10 times. In Poland, if we maintained a certain symmetry, it would mean that some 5.5 million people would have to look for work in the next five to seven years. This doesn't mean he won't find the job, but it means he will have to find an idea for himself, redefine the idea for himself. They were someone, they were doing well, they were able to do this job, and now they will have to, for example, and this is especially true in IT, and now they will have to find an idea again, acquire new competencies. When it comes to IT, this is an absolutely unprecedented situation. In one day alone, Google laid off 30,000 employees in one day. in one day in the first quarter, all of big tech laid off a quarter of a million people in the United States 250,000 in one quarter quarter. If we look at the 10 largest companies in the IT sector, they lay off from several dozen to sometimes several thousand people at least, but these are one-off collective layoffs, where in one day, for example, 9,000 people receive notice. Now, when we look at percentage statistics, it's interesting that, for example, the largest companies like Microsoft are laying off 30,000 employees while recording record profits. Why do they do that? Because they can, because they can increase their profitability even further. And why others? For example, Open AI, but why are others also laying off who are not generating record profits? because the market is overheated, the market is drastically overheated, and the costs of operating servers and, above all, the costs of salaries are astronomical and because these are listed companies, they automatically look for a certain demonstration, a balance of rational management of their expenditure portfolio. they decided to lay off thousands of employees, especially since it turns out that in fact 30% of all the work that was previously performed by employees at Microsoft is now able to be performed by artificial intelligence. This is an unimaginably dangerous direction for Poland as well. Please note that we are talking about 5 million people, the fluctuation over the five years when the steelworks were closed in Silesia was only 300,000 people. This is an unimaginable scale. We tried to interest the Ministry of Labor, and specifically Deputy Minister Gajewski, and appoint a chapter here, around me now, of which the two of us are sitting, but we will reveal some behind-the-scenes details. We must begin work here and now on determining and figuring out how Polish, Polish workers are supposed to find their way, I have an idea, they are supposed to find their way in this disaster market, this disaster of a labor market. I have an idea. This idea is of course, it is groundbreaking, it is not groundbreaking, it is of course the transfer of these employees to the SME sector, small, micro, small, medium-sized enterprises, right? so that they can find their new place in the world and in life. But for this to happen, it is absolutely necessary to create such economic conditions for Polish entrepreneurs, especially micro-entrepreneurs, that it will be profitable for them to run their business, so that it will not be as it is now, where they run it for one, two, three years and understand that the conditions for running a business are extremely unfavorable, the likes of which have not existed for 26 years. I have been running businesses for 26 years. I cannot recall such extremely unfavorable business conditions as they are now. These conditions must be absolutely favorable, but for them to be favorable, the ministry must be aware of them. This means that the ministry, the ministry of labor, the ministry of finance, the ministry of development must undertake a program to eliminate barriers, barriers and restrictions, including tax ones, but this includes, among others, tax ones, not only tax ones , various ones, administrative ones, control ones, etc., etca, etca. There is no awareness of this. I have been with successive governments for 26 years, I was with most of them, and I must say that I do not remember such a difficult situation as the one in business today, and I must say that each successive government had only one direction. Tighten the screw more and more. And this probably comes from the fact that, I think here, Mr. Editor, there is not a high level of competence among officials. I mean, I once did an analysis of how many ministers and deputy ministers have a specialized education managing a given ministry, or if they do not have a specialized education, how many years of successful business activity do they have? And it turned out that this ratio is very unfavorable, because it is at the level of only 50%, which means that statistically every second minister neither has education nor proof of the effectiveness of his or her actions in business. What does it mean? Now imagine. Imagine, Mr. Editor, ladies and gentlemen , imagine that we are flying in a plane right now. This plane, for example, there has 200, 300 passengers. And now imagine that in a vote, in a vote, we choose the pilot. Whoever is the best, the most handsome or the best presented, we choose him as the pilot and direct him to the cockpit and we want him to transport us there on the trip. Would we do that? Of course we would n't do that, because what would be certain, disaster would be certain. And this is how prime ministers, ministers, deputy ministers are chosen in elections, in a plebiscite based on a promise. And we do not want to continue this formula anymore. We've had enough. We, the public, say we have had enough. We don't want people who have been managing something for 5 years. They can be wonderful people, in a human sense. We may like them, value them, respect them as people, but they have no competence. That to be a pilot, you have to be a pilot, a car driver, you have to have qualifications, you have to complete courses, but to manage a state, you have to have experience, but to manage a state, you only need to have political muscle or connections, i.e. connections and not have any hard skills, any, no proof of your own effectiveness and manage the state. And we absolutely categorically say enough is enough. That is why we are creating a government of entrepreneurs, but based on the idea of ​​meritocracy, i.e. people who are selected only from among those who are prepared, substantively and with experience, can testify to their own effectiveness and competence. Well, tell me, how much you've overdone it, what's next if this doesn't happen, what awaits us in Poland for the next 2027 years. Because people can no longer afford to live. I am also talking about the Kowalski proverb. It's not just entrepreneurs whose businesses are failing, as you say . I know myself how big ZUS is, because I pay all these things myself and actually at the very beginning there was no support, absolutely none. So what's it like , because it's also an average Joe, is he about to rebel or what awaits us? Because we can't afford to live. I don't know what Kowalski will do, but Cut Kowalski has choices and here he should make mathematical decisions. However, to answer the first part of your very valid question, we are absolutely facing a disaster. And these are the numbers that prove this thesis, namely the previous government already put us in debt to the point of indebtedness , and the current government has put us in debt even 100% more. So how much debt will the next one put us in? Ladies and gentlemen, we have PLN 100 billion in interest payments annually on loans taken out. The entire budget is, let's say, 500 tens of billions, and we pay 100 billion in interest alone. I mean, we are poor, we cannot afford various kinds of social projects, hospitals, etc., etc. because we pay the interest, because more people come from the plebiscite, who were chosen on board this proverbial plane because they were handsome, nice, friendly and promised a lot , and then they came and made commitments. So a disaster awaits us . Mr. Editor, you have something to do, I have something to do. We are people unimaginably burdened with our professional and scientific work in all its dimensions. Is it any pleasure for me to create a social movement? Is it any pleasure for me to create a government of entrepreneurs? Is it a great pleasure for me to create a movement and an association, we the people, and then we the entrepreneurs, and to build, build a state from scratch, build a parallel government to the official government, the one that formally functions. Well, maybe they think rationally, but it is natural, because that is how the market is. This means that there can be no accusations here that German companies want to displace Polish, French or any other companies. That's what this business is all about, this business and this formula that we were heading towards after '89. We wanted a free market, so we got it. The point is not that others want to be more creative than us, but that we need to be more organized as Polish entrepreneurs. What else do you think about officials? If we introduce all automations, should we fire officials? Well, because the bureaucracy grows every year, even though we have processes, we have tools, we have citizens, many tools, and suddenly the army of officials is not decreasing and unfortunately the maintenance comes from our pockets. I hope we should make a gigantic reduction in the number of civil servants. In general, in relation to officials, criminal liability should be introduced first for actions inconsistent with the law, and specifically for one type of unlawful actions, namely the issuance of administrative decisions contra legem. So contra legum is a situation where the regulation says that it is a glass, and the official claims that it is a horse, not a glass. And these are controls and such decisions are categorically prohibited. The problem is that officials issue such decisions by the tens of thousands each year. Similarly, judges of provincial administrative courts issue judgments on a large scale based on judgments based on counter-inferences to the detriment of entrepreneurs that are prohibited by the Supreme Court, prohibited by legal doctrine, prohibited by the Constitutional Tribunal. So we need to introduce criminal liability and financial liability. This is the first part. What now? Should it be reduced? Of course, ladies and gentlemen, officials constitute approximately every 15th passer-by on the street. And if we subtract the elderly and children from this, they constitute approximately every 8 or 7 s of the passers-by are officials. Do we need them? Do we need every seventh person of productive age to manage us when we pass them on the road? We are still paying for it, they still do n't respect us. We entrepreneurs, I'm not saying we SMEs, because I also include state-owned companies, we generate about 95%. Someone will say this is not true. I'll look at the statistics and it shows that only about 80% is generated by entrepreneurs, right? But only when we are talking about taxes. And if we talk about quasi taxes, about revenues from licenses, concessions, and also from fines that we pay, fines increased 100% year on year 700 and several dozen million to 1 billion 300, sectional measurements to 1 billion 300, then we, entrepreneurs, who are by nature constantly on the move, we mainly pay them as a kind of quasi tax. If we look at it and add up all these social contributions, it turns out that we entrepreneurs generate about 95% of the entire state. I see. That is, those who constitute the heart of the state, that is, the entire defense, the fuel for the tanks, the tanks themselves, the fuel for the planes, everything that happens, the service is us, it is you, it is me, it is the state that you are watching. What's more, it's the employees of these SME companies, because the employers themselves won't create anything, it's the employees of these SME companies and other enterprises who will create it. That is, 10 million of us, because that is how many employees there are who generate profits for the state, because the entire labor market is 15.5 million employment contracts, 2.5 million civil law contracts, and 10 million of these 15 million are SMEs. It's us, we the employers and we the employees, whom we treat like our family, because we see our employees more often, more often, and longer than our own family, so they are our family, we generate all the profit. And what do the officials do, what does every seventh person we pass on the street do? Negative decision. They oppress us, they don't respect us. They don't understand that we respect them because they are the best, but the system itself works as if the tail was wagging the dog. We are the ones who work to ensure that they have salaries, that their children can go to school, that they can go on trips, that they are well off, and we wish them the best, because they are people just like us. We have the same right to dignity as we do, but we have the same right to dignity as they do. How to make sure this doesn't happen like a commission? Then, of course, we must introduce meritocracy. I didn't invent meritocracy. meritocracy has been, or truth from the essence of the Latin word, although it was invented in the Chinese civilization, because the first meritocratic governments were introduced under the Chinese emperor, who stated that it is impossible to manage a state in which only political governors with zero intellectual calorific value and only certain relationships are placed in the provinces. family and the idea of ​​meritocracy was first introduced in China, and only later was it transferred to other regions of the world, including Europe. And when it actually happened a bit like that, there was an attempt to create a civil service corps, which was based on the idea that the highest management positions would be managed by people who had passed special exams and courses, and in fact, we want to create the same thing within the government of entrepreneurs. I mean, we say yes, you cannot be prime minister if you are a historian and you do not have any proof of competence. You can become Prime Minister or Minister of Agriculture if you are not, or do not have, an agricultural or economic education. You can become the Minister of Labour if you are not a labour lawyer or an economist, but only if you complete special, identical courses. Simulators identical to those used in aviation should be created. Not only in aviation, simulators are identical in many disciplines, i.e. a pilot comes, he may be a historian by education, but he goes to a specialized course. This course lasts as long as it is supposed to . He must pass the tests on crisis management in an airplane. It must be the same in the state. We, scientists from polytechnics, we, scientists from law faculties, we, scientists from management faculties, from economics faculties, will jointly develop and must develop, and we will develop, special simulators for simulating critical situations, thanks to which politicians will be able to learn how to manage the state from an economic and social perspective. labor market etc., etc. etc. There is no other path than meritocracy for our country, for every country. Look, ladies and gentlemen, someone from the left, from the center, from the right, but we all run a business and we all want the security and sovereignty of the Polish state. And please tell me when, in your opinion, the Polish economy will actually burst? Will it be in a year, in three, or will politicians be saying especially before the elections that it is great? You can already see that it is not only health care, but also communication. For example, in Krakow, the mayor of Krakow decided to limit communication there, because he says that Krakow cannot cope. Why can't he lift it? Because there is no revenue for the budget. And if not, why is there no revenue for the budget? Well, because there are declines in the level of corporate tax revenues. In Krakow, record layoffs, as you know, record layoffs of several thousand employees by leading international corporations. Why? Because there is no favorable economic atmosphere. This means we are at a very unfavorable point on the Lafer curve. The Lafer curve is a point at which it is very profitable to run a business. taxes and other burdens are so low, and not only taxes, there is little administration, so little administrative bureaucracy, that it is profitable for us to conduct this activity somewhere. Then, revenues to the state budget increase drastically. Whenever a group of people who do not understand the universal principle of the Lafer curve comes to power, they start raising taxes and levies and tightening the system, because they think that if they tighten it, more taxes will come in, but less taxes will come in to the system. In this way, the government is putting the Polish state in debt by PLN 1 billion per day . We take out 1 billion zlotys in external liabilities and loans. 1 billion zlotys per day. You ask when it will fall apart. It's already fallen apart. It's already fallen apart. This information is just not allowed into the public space. This information is not being let in so we do n't know it's going to fall apart. It will be okay. It wo n't be okay because you see, if there's a narrative of politicians, but even that narrative doesn't hold anymore. Do you see? After all, there is no consent to this. There is no consent to people without competence continuing to destroy us, because they will destroy us, they leave this politics, somehow they position themselves better, worse, some do not position themselves, but we suffer for their incompetence. There is no driver who would drive a train without a license. There is no pilot if there is no regular driver. Kaz, most of you are drivers of ordinary drivers who would drive a vehicle without a license. There is no engineer who would build a bridge without a license. there is nothing in the world that would function and not be managed by competent people. What's next in your opinion? Well, since both the health service and the city's communication systems are already failing, what do you think is next, what signals could there be for the economy? Because it will be really hard. This means that the apple of the eye of Polish business has fallen. This is transportation. Well, gigantic layoffs. The third year in a row of decline, the third year in a row of collapse of Polish transport. The economy is also collapsing in the construction sector, ladies and gentlemen , if transport is collapsing, and transport was giving us from 7 to 9, and there was a year when it was 13% of GDP, it means that we should have only 11 more such transports and we would have 100% of the entire well-being of the Polish state. It was, it was the foundation, it was a giant, it was the foundation of the revenues of the Polish state. There were such pumps, thousands, tens of thousands of such pumps taking money from taxes and throwing it into the Polish state to Polish officials. And what did Polish officials do? Because it was not the European Union, as is wrongly said, that finished off Polish transport with the mobility package . Yes. The European Union has made an important contribution to this. It raised the minimum wages there, calling them sectoral wages in the form of a mobility package, but the European Union only set a certain financial threshold, raising fully covered and taxed wages. The rest, i.e. let's say the entire basis of 1/3 of the net salary, was spent by Polish governments and they killed Polish transport. First, at the end, the previous government, which in 2022 prepared these regulations on the turnover of the whole, and now the new government came and for two and a half years not only did it not abolish the old regulations, extremely unfavorable for Poland, for Poland, not for transport entrepreneurs. They will close these companies and the employees will lose their jobs and they will have peace of mind and will look for another solution. For Poland you lost, I lost, each of us. Why did we lose? Well, if transport is expensive and because the wage costs are very high, the gross costs are high, then we are the ones who will pay for it on the shelves. Each of us is paying half, each of us on the shelves, because one government and another government decided to collect contributions for wages, the net amount of which is 10, 11, 12,000. We wish our drivers the best . As best as possible. These are our neighbors. We treat them as brothers. But the salaries are and were very high, very good. Why could drivers' salaries be so high? Because in 2010 I took part in legislative work in the Sejm, in which we determined, together with many associations, with the cooperation of drivers' trade unions , that allowances and lump sums are exempt from contributions and taxation. This meant that a huge part of Polish driver wages were cheap. This meant that we could drastically increase net wages, i.e. those paid to drivers. So they benefited from it , the drivers benefited from it. This caused an explosion of positive Polish transport in the European Union. This resulted in the collection of a huge amount of taxes to the Polish state, but not only from Polish entrepreneurs, because German, French, Dutch and Belgian companies also began to move their headquarters to Poland in accordance with the Lafer curve principle . This means that foreign companies also started paying taxes in Poland . And who destroyed it? Poles did it with their own hands in 2022, and then improved it in 2023 by amending the act on drivers' working time. Do you know why they had no clue about labor law regulations? Well, the West simply wanted to finish off, not even the West as much as the Poles. Why is my basic education in the field of science, i.e. labor law? I am a doctor of law from the Jagiellonian University, specializing in labor law, especially international labor law. So instead of drawing on the experience and competence of these types of people, I'm not saying that I am, but there are many such people in Poland, but rather people who are substantively prepared to implement the regulations in such a way that both sides win, both employees and employers, so that they win and the European Union also wins, so that the regulations are met. You don't ask people who are substantively prepared, you just make some decisions without any competence, which the entire population suffers from, because we all suffer because we go to the store and pay a lot, so we suffer. It's not like they say now that Roman Kluska was finished off by foreign corporations like Optimus, that foreign countries were also angry that Polish transport was cheap and they just wanted to keep it that way. It was like this. However, the European Union had certain limitations because it could only increase the minimum wage. And so it happened. They introduced the so-called mobility package and introduced a minimum amount of driving in this country, to put it bluntly, they increased the minimum wage in such a way that Polish transport companies were less competitive than before 2022, but that's not what killed Polish transport companies, it killed Polish officials, Polish ministers and deputy ministers of labor in one government and another. And this is proof, you see, that there is no point in you allowing yourselves to be manipulated into this artificial narrative that there was the left, the right, there was one government and there was another government. And at the meeting point of both governments, both led to exactly the solution that destroyed Polish transport. And what else do you think about the migration pact, professor, because it is before us and we are also afraid that we have to, not to mention maintain all this with our taxes. This is a country that is sinking before us, helping Ukraine, when it comes to various special laws all the time, where one could get treatment. They talked about medical tourism in Polish hospitals. Nowadays we are constantly giving things away to others without having anything for ourselves. Well, yes. I am, of course, extremely critical. Not because I am politically critical and I do not like this or that nation or I do not like this or that skin color, but I am a scientist and I make judgments based on evidence. M Well, now I find out, organically, when I go to France, when I go to Paris, for example, that there is no France there anymore , I think there is no safety there, that it is impossible to live there, that in the ninth arrondissement there are 70% of people who are definitely not Europeans, that after 10:00 p.m., after 10:30 p.m. there are no natives at all, no French people, because they are afraid, that women don't go out in dresses, because they are afraid, and ladies and gentlemen, so there is no France anymore, they have ruined their own doctorate state. There is an equally equal disaster in Germany. I'm talking about W W In Great Britain, and about Sweden it's a disaster in general. We are an ethnically and culturally cohesive state with a common historical and religious tradition. This is a very important awareness, but it probably does n't suit some people. Very safe. it may not suit someone, and we will not allow these ideas to be introduced here, because we have our wives, we have our daughters and we want our women, Polish women, to feel as they do in Poland, turbo-safe. And please go to Rome and please show me Rome between, you could say Italy between France and Spain, which have such problems. Please tell me why there are no such problems in Rome? Why is there in Rome, let's say, a diaspora of 10-15% Asians, 99% of whom work running shops, very hardworking people? As you can see, Rome doesn't have the same problem as France because the awareness is different, the mentality is different. They have n't allowed themselves to be indoctrinated, so we respect others because, ladies and gentlemen, every person is entitled to human rights and the right to dignity, but dignity works both ways. We respect these migrants, it's money for us, we have to pay a fine, so it will turn out, but I don't think so. After all, of course, the Polish government negotiated terribly here, disastrously. This is again, we're back to square one. You see, that's why we need to create a government of entrepreneurs, you understand, and that's why we created pathologies, which we created two movements: one is this movement and the association We the People. This is a movement for all conscious people in such social projects because it counteracts the dangers of forcibly injecting, without assimilation, people from another culture, whom we respect as people, but objectively they don't respect us, as we see in various countries. It is socially accepted and here we have prepared a social movement. We, the people, cordially invite you to participate. And in addition to this, we have created a government of entrepreneurs within the We Entrepreneurs association. And here we must participate as entrepreneurs and here we must participate as we people. Ladies and gentlemen, I repeat this once again about this government to entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, about this one association, we the people, about the association, we entrepreneurs, because nothing will happen by itself, there is no way, nothing will happen by itself. Professor, while still finishing the cash, I wanted to ask about this freedom. Do you think it will be possible to overthrow it so that we still have the cash and fight for freedom? Well, we've just talked about the KSEF, which already has full control over companies, but now that cash is gone, you probably know how difficult it is to get money out of an ATM, and we absolutely must first and foremost maintain the Polish currency, and there are far- reaching, you could say, plans to eliminate the Polish currency. we have to maintain it at very different levels, because even if it gives us identity beyond all these purely economic aspects, it gives us a sense of identity. And as for Polish cash and the need to maintain cash, ladies and gentlemen, this is sovereignty. Well, there is no greater value at the level of state and statehood than sovereignty. This is economic sovereignty, this is economic sovereignty, this is food sovereignty, this is military sovereignty, this is border sovereignty. Cash is one of the manifestations of human freedom and sovereignty. What will the state look like, please imagine, those of you who may have a different position, what will your life look like when the system has 100% insight into who you buy from, what you buy, what you pay for, and you will have no right to choose. That's not what I'm talking about here. Or even that it will block the system, that there is no access because you are against it. But, as in China, you get tokens on time, on time. And these tokens must be used. And you still can't use these tokens in every province , you only use them in the province where the government tells you you can't, for specific products and for specific products. This is a kind of slavery. Ladies and gentlemen, a system is any system, including a legal system, it is a form of slavery. We now have this current legal system in Poland that is a form of special slavery, because the current legal system is such that we have deputies and senators, we create legal regulations with specific content, and then, which you probably don't know, 99% of society probably doesn't know, at the end a judge can modify the content of this regulation in a given context and decide that he reads it completely differently than it is written. Did you know about this? 99% of people don't know this can be done. That is why we are creating the first one in the world together with Professor Krokewicz. Oh, here in the team there is Mrs. Ania Niedźwiód, but they are the most outstanding Polish scientists. We are creating the world's first deterministic system of legal interpretation and semantic representation. Unique. Now we represented this system at a famous international conference in Taiwan. Among the most outstanding scientists in the world. it consists of two teams, a team of the most outstanding programmers from Poland from the Wrocław University of Science and Technology and lawyers. This is unique. Because what does this mean for each of you? This means that today you will read the regulation as an entrepreneur and you will know whether you will spend 10 zlotys, 10,000, 100,000 million, 100 million on building a factory, because you will know that tomorrow, the day after tomorrow or in 100 years this regulation can only be read in this way and no official has the power to change it. I teach entrepreneurs and people from various industries in general, farmers, people who are employees of the association. I invite you to organize associations. Associations have very extensive rights to participate in the legislative process. We, as representatives of the association, can submit specific draft amendments, which you won't find out about on television, because politicians make sure you don't find out that you have such opportunities, because political parties would then essentially become unnecessary. So if you want to join your own associations, I will help you. Please turn to me. I will tell you how to organize such an association, I will tell you how to manage it in such a way that you can present and prepare ready-made amendment projects yourself. I also invite you, of course, to function within the framework and join the government of entrepreneurs. I have two lanes here, even the entrance to Warsaw, and they set the speed limit at 80 km/h, or, I don't know, a sectional 120 km/h. The problem is that it's a form of punishment, a form of extortion for driving, Mr. Editor. It's also a very clever extortion. Last week, I was approached by a driver who received 16 tickets simultaneously for sectional speed measurements. The problem is that when we drive from Krakow to Warsaw, sometimes they monitor 90 km/h, and sometimes they monitor 110 km/h. Honestly, I don't know, because they alternate between 110 km/h and 90 km/h. I also do n't know how I drove here to this program, I also don't really know if I exceeded any of these sectional speed measurements. So they are introduced in such a way as to genuinely constitute tribute. But I will say something more. One billion 300 million zlotys from fines. Who are we? First, the government turned us into garbage collectors, we run around with bags and some bottles. Now people get 16 tickets each. How can you suddenly get 16 fines for some sectional offense, and then someone is a road rally driver, and he drives there, and on road sections where statistics show that there is absolutely the lowest accident rate of all roads. We are being prepared to be slaves and we are being treated as such, we are being beaten constantly and please note that it was the next government that came first and increased the fines to 5,000 PLN, right? The next one came, raised it even more, but went even further in his actions. Absurd. I have friends who are entrepreneurs, sorry, who lost their driving license and will lose all their rights for many years. But of course, but who loses from this? But society and business lose out. But who loses from this? Ladies and gentlemen, if someone loses their driving license, they don't drive. If he doesn't drive, it means he doesn't buy fuel, but he doesn't have a job. But it no longer has fuel. That is, if you don't buy fuel, well, if you don't buy fuel, you don't pay tax, it goes down. So ladies and gentlemen, this madness has to end sometime. That's what a social movement is for. We the people, that is why we need democracy, that is why we need a government of entrepreneurs. And that's why here we keep coming back to the same starting point. I also encourage you, let's support such initiatives, we have to fight for this Poland, because, as you say, it's impossible to live here. I also drive with my heart on my shoulders, I am constantly stressed whether I will get a ticket or not. It's impossible to live. Yes exactly. It's impossible to live here. And you know, it 's not an issue, because if it were just mandates, it would be possible to function in other areas , right? No matter where we touch, it is impossible. Here, ZUS, some crazy inspections, completely inconsistent with the regulations.
