I just came across a website selling one single low competition product and doing over $600,000 a month in sales. They've actually sold over $35 million of this one single product. The more I looked into this, the more I found a whole bunch of other niche websites selling a single low competition product just going after one keyword, one low competition market, and making some great money from it. I personally have made all of my money going after low competition markets, low competition keywords. So, in this video, I'm going to show you eight niche websites going after one specific low competition product and making some great money. The last one I'm going to show you does over a hundred million dollars a year in sales just going after one specific low competition market with demand that not many people are going after. Without any further ado, let's jump into these eight niche websites. Now, keep in mind, I'm just analyzing these businesses, but they did no way guarantee success or any sort of income. You know, always do your own research before you start a business, uh but I hope this can spark some ideas for you. So, niche website number one, the one making $600,000 every single month selling this single product is pillowcube.com. Now, pillowcube.com has sold over $35 million of a simple cube pillow. Now, the crazy thing about this, they have a few different versions of it. They have a deluxe and a regular, but they started out just selling one single cube pillow. And they've sold over 500,000 of this cube pillow. That's over $35 million of a single pillow. And the crazy thing about this, they got their traction in the beginning just going after a low competition market. So, if we go into my keyword finder that I use, Ahrefs, you can see that 30,000 people per month are searching for best pillow for side sleepers, and it's five out of a hundred on the difficulty scale. Which means it's easy to rank for. The scale goes from zero to a hundred, and this is five. So, best side sleeper pillow, they're ranking for these low competition keywords. When they started out in 2020, these were likely even easier to rank for than they are now. They've got things like best pillow for neck pain. 47,000 people searching for that, nine on the easy scale. So, they found a whole bunch of people searching for this best side sleeper pillow, keywords related to pillows and side sleepers, and they decided to build a single pillow, just this cube pillow that's perfect for the side sleeper. Today, based on their traffic, I estimate they do around $600,000 a month in sales. It's very likely they could do more than that. I did see a couple articles saying they do millions of dollars in sales a month. They do sell some mattresses now and stuff, but they built their brand specifically around this cube pillow, going after best pillow for side sleepers. And there is a ton of other brands that have gone after keywords like this and built just a product around a specific keyword. Before we get into the rest of these niche websites, I have found over a hundred e-commerce product opportunities with high search volume and low competition just like the ones I'm showing in this video. I call it my idea book. I'll link it down below in the description. Let's get back into it. Niche website number two is biketowleash.com. Now, biketowleash.com just sells leashes that attach to your bike so you can bike with your dog. From what I could find, five years ago was the most recent article I could find that showed some revenue. They were doing $20,000 a month selling this dog leash, and that's back when they kind of started the company. So, I'm sure they're doing a lot more now. And it's a pretty high ticket item. They're selling it for $183 for this biketowleash. If we put their website into Ahrefs, the top traffic for their website is coming from low competition keywords. All You can see all those under KD are green, meaning they're all low competition keywords. Now, no one keyword has that much search traffic, but they're ranking for a whole bunch of them. So, they're ranking for low competition words like dog bike leash, bike dog leash, biking with dog, bike tow leash, bike attachment for dog, riding bike with dog. So, there's a whole bunch of low competition keywords related to a dog leash attached to your bike that they saw a demand for and started ranking for. And really no one else is ranking for these. A lot of these keyword difficulties are zero out of a hundred, meaning there's really no competition for those keywords. And as you can see, they don't have that many products, but they is a high ticket product. They have made some solid income. As I said, five years ago it said they were doing $20,000 a month in sales. Sure they're doing more than that today, but they got their start just from this low competition keyword, this low competition market that no one was really going after. Now, low competition niche business number three, again selling one low competition product, is mindjournals.com. And what they're doing is selling journals. So, for people who want to journal every day, catered towards men. The niche of men's journaling, men looking to journal every day, is very low competition, but high demand market. And they went after that and just sold a journal to men who want to start journaling. There wasn't really any journals targeted specifically towards men, so they decided to build that. On their website, they say they've sold over 200,000 of these journals. That's at $50 a journal, it's over $10 million in sales of these men's journals. And they do have a couple other premium journals now and stuff, so I'm sure that number is a lot higher than that $10 million today. Now, if we look at some of the keywords in Ahrefs, men's journal, 3.5 thousand people per month searching for that, low difficulty, so five out of a hundred on the easy scale. And there's a whole bunch of other keywords kind of in there. So, 6.1 thousand people are searching for men's journal with apostrophe s. Each way that you type something has different search based on how you type it in, different search volumes. There's leather journal for men, 300 search volume, seven on the easy scale out of a hundred. So, they found this low competition market. They found a demand of people's, of men searching for journals and just not that many people out there offering journals. And the ads are super cheap for these. So, on the average cost per click, Ahrefs estimates is 70 cents per click, so that's low. So, a combination of low cost for ads, low competition keywords that they could rank for, and then just a great giftable item that they could reach out to influencers, give them a commission for referring this item. So, overall, they found a low competition market in men who are looking for journals catered directly to them, and they were able to sell now over $10 million of this specific just men's journal. Now, niche e-commerce store number four is bigbarkerbeds.com. I heard about Big Barker Beds a long time ago. We used to have a big Rottweiler. I actually purchased one of these beds for him. At the time, they've got more beds now, but at the time when I purchased mine, they were making this one specific bed that you see here in a few different colors, and it was catered towards big dogs. And when I purchased it, I started looking into the business. I mean, they have thousands and thousands of reviews on their products on Amazon. They've got almost 10,000 reviews on their website. From what I could find online, they've done over $30 million in sales from these beds. It's probably more than that, but at the very least, it's millions and millions of dollars of these orthopedic beds for dogs. The way they're getting their sales, the way they're getting their traffic, is mostly all just going after low competition keywords, this low competition market. Some of their top ranking keywords are things like best dog beds, orthopedic dog bed, large dog beds, dog beds large, best orthopedic dog bed. All these are easy or medium in difficulty to rank for. Dog beds for large dogs, best dog beds for large dogs, dog mattress. So, all low competition keywords, and they were able to rank for these. And the product is a high ticket product also. When you can combine a high ticket product with a low competition market, you can get traffic for those keywords, and they're very valuable keywords. So, you know, large dog bed, orthopedic dog bed, those are valuable keywords when you're selling products that are, you know, the giant one is selling for $400, their large one is selling for 239. So, you know, if it's $300 on an average ticket, and you're getting that traffic for free from these low competition keywords, it can become a very valuable business. And they built this business just going after those low competition keywords related to people with bigger dogs who were looking for, you know, quality beds for them. Now, niche website number five is knkg.com or kingkong.com, and they just sell gym bags or men's gym bags. And their main product is just a men's gym duffel bag. Based on their traffic and, you know, a conservative conversion rate from that traffic of people who would buy, I estimate they're doing about $80,000 a month of sales through their website. Seems like they sell in other avenues as well, but just through their website, seems like they're doing probably $80,000 a month in sales from these gym bags. And if you look at the keywords that are related to these gym bags, gym bags, 33,000 people per month are searching for just gym bag, and it's medium difficulty, so 11 out of a hundred on the difficulty scale, which is rare to see for a search volume that high. And then also, if we type in their website and look for the exact keywords that they're ranking for, what's bringing in traffic, we can see the top thing bringing in traffic for them is the keyword gym bag. They are ranking number two for gym bag, and that is bringing in over 6,000 visitors to their website every single month. The next one is best gym bag. They're ranking number two for that also. They also expanded into some backpacks now, so they've got gym backpack, that's number three bringing them almost a thousand visitors a month. And then they've got best gym bag for men, gym duffel bag, best gym backpack. And all these are low competition keywords. And there's some big brands selling gym bags, but a lot of the companies out there, like maybe Under Armour or Nike, just aren't taking the time to really build out a specific portion of their website towards gym bags. They sell gym bags, but it's not a large focus for them. knkg.com decided, "Hey, we could just go all in on these gym bags, rank for those keywords, build a website all around gym bags, gym bags for men, best gym bags. And if we can rank for those keywords, it's very high search volume, not very competitive, and we could build a solid brand just going after that low competition market." So, the fact that they're bringing in 6,000 visitors a month organically, that's free traffic by ranking number two for gym bag. So, knkg.com is just proof that you can find a popular item, and it can still be low competition, and you can build a brand around that. Now, low competition business number six is thenutter.com. They actually went on Shark Tank with this product, and that definitely boosted their sales afterwards. But the more you look into this business, you start to realize why they were successful. And what they do is they sell basically a nut milk maker. So, it's a machine that helps you make nut milk. So, things like almond milk, cashew milk, stuff like that, this machine will help you make that. And they just sell a couple different versions of the same product and a few accessories, but really just one main product, the nut milk maker. They've done over 100,000 units of this have been sold through their website at $189. So, the more I looked into this, more I started to realize why it's so obvious that they were making so much money from this. If you look at things like almond milk, cashew milk, the trend of alternatives to traditional milk has skyrocketed in recent years. Also, there's a lot of people looking to make this stuff themselves. Things like the search for pistachio milk, nutmilk maker, nutmilk machine, oat milk maker, strawberry almond milk, milk maker machine, almond milk machine, pistachio milk recipe, plant milk maker. And these are all low competition keywords. Each one of them maybe doesn't have the most traffic, but when you add up, you realize there's a lot of traffic, a lot of people looking for a product like this to be able to make nut milks at home. And so, they didn't necessarily go the SEO route. They found that a ton of people on TikTok and Instagram were doing really well with videos basically showing how to make nutmilk at home. They decided to basically just demonstrate their product on places like TikTok and Instagram, and they got a ton of traffic from just those organic videos showing that you can make these nut milks at home. And the fact that there was a lot of low competition search volume for a lot of those keywords just goes to show that there's a lot of demand for it, but just not a lot of people out there building a product around it. Now, low competition product number seven is a extremely high ticket product in a very valuable market, high revenue market that is extremely competitive, but this company was able to get in there by going after just a specific niche in that market and a specific keyword. So, company number seven is the bigfig.com. Now, the Big Fig, all they did was build a mattress for heavier individuals, people who wanted a sturdier mattress because they had heavier weight sleeping on that mattress every night. This would be like a mattress for plus-size individuals. Their slogan is the mattress for a bigger figure. They started out with one mattress. They've got kind of three now, just a a firm, a classic, and a luxury one. The mattress has 8,500 reviews there. From what I can find online, they've done millions and millions of dollars in sales. All the biggest blogs I could find recommended the Big Fig as the best mattress for heavier individuals because they're one of the only companies going after that subset of people. It was very easy for them to get influencers to recommend their mattress when if you look at any of the mattress kind of blogs, they do round up posts where they say best mattress for side sleepers, best mattress for stomach sleepers, best mattress for back sleepers, best mattress for heavier individuals, and it's always the Big Fig because they're one of the only companies that goes after that specific market. So, that brought them a lot of traffic for people looking for that specific type of mattress. They did $2 million last year just from referrals from those online websites sending them traffic. And the majority of their traffic besides people searching for, you know, the Big Fig mattress is mattress for heavy people, best mattress for heavy people, one out of 100 on the difficulty scale. Mattress for big people, 15 out of 100 on the difficulty scale. Best mattress for plus-size people, best mattress for fat people, best mattress for overweight couples. So, there's a ton of people searching for a lot of different keywords, and all of those are low competition keywords. So, instead of trying to get the entire mattress industry, everyone to buy a mattress from them, they went after one single subset of the market and were able to dominate those specific keywords because no one else was building a website targeting those keywords specifically. And they might likely make a lot more money than some of the other brands that are trying to go after just the general mattress market. But I always recommend in the beginning go as narrow and focused and niche as possible because it gives you a lot higher likelihood of being able to rank and being able to have the perfect match for a specific set of customers because you're offering exactly what they're looking for. Now, number eight, the last one might be a brand that you've heard of. They do over $100 million a year in revenue, and they started just going after one single low competition keyword in a very competitive market, but it was something people were looking for and no one was really offering a product that catered exactly to that market. So, niche website number eight is vessi.com, v e s s i.com. And what they do is sell 100% waterproof shoes. And these are just regular looking shoes, and they're waterproof, so they combined fashion with kind of being waterproof. And there is a huge demand for people who looking for waterproof shoes. So, if we go to Ahrefs, 28,000 people per month are searching for waterproof shoes, and it's 14 out of 100 on the difficulty scale, but there's a whole bunch of other low competition keywords they're ranking for. Waterproof shoes for men, 7.8,000 people per month are searching for that, zero out of 100 on the difficulty scale. Or there's really no competition there for people going after waterproof shoes for men. You got waterproof shoes for women, 7.3,000 people every month are searching for that, zero on the difficulty scale. There's a whole bunch of other low competition keywords that they can go after, things like best waterproof hiking shoes for men, whole bunch of other traffic things that they can go after, but it just goes to show you that this is a high demand, highly searched market. There's just not that much competition out there for waterproof shoes. They've built a business that does $100 million a year from these low competition keywords. And don't get me wrong, they have a quality product. It took a lot of money and effort to, you know, design and develop a product like this, but it just goes to show you that you can build a brand around these low competition markets and build it up to quite a bit of revenue, quite a bit of value just by finding a market that has a lot of demand, but just not that many people building products for that subset of individuals who are searching for those products. Now, again, real quick, I did a ton of keyword research and found over 800 e-commerce product opportunities with high search volume and low competition just like the ones I'm showing in this video. So, I call it my idea book. I'll link it down below in the description. Again, this isn't a guarantee as these are my opinions. Just because you start one of these doesn't mean it's going to be successful. Obviously, businesses take a lot of effort, lot of money, lot of time. Some of them fail. But I think these are great opportunities. Otherwise, I really appreciate you guys watching. Like and subscribe if you haven't already, and we'll see you in the next one.
