That means we are going to discuss about all the medicinal crops. We have a concept which we have named partnership farming. Now I will give you complete information about how this happens. But I have started cultivation of Ashwagandha. This is the first time. For the first time, I am very satisfied with it. Good sir. Yes. So how did you get the information that this farming should be done? We got this information through Kisan India. What is this? Is there any company? There is a company. Yes. We got in touch with him. Absolutely. Through them we started this farming. So what do you feel? What is its production? Its production can be five to six quintals. Yes. My name is Aju Patel, resident of Tasraman. We had cultivated Ashwagandha in Dhimarkheda, District Katni, which falls at the center point of Bhimar, Katni and Jabalpur, and we had cultivated Ashwagandha in one acre in collaboration with Kisan India, in which our Ashwagandha is weighing this much today. It has got a good average. Its weight is more than 5 quintals. So friends, you have seen that this video was of Ajay Patel ji who did farming in partnership with us and earned good profits. Most of the farmers who do this farming alone do it on their own. They are not able to produce more than one and a half to two quintals. Why? Because they lack experience. Professionally they do not have guidelines. There is no guidance. That's why she is unable to take the production. But if you come and do farming with us, then you will definitely be able to get good production. You will easily get a production of five to six quintals per acre. Now the question arises that what will be the benefit to you by joining us ? So, let me explain to you each and every thing about this concept of partnership farming from the beginning. First of all comes the preparation of the field. So what do you need to do to prepare for Khet Ready ? You have to plough the field and operate the rotavator. The farmer will have to bear this expense himself. The cost of ploughing is borne by the farmer, the cost of rotavator is borne by the farmer. Now the question arises as to which fertilizer should be applied? So the fertilizer will be either DAP or SSP. If you apply DAP then you do not have to give urea. If you apply SSP, you will have to give 25 kg urea per acre and along with it you will also have to give 20 kg potash per acre. Overall, whatever fertilizer you will have to put in the basal dose, we will give you information about it, but the farmer will have to bear its cost, that is, the cost of ploughing, rotavator and initial fertilizer, so the farmer will bear the entire cost of ploughing, the farmer will bear the entire cost of rotavator, but the farmer will bear half the cost of the fertilizer that will be required, we will bear the other half, but when will we give this half cost to the farmer, when the production comes, we will adjust this cost at the time of production. So in this way the work of ploughing, rotavator, fertilizer was done. Now the next step came the seeds. Where will the seeds come from? Our work starts from here. Whatever amount of seeds you require, we will provide you all the seeds absolutely free of cost. The seed was sown. After this the crop progressed a little further. Weeds will emerge in 20-25 days. There will be a lot of waste in the field. So medicine will have to be applied to the waste. We will also give you this medicine free of cost. It won't cost you any money. After this, the crop will gradually grow a little further. Then the crop will need a lot of nutrients. Will have to spray. So whatever micronutrient spray etc. you need, we will provide you that spray product also. The farmer will not have to spend even ₹1. Then the crop will grow a little further. We will see if the crop is doing well or not. If there is any deficiency in the crop, any fungus disease, any insect disease, any other problem, then whatever is required be it fungicide, insecticide or any other medicine, all the sprays will be free from our side. The farmer will not spend even a single rupee on this. Now a little more crop progressed. As soon as the crop reaches 100, 115, 120 days, it's time to harvest it. This means that the roots of Ashwagandha now have to be uprooted and cut. If there is any other crop like Chirayta etc. then it has to be threshed etc. If it is chia seed then threshing etc. has to be done. So whatever cost is incurred in harvesting, like digging out the roots of Ashwagandha and harvesting it, we will bear half of it and the farmer will bear the other half. If it is chia seed, then the farmer will bear half the cost of its harvesting. We will give half. This is our concept. If we look at the total, how much cost is the farmer incurring ? Ploughing, rotavator, half of the initial fertilizer and half of the final harvesting. This is costing the farmer. We are bearing all the remaining expenses. Meaning 30 paise is 35% of the farmer's expense. The remaining 65 to 70% expenses are ours. This is our concept of partnership farming. Now comes the production. Now where will we sell the produce? So the entire responsibility of selling the production is ours. Whether the produce has to be sold in Neemuch , whether the produce has to be sold in Delhi or whether the produce has to be sold anywhere else, we will buy all your produce or we will send all the produce from your farm to wherever it has to be sold. The farmer doesn't have to worry about that. This is our concept of partnership farming. Many farmers worked with us in this program and earned good profits.
