We are going to manufacture a portable air conditioning unit. capable of cooling or heating a room... ...in just a few minutes. Stay tuned to see how we do it. Manufacture of the condenser Copper pipe 1/4" - Lenght 3 meters Evaporator manufacturing Copper pipe 1/4" - Lenght 1.5 meters Assembly Wooden base 45x28cm Filter + capillary tube recycling of broken refrigerator. We unroll 50cm of the capillary tube. We make another small coil. We apply welding flux. We use a soldering iron and tin to solder the joints. We sand to polish the surface. 2 x 12 volts DC fans - Ø80 millimeters. Air flows in the direction of this arrow. 9 Volt battery holder with switch. Electrical connection strip. 12 Volt water pump. Suction intake. Pressure outlet. We connect all the black cables. We also connect all the red cables. The pressure tap is connected to the condenser. The suction connection is connected to the evaporator. 9 Volt battery. Let's check that the pump is working properly. Air escapes through the pressure tube. This methacrylate plate will separate the cold area from the hot area. Now we can connect the pressure pipe to the condenser and we also connect the suction pipe to the evaporator. But we don't introduce it completely... We use isobutane gas as a refrigerant gas. Using a hypodermic needle, we fill the circuit. Isobutane, known as R600A, is an excellent refrigerant gas. We pierce the PVC pipe with the needle and inject the gas. We insert the tube to seal the leak. Our portable hot/cold air conditioner is ready. Air conditioning equipment test When the switch is activated, the fans and the pump start up... ...which compresses the gas and circulates it through the condenser. The filter collects impurities, and the capillary tube, which is a very thin tube, causes a large drop in pressure. When it reaches the evaporator, the tube section increases, and the gas evaporates, stealing heat from it. That's why it cools down. In a few seconds, we see how ice begins to form. With a laser thermometer, we check that the temperature drops to -10°C. And in the condenser... The temperature rises to 30°C. The fan will provide us with a blast of cool air. We scrape the ice so you can see how it melts between your fingers. Let's chill this can of soft drink... Speed up x5. When switched off, the ice begins to melt. Speed up x6. Air conditioning for a room. This model can be easily attached to window guides. By closing the shutters, we prevent hot air from outside from entering. Accelerated x6. When left on for longer, the temperature drops much more. Thanks to all the members of the channel Become a member to support our videos!
