In today's video we will talk about the positions of Group B and Group C. Your vacancy is permanent. You have Central Government vacancies. There is no requirement for you to give any interview for all these vacancies. Ok? So we are going to know about all these vacancies in this video. Before starting the video, I would like to make a request to you all that please watch one or two videos till the end. Ok? You will get to see all the important details till the end. And because I make any video without a script, it is possible that by the time a very important point reaches the end or in the middle of the video, any important information comes automatically. And I just deliver it. So don't miss it. There are often many important points. Ok? I never make very long videos. 5 to 7 minutes, 8 minutes, 9 minutes would be the limit. If there is a 100 page advertisement then it obviously takes 10-12 minutes. Ok ? So you can spend 7-8 minutes. And from this little experience that I have as an Assistant Professor as a Government Employee. Ok? I think you guys can find something. So please just watch the video till last. Ok? Now let's start quickly. First of all, let me tell you from where your today's vacancy has been released. That's your NBEMS released. What is this NBEMS? That is your National Board of Examinations of Medical Sciences. Ok? NBMS is your National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences that comes under your where? Inside what? Ministry of Health and Welfare Government of India. There is an organization called NBMS whose basic work is to conduct all the examinations in medical sciences. But you people have nothing to do with medical sciences because the post is a Group B and Group C position based on your general qualification criteria. Ok? Now first of all the most important thing for you is what are the details of the vacancy? So in the details of the vacancy, first of all we have the vacancy of Deputy Director. This is a level 11 post which also requires some experience. If there are some people who are at this level and are checking out this video, then you can see this particular vacancy. After this, the next thing I will talk about which is important for us is the position of Junior Programmer. This is a Group B position. There is going to be a pre-matrix of level seven in this. Ok? And the eligibility condition in this is that you can have B.Tech in your qualification. It could be BA, it could be BCA. You may have a certificate for duck. Any degree can be in computer science. Like B.Sc in Computer Science, B.Sc in IT or Electronics with specialization in Computers and equivalent. No experience is needed here. The maximum age here is 27 years without any reservation. Ok? It is a level seven position. So you guys can expect minimum salary. 70 to 80,000. Ok? Now Next Position We have Junior Accountant Post. This is a Group C post. Level four will be your pay matrix level. Ok? The essential qualification required for this is a Bachelor's degree with Maths and Statistics or any degree in Commerce from a recognized university. Ok? The second is to qualify the examination as may be prescribed by NVMS. Obviously a CBT is kept for you, it is a computer based test. You will have to qualify that. Right? Next we have Desirable in this if you have 3 years of experience then it is a very good thing. Even if you do not have experience, you are still eligible. Next we have the position of Stenographer at fourth third sorry fourth number. This is a Group C position. In this your age criteria is 18 to 27 years. In essential qualification you should have only 10 plus two. yes. Ok? In other qualifications, you should obviously have the skill of stenography. If not, then learn it. 80 words per minute in shorthand and 30 words per minute in typing. Ok? It is also desirable. If you have experience as a steno in government and PSU then that is better. Even if it is not there, there is no problem. Now there are 39 positions of Junior Assistant. This is a level two vacancy. This is a Group C position. Qualification: You must have passed Senior Secondary Examination from any recognized Board, University recognized by Central State Government, Union Territory Administration or Education Authority. That is going to work. And in the second important point it is written that you must have knowledge of computer or you must be proficient in using the computer. You should hear the word. Ok? You should have knowledge of Windows, networking, operating system etc. Ok? Now you have all the total positions. After that it is written that there is increase and decrease in the number of vacancies. Now after this, we have to know the important information. So let me tell you the total. In total you have 53 vacancies for which you have to fight out. Now I have said that the minimum age limit is 18 years. The maximum is 27 years. The age relaxation is five years if you belong to SC/ST category. If you belong to OBC then it is for three years. If the candidate is from PWBD unreserved category then it is 10 years. So in this you have to understand that whatever is the reservation criteria of the Central Government, if you belong to any reserved category, it will be applicable here also. Next we have the selection process. So in the selection procedure, for all your positions, you will have two stages of paper. The paper is actually of one stage only. The second one is a test of your computer proficiency. We will call the first stage paper as Computer Based Test. Now in this computer based test, you will have 200 questions which will be of 200 marks. Okay? Now if you apply for Junior Accountant then your level of paper will be a common paper of graduation level. Ok? If you apply for stenographer then only 10+2 level paper will be given. Similarly, for Junior Assistant also the paper will be of 10+2 level. Is there negative marking now or not? Yes there is negative marking of 0.25 marks and each wrong answer will be deducted from you. Ok? You will qualify this CBT. After qualifying this CBT, the second stage of examination has scheduled a computer examination for you. It is called computer knowledge test or skill test. So what is going to happen to you in the Computer Knowledge Test ? You may have a data entry test. Do you know word processing or not? Computer Operation or Stenography. Ok? If you are a stenographer then your stenography skill will be tested. If you are applying for that position. Ok? For the remaining positions, you need to know how to work on Word. You know how to work on Excel. Also, whether you know data entry or not. No certificate has been asked for. But a test has been set for you on this matter. Ok? So all in all, your preparation should actually be for computer based test. Ok ? After that, even if you don't clear this test of your computer knowledge or your skill test, you will have the time. You can learn comfortably. And pretty much your intelligence is the only qualifying criteria in this. It does n't take much of a toll on you. Ok? So this is its important information. Now after that it is written in a note that there will be no interview for the Group B and Group C posts shall be held for the selection. There is no interview here. Ok? Now you will ask what is going to be the syllabus of the computer based test in stage one? What will be included in it? So in that, your general syllabus, if you are preparing for any government exam, then you prepare for all these subjects, you prepare for these topics like you prepare for General Intelligence and Reasoning, you prepare for General Awareness, you prepare for Quantitative Aptitude, then you also prepare for English Comprehension, so these are going to be your four sections in it. There will be 50-50-50 questions in each section. Your total will be 200 questions. Ok? Your final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the computer based test and also on the basis of your skill test. Ok? After this, your selection will be based on the important information in it. One more important question remains that how much will the fee be in this? So your fee is ₹1500 + 18% GST for unreserved and OBC candidates. And if you are SC, ST, PWBD or women candidate then what is your fee in that case ? There is nil fee. Ok? You have to apply for this online only. There is no need to apply anything offline. You will take care of important dates. Ok? If I haven't told you before the important dates are over, I will search it once. It will be mentioned out. I will tell you that. The important date is 20 July 2026. So you have to apply and start your preparation by 20th July 2026. So this position is for those people who want to complete their studies quickly, that is, they can continue their studies later. But at this point of time those people have job requirements. And what better than a government job. So you must apply for this Central Government job. If you have passed 12th and only that much is required, you can apply for those positions also. The salary is good. There are many allowances. In all the jobs you have. So take advantage of all those allowances. And please apply and I will just say that for those who go for permanent government job on 10 plus two basis, there are many provisions for further promotion department wise also. If not, you may have time or not, everyone who wants to move ahead, who wants to go to the next position, finds time. So please find out that time but start from somewhere there is always something better than nothing.
