This should be point one. should say this, dear patients, dear families of people who perhaps, perhaps we do not judge, er, died as a result of some negligence, er, dear citizens who contribute to the functioning of the hospital and the health service in general . Yes, this is a serious, serious problem and there were voices that it was downright disrespectful towards the residents of Warsaw, especially the residents of Warsaw who appeared at the council, but also many councilors and MPs, politicians who spoke yesterday. But when it comes to a broader systemic perspective and the issues of how the Polish state functions, well, let 's say we're now hearing voices about political responsibility, Mr. Kierwiński, Mr. President Trzaskowski, but this also probably shows a broader systemic pathology that we're observing in Poland and we often talk about issues of secret services. Here it turns out that, unfortunately, this politicization is not visible at virtually every level when it comes to Poland. A woman with no competences in the field of security and defense, no completely random education, has just been elected deputy minister of the Ministry of National Defense, who went to the media and confused a short-range missile with a range of 3.5 km with a missile with a range of several thousand kilometers. It's hard to believe that we are managed by such idiots, by people with such extreme incompetence. Well, who selects a perhaps wonderful woman for a key ministry, a perhaps wonderful mother, wife, wonderful daughter, wonderful neighbor, but lacking basic competences in this area, for the position of deputy minister? and he goes to the media and shows with his hand that and says that the Piorun missile and the Grom missile are long-range missiles. When she has her full range it is 3.5 km one way and 4 km. Ladies and gentlemen, these are the people who are supposed to manage our defense. This is part of a larger whole. Of course, the state is failed because we are governed by people who are completely incompetent . We have a billion in credit, we take out a billion in credit a day to make sure we have enough money to pay our bills . Ladies and gentlemen , we pay 100 billion in interest annually. The entire budget is 500 billion and a half, and we pay 100 billion in interest. The state is failed. Someone once wrote a comment under one of my statements that the state had not yet gone bankrupt, that it was not true, that the state had gone bankrupt because the percentage limits of the Polish state debt specified in the constitution had not yet been reached. Ladies and gentlemen, what does this matter? What does it matter that the limits have not yet been indicated? If 50% of the state is already in public debt, it exceeds 50% of the value, one might say, of the entire substance of the state, it is like every second chair in each of our homes. And every other table in our house and every other room was already occupied by a bailiff. And we say that we haven't gone bankrupt yet, because we still have a few plots of land left that haven't been seized by the bailiff, but every day we have to take out a loan to pay for electricity and gas. We are bankrupt. The Polish state is bankrupt. This needs to be talked about. And why? Because subsequent governments have managed it this way. What does government mean? politicians without competence. That is why, ladies and gentlemen, we have established, among other things, the We the People association and the We the Entrepreneurs association, within which we are currently creating a government of entrepreneurs and we want to create a state and we will create a state based on meritocracy. What does meritocracy mean? On knowledge, on competence, on highlighting the role of scientists. Ladies and gentlemen, the Ministry of National Defence cannot be managed by a doctor, nor can it be managed by a teacher, nor can it be managed by labor law, nor can the Ministry of Labor be managed by a philosopher, because since these are ministries that require competencies based on management, it should be managed by a professor of management, a professor of economics, ladies and gentlemen, because after all, the state is an enterprise. This is an enterprise. They cannot force themselves into management. Sorry for this colloquialism. It may seem a bit unchic, but when we look at the attitudes of these politicians, they are pushing their way into management through the doors and windows, because they have huge egos but no competences. How is it that universities educate, excellent Polish universities, educate outstanding doctors, postdoctoral degree holders, university professors, Belweder professors, for example in management and economics, and almost none of them governs the Polish state. Well, it would be as if we trained pilots and did not entrust them with management, we did not entrust them with airplanes to pilot, just as if we trained truck drivers and did not entrust them with the competence of driving trucks. Well, this is some kind of confusion of orders. We need to reverse this order and start allowing competent people to take power, scientists, primarily Polish scientists, management specialists, people who have managed enterprises for decades with great success, because the Polish state is a large one, of course a large enterprise. But here, at the very end, I would like to emphasize one thing. Why do these politicians, on the one hand, have an excess of ambition, such exaggerated ambition, and on the other hand, later, when they break away from this power, because they are unable to apologize, because of what is happening, because we have a fundamental dysfunction at the level of values. That is, since 1989 there have been attempts to erase the role of religion and the role of spirituality, the role of the Ten Commandments. The Decalogue was mocked. Values ​​were ridiculed, spirituality was ridiculed. I'm not talking about promoting a specific religion, I'm talking about values. And if someone is non-religious, I am talking about the values contained in human rights. These are exactly the same ones that are contained in the Ten Commandments. And for, ladies and gentlemen, 20 years, 30 years, there have been attempts to systematically erase the role and meaning of the Ten Commandments, the meaning of values, the meaning of spirituality. And the fact that today city mayors, politicians, ministers, prime ministers are unable to come out and say sorry, which is a sign of strength, not weakness. I repeat it once again. They can't say I didn't mean to, I'm sorry, I'll do better , I'll manage better, and they ca n't say thank you. This is a fundamental problem resulting from the lack of bankruptcy, spirituality, and we must work on this in the Polish state, because without it there will be no Polish state , nor any other state.
