So, one of the fun things about naming dogs is that I spend all day giving them foreign names. My dog's name is Jacky, and she's a female. When you call her, she just says " ki." I brought it home, and now it's about a few years old, probably around 6 years old, everyone. I brought them over and gave them to my friend's family. When my dog ​​gives birth, we only give the puppies away or sell them for a few hundred thousand dong each at most. But I think I remember buying it for 1 million dong at that time . Even better-looking than a pedigree dog, it's called a Western-style dog. The puppy has a Western-style head. After we finished, we brought the puppy home, and it was so incredibly cute and very energetic. That means when I chose the puppy, there were two puppies available. Yes, one is brown, and the other is white. And at that time, the white one was constantly making a "quack quack quack" sound. He looks quite hyperactive. Because she thought she would be smart, she was about to come home, and she really was smart. We raised her until she was almost six months old, and initially, she didn't have any offspring, so everyone felt reassured and didn't have her neutered. As you know, neutering female dogs requires more care and costs more money than neutering male dogs. That's why we brought her home, thinking she was smart. Before, we had a few male dogs at home, but they didn't mate, so we felt at peace. My friend's family did n't have her neutered either. Although it barks a lot, it actually really likes kids and it finds joy in running up and down while someone lets it watch them. Well, back when I first adopted them, I honestly didn't know how to distinguish between smart, aggressive, and gentle dogs. So, people use folk remedies, word-of-mouth advice, or information found online to guide you on how to raise and select a smart dog. Then it will have some characteristics of a clever dog. But when I decided to raise them, I chose it myself; I didn't know what they would be like. My friend just noticed that this puppy is more affectionate than others, or maybe, as my friend said, you just need to pet it a few times. But the thing is, it's in a whole litter, and every time my friend approaches, it always looks up and stares at my friend. So I guess it's fate. So I took it home. When I brought them back, I actually brought back two of them. Because, yes, that's right. When I was raising them, when I chose the puppies, it was K from the litter at home. And her puppies, well, each gave birth to about five puppies, so a total of 10 puppies. That 's when I decided I'd bring home two of them just for fun. I found the information there very comprehensive and applied it quite well to my dog. So, after I brought it home, you know, there were a lot of disappointments in the beginning. In other words, raising tortoises is very fun, they are very beautiful. As you know, puppies are at their prettiest during the first three months; they're small, cute, and incredibly adorable. But I have to tell you upfront that when you raise a puppy, for about the first year, the puppy won't develop much affection for its owner. It only sees the person who feeds it as someone who's attentive and caring, but it doesn't have much affection for them yet, everyone. You 'll have to raise it for about two to two years before you see that when it starts to grow, its emotions become stronger, and then the closeness between humans and pets—between dogs and humans, or between dogs and cats— begins to develop feelings. At that point, the dog or cat realizes that this person isn't just someone to feed it, but someone like a leader or a mother figure. Then it will have traits related to emotions, and it will know how to flatter you, how to express its feelings to its owner. But during the first year, when puppies are so small, they'll just think of you as someone who feeds them . So you have to imagine that situation. And in the early days of raising them, I noticed that the training involved teaching them to use the litter box properly. It's very easy, is n't it, everyone? But it shouldn't be called forgetful because it's still young, and everyone knows it has its own habits from when it was a baby, for example, it will gnaw on things that it's teething on, and it will gnaw on everything it can get its hands on. And my dog ​​does n't eat bones like beef bones or those milk biscuits that it uses to sharpen its teeth; it doesn't use them. Instead, it sharpens its teeth by using the sofa. And you know what? My dog ​​has a habit of carrying food in its mouth after eating. What's called the "peeing tray" is a warm place where my dog, Mango, sleeps. She gets yelled at, she gets hit, she goes up there to lie down. Then, she gets scared, she crawls onto the tray, she gets cold, she crawls onto the tray to eat, she crawls onto the tray to lie down, and everything is fine. The tray is inextricably linked to Mango's life. When she was little, she would always be seen lying on the tray. Back then, I used to cook for it myself, meaning that besides feeding it kibble, you also had to feed it meat, right? And when a child is young, it naturally needs to absorb many different substances to nourish itself. So, I buy pumpkin, liver, minced meat, and a few other vegetables, then I chop them up or blend them into a puree, and then I cook it all together to make pâté for the dog. We waited, but it ate so much that there were times when, you know, simmering it was extremely difficult and time-consuming. When you scoop out the snails and see they've eaten it all, you'll be so happy and joyful. But eventually, it got tired of eating the same thing all the time, so now if I give it pumpkin, it refuses to eat it. Although pumpkin is one of the best foods for dogs because it helps improve their eyesight and is very good for their digestive system. But it's so fed up with it now that it almost refuses to eat pate anymore. It's grown up and won't eat pate anymore, and it hates eating pumpkin too. But now it only eats meat and seeds. And sometimes I also feed it some spices because, for example, I eat out a lot and rarely cook. For example, if there's leftover food from cooking, you should share it with them and limit the use of onions and garlic. Well, at that time, it would eat some of the food that people gave it, it would even taste it, but there were some foods that people absolutely forbade giving to dogs . Because the other dogs at my house are still kept as pets, and at my friend's house they are still kept as pets, still fed normal human food, and they are still living very happily and healthily. So, the technical aspects can only be discussed to a certain extent because each family has a different way of training, caring for, and raising a dog or cat. Therefore, we can't simply assume that because we raise them this way, we should force others to do the same . So, going back to the point, the process of mango growth is closely linked to pumpkins . And there are days when it's so fed up that no matter what I offer it, it will still refuse everything. I felt like even if my cooking was considered the best, they would still criticize it. That's true. And then, about a year later, when I moved to a new place, I was quite bewildered. But the good thing is that the mango tree is quite rustic, everyone. It's also quite trustworthy. Throughout its childhood, whether I was at work or there was no one home and the lights were off, it could still remember the sofa, and the phrase "she was lonely on the sofa" was always reserved for it . Or, there was a time when it got sick, and then it had diarrhea, and it just couldn't hold on any longer . So it went to the toilet inside the house, and its face was in the water. And I also tried to train it to go to the toilet indoors, to defecate inside the house, but I could n't train it to do it. Sometimes I say it just for fun, but other times I think about it more than people, more than anything else. Many of you might dislike me for saying that, or think I'm talking strangely. But actually, it's because we're so attached to them, we treat them like our own children. I treat it like my own child . So, when you own a dog, there are some points I want to bring to your attention like this. That means that during the first year or so, the dog won't have as much affection for people as you might expect. But it's just cuteness, and mostly I like it. If it were to show its affection for me more openly, I do n't think it would be a big deal, everyone. And there are things, for example, when you're raising a pet, there will be some points that you'll easily regret or that will make you want to throw it away, like urinating or defecating in inappropriate places. That's the kind of thing you have to imagine: you have to wait until it's about a year and a half, almost two years old. It's only when it's about one or two years old that it starts to mature. Because if you raise it with all your love, it's almost like raising a hundred of them, and you won't be able to handle it. If you see that it's sick and has a fever, you can lean over it to cool it down, instead of, for example, with humans, leaning over their forehead, right? Alternatively, you can wipe your body, hands, and feet. But with dogs, you ca n't just jump on their forehead; you have to jump on their stomach instead. You will lay it on its back and lean over its belly to cool down its abdominal area . Then, once it's done, we'll take it to get vaccinated. And remember, when you get a dog, make sure to have it fully vaccinated with three or four shots, as the specific vaccines will vary depending on the veterinary clinic . For example, the old types of medicine, which were for five or seven diseases, would consist of four injections in total. That means the first three injections would be for five or seven diseases, and the final, fourth injection would be for rabies. That includes deworming the animal. The book says there are some kind of roundworms or hookworms in its body. Heartworms and external parasites, like fleas or ticks, etc., are considered internal and external parasites. You can buy those pills, even though they're a bit expensive compared to buying individual medications like drops or injections for deworming. That's much cheaper. But when buying medicine, I have a tip: buy the type of medicine that's suitable for a dog. For example, my dog, Mango, has fluctuated from a few kilograms before to around 9 kg now. I would buy a type of medicine like Nesga, or a later brand (not Nesga), and buy one for dogs weighing up to 40 kg or 60 kg. For such large pieces, you cut them into small pieces, like dividing them into portions, then cut a small piece for your dog depending on its weight. As for the remaining sauce, you just need to let it dry and you can store it in the refrigerator. For example, each time that happens, people who own dogs usually deworm them, just like I do. Throughout the first year, I gave it deworming medication almost every month . Because the early stages are very dangerous and very susceptible to parasites like ants, ticks, and other insects. For almost the entire first year, I gave it the medication for both internal and external parasites every single month . Then, after about a year, you can space it out, for example, to every 3 months, 6 months, or a year before letting it defecate again . For example, with my pet mango, I take good care of it because I hug it, I hold it, and I might even chase it around a lot, so I give it deworming medication about once every three months. I do n't let it go on for too long because it directly affects my health. And because I'm being honest, you might criticize me, you might say, " What kind of dog owner is that?" But actually, for my family, for my home, for me, I spend a lot of time with it . I held it in my arms, hugged it a lot, and put it on my mattress to play, and so on. Therefore, we have to be very careful in its daily life . For example, it's been going to the toilet until now, to the point where it doesn't even know how to lick its own butt, everyone. It only knows how to lick its pants after peeing . But in most cases, things like going to the toilet outside are always cleaned up by parents. And I wouldn't recommend that you get a dog if you have allergies. Because I have an allergic constitution, I now only experience allergic reactions once every few months, unlike in the past . That means I have hives. My allergic reaction is that I get a rash here. And hives appear here quite suddenly. That means sometimes, even just a slight itch can cause me to break out in hives all over my body. So, in the past, I used to get hives only once every few months or so. But once the mangoes are grown, the time between feedings is usually every other day, or every few days, or at most, maybe every week. That's when I have to take medicine. And it's almost like my house has allergy medication. I have a type called Serizin, and I always take that because I used to have allergies, and the doctor prescribed this medication for me. I always keep it there, like a pillow by my bedside. Everywhere in the house I go, I have it – from my desk to downstairs and upstairs, you could say every room has allergy medication so that if I have an allergic reaction, I can take the medicine and stop it immediately. And when, for example, during the breeding process, you know what factors are involved? Hoai, you got vaccinated, right? So, if you're meticulous, like me, you'll often shave the fur off your mango dog to reduce the amount of fur it sheds around the house. You know, the amount of fur it has is so much you could probably wrap it up and hug it! And after I've shaved its fur, I'll put a shirt on it. So, that's why I often buy clothes for him, and now he has what's called a "box" of his. That box is a bit too big.
