Well, we can cover a wide range of topics, ladies and gentlemen, so we probably won't meet with the professor many times, but the main topic of our conversation today is the changes that have come to us in our relationship. And now the question is whether in connection or not, but I am thinking about the national invoicing system, our KSE, because at first glance, as we hear in the media, it is a requirement of the European Union that we introduce KSE, but today, before talking to the professor, I checked that in fact this KSEF is only fully applicable in a few European Union countries, in fact it is in Italy, something in Romania, and the rest are only in some countries regarding invoices to the administration. public right, and in our country we have a very wide scope. And now the question is whether it really had to come to this, because I'm wondering, because we have two different governments that participated in this until the end, and until the end I personally don't feel or don't feel the need, and although I see that in this European Union of 2000, probably in the 8th year, that diversity is our strength, let's say, it turns out that they no longer want diversity. they just want a common market. I personally see many risks associated with this. First of all, I treat it as business intelligence and, above all, whether we need to be under such permanent surveillance. Well, to be honest, how do you look at it, Professor, because I wonder if it is a necessary requirement for this, because everyone mentions the European Union, but it does not apply in all countries. From what I know, it was probably in the regulation that regulated it that it spoke about the possibility of introducing it, not a requirement. How do you see this? Why did this happen? I was also interested in this in general because it was intriguing. So the first thing I did was check the directive, because there is indeed a directive that, let's say, regulates the principles of electronic circulation, the circulation of invoices. The directive does not apply directly. Let us remember that directive regulations do not apply directly to citizens or economic entities, but to governments. I checked this reactivation for 200, several dozen articles, there was nothing interesting. Only after 200, 230 I found the first one, in which I read with astonishment that this system is not mandatory at all. And a few articles later, I was even more surprised, because they wrote that not only is it not mandatory for European Union member states until 2030, as I will explain in a moment, but in addition, in order for a given member state to be able to introduce it in its territory, it had to apply for special consent from the European Union. So please imagine now that the Polish state is quietly not informing entrepreneurs about this, because I knew nothing about it , and I have been an entrepreneur for 26 years and a rather active one, Mr. President, too. Um, so we didn't know anything about it, uh, that the Polish government applied for such a special executive decision and only when we obtained, at the request of the previous Polish government, this executive decision, this consent in the form of this executive decision, only then was it even possible to proceed at the level of the Polish state to create this system, so it may be shocking. It only needs to be said that these systems in their original assumption, the one under the previous government, differ significantly from this system, from the concept of this system under the current government. The first one had such a task, its intention was to de facto eliminate accounting offices, that is, not for all enterprises, only for this group of SMEs, small and medium-sized enterprises. So the intention was that this state system would result in the cost of accounting services for small and medium-sized enterprises, especially the smallest ones, being zero. And in the current system, exactly the opposite has happened. Well, the increase in costs was imposed on us, costs were imposed and they were imposed on many levels, because please note that first of all, our accounting immediately increased the cost by several hundred zlotys . Yes. Now please note that my companies are in this SME category and formally, theoretically, we are not yet affected by KSEW as such. It might only seem that way , because if we wanted to receive cost invoices from some corporation, I would have to pay extra for data transfer, because our operator, where we have the software, wants an additional amount, which means I have to pay extra for accounting, I have to pay extra for the transfer and other inconveniences. But please note that we also have such cases. My colleague employs 200 people and has approximately 500 contractors, but he runs this company as a sole proprietorship. It was a company where my dad started for many years and unfortunately, my dad died, this entrepreneur died. And now the sons wanted to have access to the list of invoices for which they had to settle payments to 500 contractors. Imagine that it turned out that the KSE system did not provide for such a possibility at all, so they called a representative of the ministry there and learned that no one had even thought about such a case. And what did they recommend? Yes. And what did they recommend? They recommended calling these 500 contractors. To which this owner, right, son, heir, says: "Wait, how am I supposed to call 500 customers every week and ask what invoices they issued?" Well, this is ridiculous. This system was created over the course of two, two and a half years. Well, apart from being a lawyer and owning the Wigen law firm, I have also owned a programming company for many years, for over a dozen years . I have produced many programs. I'm not a programmer, but I am a software producer. Well, I can't imagine producing this type of system in two years and then saying that there must be iteration, there must be validation, and there must be convalidation. These are tests on a living organism. Tests on a living organism. Well, this is uh, disastrous. But the second topic that the President raised here, well, it hurts me even more, so to speak, because I taught national defense at several universities , probably for all Polish services, representatives of probably all Polish services, a dozen or so subjects. Well, I can't wrap my head around how it could have happened that a system that collects complete information about the entire heart of the functioning of the Polish state in economic terms, 100% information, after all, it is 100% information, how this system could have been produced at all , first produced not by a state-owned company. This is where you should start. Why not through, for example, the stock exchange , right? Or by some other state institution that should be delegated to this task later. How did it happen that in the meantime some of the producers, because we have two producers, changed shareholders during the construction of this system. Please note the timeline. These companies initially had 100% equity, but when it turned out they had been awarded the contract to build this system, other owners came in. Take a further look at the shareholding structure. In one case, they are Chinese, and in the other case, they are, ladies and gentlemen, this is if we go to the very end, this is Black Rock. Well, there is no randomness here. And now , yes, it used to be that the Polish state, in order to obtain economic information, because it is an immanent part of the state within statehood, that it has its own intelligence, including economic intelligence, had to establish a foreign trade center, a foreign trade center, which built companies, created subsidiaries, and in which Marian Zacharski bravely, right, day after day, lumpang bravely, right, by the sweat of his brow, reported, obtained information from the United States, and meanwhile suddenly we saw such "We give back, that the country, the economy of the state," which packaged 100% of the information and sent it out into the world. What's more, at some stage even here my outstanding programmers say that it is not encrypted, that there is a stage where, contrary to appearances, the data is not encrypted, contrary to official information. This is subject to verification. There should be a hyper-scandal here at the counterintelligence level. Well, counterintelligence should go around and, so to speak, pick them up one by one. What is this silence? What is it? What happened here ? What is it that the average entrepreneur cannot fathom? Mr. President, have you ever packed up all the information you have about your business and your contractors and sent it to your competitors? Well, it's beyond human comprehension, with ordinary peasant reason. Maybe the creators of this work wanted to make it easier so that the competition wouldn't have to Marianów Zacharskie. This is the role of every intelligence service of every other country, but this is the role of the counterintelligence of our country. Therefore, keep an eye on it. That's why I say that the first decision I would make, if it were up to me, would be to increase Polish counterintelligence resources by at least 30 times, not 100%, 30 times is the minimum. I had an interview with a colonel and the former head of military intelligence, and we talked at the monetary sovereignty forum there, how the Polish Military Intelligence Service (PTG) was organizing it with this in mind, and I was talking about why Polish counterintelligence doesn't cooperate with business, because I had a friend who runs a company in Italy, and he's actually on the company's list of strategic entities, because they make intelligence and counterintelligence software. So when I was in his office in Rome, he said, "Łukasz is here for a moment, I have to leave for two hours. I met him later because I'm going because the Arabs have arrived, and Meloni is asking me, optically, saying, because she's getting me these clients, and he's getting these clients for him, Italian intelligence and the services, because here it's the other way around, and we're afraid of our own services, that if anyone cooperates, my team will change, or maybe he'll close my company, or something will happen, and so on, and the services should be the ones to do it, and that's what I'm getting at, I'm talking to the colonel. The Colonel is saying exactly what you are saying, that our services are underfunded, we have no people at all in the posts. It's brilliant that you mentioned it, because I then referred to the Colonel's words. I don't have to refer to myself. What do you think? What do you think, Mr. President? Um, you mentioned the military counter-offensive service. How many officers, roughly how many do you imagine, does the military counterintelligence service have in a country of 30-37 million people ? How did you manage to count everyone, the doormen, the drivers, those boxers who sometimes have to make arrests there, everything? I'm not talking about those, right, on this intellectual line. What do you think? Could you please give some value, but such, but you know, such that you believe the Polish state should have? I believe that if we have even a quarter of the world's states, right, we must have missions, we must even have a world of diplomatic missions. We must have a Ministry in every provincial office, in every strategic state-owned company. It should be several thousand people. Well, it 's many times less. That's all I'll say so as not to reveal anything. You can search the internet and find out more or less, but it is many times less. I mean, how many operational officers do we have ? If there are many fewer of them with drivers, doormen, and secretaries, how many are operational? You see, this is a rhetorical question. This is, this is some negligible amount. A negligible amount. I will say this historically, and it can probably be said in secret, but my father once worked in the voivodeship office in Suwałki. It was the 1990s. It was still the beginning of the 1990s, so there was still cross-border cooperation, because Suwałki bordered Kaliningrad, Lithuania, and Belarus. Therefore, these first contacts were not made by the voivode within the government. Well, therefore the situation between the voivodeship office and these countries was good. Well, there were two, I think the 25th anniversary of the Suwałki Voivodeship or the 30th anniversary, but the round anniversary the voivode organized an event, let's call it a celebration. And he handed out medals to those who deserved it. He awarded 20 medals to those who had made outstanding contributions to the Soalski Vocational School. And the guest of this was the ambassador of Kaliningrad. Ambassador Governor of Kaliningrad. So the governor of Kaliningrad, already tipsy, says to my father, and it's authentic: "Bolesław, tell me, what about this Cezary, this voivode, Cezary Cieślukowski, and he's bragging about how he's handing out 25 medals here? Yesterday I handed out 250 medals to our people from the voivodeship alone. Yesterday I handed out 250 medals to our people. So, governor, who are these people of yours? But of course, some KGB officer came and grabbed him. And now what's happening? And now this governor says: "I'll call you tomorrow. Wait, who's going to call? And he was sitting at his desk. And it turned out he had several of those calls, because they still took it over from the old provincial office, and he didn't know what that phone without a dial was, and here the red phone was ringing, and here the governor was calling. He had a direct line to his desk, but I'm getting at this. Professor, pay attention. 250 people were decorated at the time . Decorated. So how many were undecorated in the province? If we take 49 provinces. Sure, but that's where I'm getting at. And now let's add all the other intelligence services, because there's no allied intelligence. Let's forget about that. But then, well, we're not children. Do n't get carried away, we're talking about them not telling us. Of course, you should even notice that we only have mothers, we catch spies on the eastern border, but no one has caught, for example, a German intelligence officer. There isn't any . Of course, the Germans have no intelligence at all. But of course, neither does any other country. No other country, only the Russians. MOSAT has no intelligence, C has no intelligence, no one has, except possibly Russians. Well, I think we've already defined part of the essence of the problem. Because we see that if we don't have protective capabilities, then we are doomed to the same consequences as this KSEW. This is just a litmus test. It's only been heard. This whole protest isn't really about all of us , all of us, about any KSEW. This is about everything, about us entrepreneurs, about the whole thing, that we are being systemically destroyed. We, as entrepreneurs, have been systemically destroyed for decades. If any employee thinks that it's only us, entrepreneurs, who are being destroyed as employers , then, dear ladies and gentlemen, our wonderful employers, we value you very much and respect our employees. Because you are ours, especially in small companies, like family. We literally spend more time with you than with our family, so maybe even more than family sometimes. We, dear ladies and gentlemen, are also fighting for you, for you. The entire society, because if they finish us off, to put it colloquially, you won't have a job. Because we're the ones who provide 10 million jobs in the non- public sector. Of the 10 million jobs, 7 million are provided by the Ministry of Public Services, and only then the rest are provided by very large corporations, for example, state-owned ones, etc. We employ you. It's not like you 'll have an alternative, that if we're in a bad situation, you'll be fine, but we're all in the same boat. It's very important that it resonates that we can't allow ourselves to be divided between us and them. We can't allow ourselves to be divided between employers and employees, because that's what politicians and the various needs of external intelligence services would often want. Let's face it , of course, we Poles are being played off against each other, because if we built the economy from scratch in 1989 with titanic diligence, creativity, and intelligence, then of course we are a thorn in the side of everyone around us. I must say that I was I was invited by the president to a meeting with companies as part of Poland's presence at the G20. And I agree with the professor here, I'll go further. The German ambassador approached me, we talked, and then, because of that, he sat down next to me nearby. Professor Piątkowski was giving a very, very interesting speech. He used slides to show us those 30 years, what we've accomplished, where we started, and where we are today, what our prospects are, but he also talked about what we need to do to move forward. And it turns out we can no longer do what we've done so far – it 's not enough. We have to go further, deeper, and for that we'll need intelligence, counterintelligence, meaning the expansion of Polish business abroad, acquisitions of companies, market research, and so on and so forth. And two elements caused—just imagine—the German ambassador to leave; he couldn't stand it. The first element was this, the professor explains, saying: "Listen, ladies and gentlemen, I'll tell you this out of curiosity, because he was talking about the development of the industrial revolution in general, in the 19th century, about the beginnings of the 19th century. He says: "Do you know where the word 'made in Germany' comes from?" he says, he says, made in Germany came from the fact that at the beginning of the industrial revolution the English forced the Germans to mark their goods because the Germans were producing very low- quality goods. And of course, he was the first one to get it, and the second one got it, as the professor said, that we must have ambitions not to be somewhere in the back, to be the third economy of the European Union, to be Germany, France and Poland. And he left. Let me give you a great example. Because you also mentioned that the EU is so selective, when it wants it wants diversity, and when it wants it wants unity, but so selectively, always for itself with a certain benefit of those countries of the old European Union. Well, when was that? almost 30 years ago, not 20, sorry, it was 26 years ago. 20, exactly 26 years ago, in 2026, on Trębacka Street here in Warsaw, I took part in negotiations regarding Poland's accession to the European Union in the field of agriculture. Well, yes, I am a country boy. We bred cows and pigs, and we had several dozen hectares of grain, so I had practical competences in this area , and at the same time I was one of two students at the University of Silesia who chose the optional subject of agricultural law. And then-Deputy Minister of Agriculture Jacek Soska came and asked: "Who here passed the agricultural law exam? He 's from the countryside and knows agricultural law." So there were two of us, but my lucky friend wasn't there, so I was the only one who raised my hand and said: "Come here, man, if you want, you can participate in the negotiations." It was during the French presidency and so I found myself from nowhere, from the countryside, in the great city of Warsaw and immediately in negotiations, well, I would say even before the pre-action. Yes, yes, there were these, because there were these, there were two stages. And ladies and gentlemen , that's when I realized that this was a step towards the abyss, this European Union. Well, contrary to what was said in the uh, those uh, official messages before this one, there were no negotiations there. They came, listened and said they would give us 25%. I will shorten it to say that after many months of negotiations, when we received 25% at the beginning, we ended up with 25% of these subsidies compared to those received by German farmers in the old European Union. It didn't work when I met Kalinowski in the room , he was from the Democratic Left Alliance (SLD) from the Polish Socialist Party (PSLU), the one with the mustache, right, he was probably in the rank of deputy prime minister at the time, and we were invited to a party here near the Sejm to the French embassy. When everyone there had already gotten a little emboldened by alcohol, right, Kalinowski decided to start questioning his counterpart from the French side and asked questions, well, I must admit, stubbornly, and I respect this man for that. How could you not add anything more to us than what you came with? Well, at some point this counterpart broke down and said: "Yes, first of all we didn't get permission from Germany." Well, Germany, first of all . And secondly, you Poles, and here is the quote, you Poles are like ants. Just give you money and work, and you would give us this Russian Union. And here we are making the kind of pi that we have been building for so many decades. And it also occurred to me where I was, what we were negotiating. We joined an organization that saw us only as a sales market, so when we look at it that way , they wanted to bring us down so that, God forbid, we would n't go beyond that. Of course, ladies and gentlemen, this is not something I heard secondhand . I witnessed this conversation in the embassy at the end of this reception. Moreover, Minister Soska was also a witness. Well, there were a lot of witnesses, there were names of a dozen or so people. And now look at the Polish economy, at what happened after 1989. Ursus 7080 the strongest tractors in the world. The first with a factory-installed system cabin. No John Deere Casey, no one had that. Great shipyards. The first to produce grain, especially wheat. Execwo with France, where France is one and a half times bigger and has a different climate. Great chemical industry, great shipbuilding industry, powerful. Please tell us how many brands of passenger cars, how many brands of trucks, how many cement trucks, our own helicopters, even our own jets. Iskra was wiped out, and later Iryda was destroyed under the new government. Ladies and gentlemen, after 1989, the enormous intellectual achievements of people who were actually scientists and built them in good faith, neither for the party nor for the party, were ruined. I come from a family that won't praise what is or was before 1989, we experienced a lot of suffering, but ladies and gentlemen , it was engineers who built these steel mills and these cars, these planes, this intellectual achievement is knowledge. How could it be destroyed? Two things happened. We had no counterintelligence cover. We trusted too much in apparent friends. And they say that above all, don't be afraid of your friends, right? Especially false friends. Thirdly, all borders were systematically destroying us . We were systematically destroyed from every border, right? Because we had our own very economic sovereignty, intellectual sovereignty, scientific sovereignty. First of all, we let in this, first of all, the exit angle. We ourselves let these foxes into the henhouse, as I can give you an example too. Unikredyt is taken over by PKO. And I meet with one of the directors on the eastern wall, I'll say from that department, and he says: "Gee, listen, you know what they told me, and you know, the voivodeship traded, Belarus, Lithuania, and so on. They told me from headquarters all the documents, everything I know about companies exporting to the West and the East. What , what industry, what financial condition, the names of the contractors, prices, because banks have all this, because when they give loans and so on, they have the knowledge." He says: "I have to pack this up for headquarters to prepare a Unicredit offer for Italian entrepreneurs trading with the East." So they disarmed us themselves, used the knowledge, and so on. I'll give you another example. You're talking about Germany. I had a friend who, after the transformation, of course, obtained a license and started trading. At first, I had a gas station, let's call it a gas station for the local people, that's where they make their money, but de facto, it was a company that at one point had The largest trade turnover in Poland was with Belarus. They imported fuel from Belarus, and they imported it by railcar. But at some point, the partners parted ways. One of the partners had a penchant for horses. He bought a state farm somewhere in the Kielce region, and he liked farming there, but he wanted to get back into the fuel business. So he asked, he said, "Łukasz, you know, here in Warsaw, because the locals won't let me in Warsaw, maybe I should get a bank. I wanted to get a letter of credit. I want to get back into fuel trading ." And when he left the partnership, all those letters of credit—everything—were left in the partnership with his old partner. I arranged a meeting for him at Dreban Bank. There was also Dresnerbank in Warsaw. And he was the director, the head of that Dresnerbank here. And this friend of mine is telling me what his plan was, that he traded here, that he was this, and that he needed this letter of credit. He pledged the entire state farm as collateral, and so on, so they could issue him a credit based on that , because he wanted to import fuel. So they talk for an hour, an hour and a half. Finally, the director says to me, "Mr. Łukasz, can we go outside for a moment?" So I left, left my friend, and he says, "Mr. Łukasz, that 's a brilliant plan, but I can't do it." I say, "Why? If it's brilliant, because fuel trade with the East is reserved for German customers only. Mr. President, and that was in Warsaw, right? Mr. President, it's like this: we have to take this and change it, beyond any divisions. I don't know what your political views are. I didn't ask you about it, and I can honestly tell you that I'm not interested in it at all. In the associations I've been building for 16 years, in which I've made hundreds of interventions, hundreds mainly at the national level, I've never asked any member of our associations what their views are, because I'm not interested in it at all, because we have a mission based on what you said. We entrepreneurs have it, without looking at the state, without looking at anyone, because it wo n't happen on its own. We entrepreneurs have to do this , without looking at our history, our experiences, our internal pain, any internal thing that could divide us. There's no need to even say that word . We only have to look for what can unite us, and we have to change it. We have to rebuild Poland after 1989, because it was built solely on division, and it was built on such often artificial division. And it penetrated incredibly deeply, even into families, that families argue at the dinner table about what? They argue about politics. We should create a single narrative, that we can talk about anything we want, regardless of our political beliefs. As long as it's within the context of the sovereignty of the Polish state. I created such a social movement, I don't know if you know, a few years ago, we people, we people, because you know from me what a human being is, and I know that among human rights, the highest of all human rights is the right to dignity. That is, we are dignified people, we people who deserve the right to dignity. That's the deeper meaning. I, sir, believe me, I have no idea what people's views are. I say, listen, I am establishing only one principle. You can talk about whatever you want and however you want, under one condition: that every sentence must be inflected in the context of the sovereignty of the Polish state. It can be Agricultural, economic, intellectual, whatever, business, whatever you want, military, whatever you want, but in the context of sovereignty. And that's the basic narrative that should interest us. I'll tell you something I noticed at the president's meeting back then. Because there were entrepreneurs, there was a lot of business, and even those, let's say, in the top five or ten, and I just noticed that there was no issue at all about who voted for whom. It wasn't discussed at all, and I don't think it matters. There were several public speeches, major business presentations. I believe that no matter who spoke, there would be consensus. Because we spoke from a business perspective. And now I'll tell you, I believe that even if someone, regardless of how they vote, runs a business, if they have developed intellectually, yes, they will still want this sovereignty because it hurts their business. Of course, at some point, what you're saying is right. We know how businesses were created and we know what the top ten list looked like, that they were usually gentlemen, right, connected to the system. Non-capitalist, to put it nicely, or with a significant dose of service involvement somewhere in their environment. Even if they came from a different—let's call it, I don't want to say, current—they, or their children, are now developing other, more specific needs because the situation has changed. Therefore, I believe that the problem I often raise, perhaps slowly beginning to change now, but for several years I've been saying that the problem is that we in Poland don't associate as Polish entrepreneurs and usually give in. Those organizations that do exist are politically motivated. That's it, not business-oriented. And yet we don't associate, and for example, please note, as a prime example, when something happens in the European Union , even at the German level, there 's always the question of what German industry thinks, while here no one asks. Does anyone ask any prime ministers: "What about Polish industry?" No, there isn't. And what about Polish business? No, there isn't. On the contrary, the Polish system is being systematically destroyed. Business is even exterminating itself from these tripartite talks. Please, please note that we must learn to talk solely on the level of business interests, that is, Polish entrepreneurs. Because, dear officials, after all, 100% of your salaries come from us, from our work. I mean, not 99%, after all, there is no Polish state, it doesn't have its own grain or oil reserves like Norway. We have deposits here intellectually and here in our hearts. These are our deposits, and we entrepreneurs give these 99% to the pride, just like state-owned companies give me 99% of the entire budget contribution. Ladies and gentlemen, you have jobs and salaries exclusively from us entrepreneurs. They won't have them, you can't destroy us, because what are you doing? There are 1 million 100,000 of you in Poland, which has only 37 million. There are as many as 1 million 100,000 officials. I don't know what, the 37th person we pass on the street is an official. Considering children and the elderly, children and the elderly. Considering children and Elderly people. How can one in 37 people we pass on the street be defined as a potential official, right? It's a total confusion of sorts, but even if that's the case, and these are jobs for you and your families, which we value and respect equally, and treat with the same dignity as ours, then stop systematically attacking us. Simply put, how can you attack companies based on legal provisions that are based on counter- legal arguments, meaning they completely contradict the content of the regulations? That's why we, within the associations I've prepared, and I've founded several associations in my life . In my opinion, this is probably one of the most active Polish associations, the best approach. There are 390, or maybe three, interventions to date. All of them are excellently documented year after year, month after month, and they're listed, so we operate incredibly transparently. Ladies and gentlemen, you forced us, the officials, to prepare a list of sample documents for notifications to the prosecutor's office regarding Administrative decisions issued by officials and in relation to certain judges, most often in provincial administrative courts, not all of them, because I wouldn't want to lump all judges together here , as that would be very unfair and unjust. However, in a significant portion of cases, judges also make decisions prohibited by the law. A legal contra-legem is a situation where the law states that it's a mug, and the judge claims that it's not a mug, but a horse. And that's a contra-legem, because that's something prohibited. And so, with these types of actions by officials and judges, you have brought the country to a state where we had to prepare, defending ourselves, protecting our companies, but essentially protecting your jobs and protecting the entire country. We had to prepare document templates to systematically refer such cases to the prosecutor's office, and I encourage all entrepreneurs to use these templates and also sign the petition. I want you to post this link too. There's a link there where you can sign a petition to establish mandatory penalties for officials and judges, financial penalties, and criminal penalties for violating our constitutional rights, we people who work 20 hours a day, 7 days a week. Very often, our people, we people who built this country. The prime minister comes, the minister of this or that option says 20 economy. After all, he didn't build it. Well, ladies and gentlemen, if this may seem so shocking at first, why should the state pay for the inspection of our companies? For a very simple reason. If I want to inspect my employee, I don't cut their salary for the time I inspect them; I pay them their full salary. If the Polish state has for some reason decided that it will inspect us more and more and more severely every year, in larger areas, in a broader spectrum of these areas, then let it pay us for it, because money does n't come out of nowhere. Contrary to appearances, contrary to what most officials and politicians think, it doesn't come from any budget, because this budget is us, it's our job, it's the budget, we are the budget. So if you take up our time and waste our nerves, because this is important, we need peace, we need people, nerves, but we need peace, we need to be creative. To be creative as an entrepreneur, you unfortunately need to have peace and an open mind. At the same time, as we You're auditing, you're closing our minds. We don't work for your salaries. So pay us. Of course, you won't pay, because you officials have never paid for anything. We'll pay from the so- called budget, but we'll be a sort of guarantee fund, I'd say, between us entrepreneurs. It will shorten the audits, and it will automatically shorten the audits. Moreover, if it's ruled that officials will be responsible for the audits, and not just the lowest-ranking officials, then all the ladies, every director of some ZUS (Social Insurance Institution), tax office, or whatever, will take responsibility and cede it to some Ms. Jada or Mr. Ziutek, because that would be the easiest. No. The heads of tax office units , ZUS (Social Insurance Institutions), National Labor Inspectorate (PIP), and so on, they're supposed to raise financial and criminal liability. And then they'll think ten times before they step in , because they might as well step in, before they sign and consider whether this decision isn't a counter-action, because if it is, and if they claim it's not a counter-action, then they'll There's a mug, but it's a horse, so they have to pay for it themselves, figuratively speaking. Therefore, we have instruments that allow us to be in such an intense dialogue. I learned these interventions, I taught them for 16 years. Well, the flagship project that I introduced through the associations is the most liberal form of employment currently in force in Poland. Harvest Assistance Agreement for Agriculture. There we will overpay 5000 for 15 or 50, so the gross amount is 300 PLN. Just imagine. I introduced it eight years ago, over eight years ago, when I said, I introduced it through a tiny association of blueberry producers, I think it was called near Mięki, because there was unimaginable poverty at the time, and this president came to me and said, he says: "You know what? You 're a lawyer, but you're a peasant from the countryside. You understand that there really is terrible poverty here. We're about to go bankrupt, save me." I say, I'm a labor law lawyer. My basic scientific specialization at the beginning was labor law from that doctorate. I mean, there really is such a structure that's been on my mind for years. I'll just prepare it. As I announced, I did. I started looking for such support in parliaments as a representative of the social factor, an association, I started looking for such support in parliaments, I found the first few, then a dozen more joined, then I joined the Solidarity of Individual Farmers, then others, then there were very difficult negotiations in the ministry because there were five ministries, the ministries didn't want to participate. I fought them off in a sense, but you have to be a dragon, a fox, a monkey, and a tiger, using different methods. Later, the members of parliament voted for it. Later, the Senate voted, and then the president refused to sign it. Interestingly, I went to the president, sat for an hour and a half, and convinced his officials for an hour and a half that it was consistent with European Union law. I was protested, but the president signed the bill on the last day, the 30th day for signing, and I sent it to the European Commission. I'm sorry, but someone sent it to the European Union as an objection? Yes. Well, the European Commission asked me to take a position, so I prepared a legal and scientific study, which is available online, and it has many thousands of downloads . It is one of the most widely read and downloaded scientific publications in Poland in this area. The European Commission agreed with me that I had met all the standards of international labor law. Ladies and gentlemen, it's a zero-sum game. We all won. The employees won because they were no longer employed on Black. Employers won because they didn't go bankrupt. We, the consumers, everyone who listens to us, have blueberries at half price, or less than half price. And yet the state budget, despite collecting those 300 złoty, just imagine, a billion złoty in total. A billion złoty. Look, ladies and gentlemen, when I started going to the Sejm and Senate, presenting this tiny association, people were racking their brains, saying it couldn't be done. Sir, there's no way. The trend here is for employment contracts and only employment contracts, and such interventions and similar ones, believe me, this is one of over 400 interventions. I only have 390 associations in this group. In the meantime, I founded many other associations. Among other things, I consolidated a certain segment of the construction industry . The situation was such that the regulations stipulated that within a few months, nine months, I remember exactly, someone introduced a provision into the regulation that all safety systems had to be non-metallic, not plastic, but exclusively metal. It just so happened, That was by accident, right, by accident, as we're talking about here, just cases up to 1989. By accident, all Polish producers, some of them employing 400-500 workers, specialized in plastics. But it also happened that two corporations, one French, the other German, specialized in metals. It took me three years. I invaded the ministry several times on live television. I founded an association. After all, they were competitors. We all founded an association. We all achieved enormous success. We saved 40,000 jobs altogether. Enterprises were built, their knowledge was built for decades. Ladies and gentlemen, this is how we operate. No, we don't look into anyone's soul, we don't look into anyone's name, or any signboards. We all have a common interest. The interest of entrepreneurship. That's our common interest. Now, ladies and gentlemen, as this one, Mr. President, is this the last sentence in this area, when I'm talking about this merger, these 100 people called, so some of them These 100 people said, you know, maybe we should organize such a movement and say that entrepreneurs are some right-wingers, or I say no, my dears, no right-wingers, yes, because the rest will be offended, exactly, no center, center-lefters, no such people, just us, entrepreneurs, we people, just us, people, basically, We, the people, politicians will want to do this and will now want to call rallies, marches, right-wingers, others left-wingers. Don't get caught, we mustn't, my dear entrepreneurs, colleagues, wonderful people, employees, we mustn't let ourselves be caught. Yes, because then we will be played. We, the people, we entrepreneurs, what are we fighting for? Oh, we are fighting for the state, because tanks, no minister bought tanks. We bought them. I have my minimal share. You have a minimal share, the employee has it, and the employee has it. We bought these tanks, planes, tanks, everything belongs to our society, to us people, right? Yes. Let's look, it's unimaginably important that we look at it this way. What happened here . This escalation worked out well, Mr. President, because if it weren't for this escalation, I know, they wouldn't have united us. Yes, sometimes the better the backside, the better, the better it works out. Everything in life has a purpose. I know, it makes sense. They have to overdo it. They have to overdo it. That's why I always believe that when they overdo it in various aspects at the EU or national level, I say good, good, because it's all overdoing it , and everything returns to normal. Without a doubt, straightening out the bananas has weakened the European Union more than straightening out the bananas, and this and that, and this... We have to give ourselves the order to react. We're uniting, uniting these associations under one large association. We're creating a government of associations and creating an economic government. This isn't the point, Mr. President and ladies and gentlemen, that we've been thinking about for years: creating the equivalent of Polish ministries in every department, in every sector of the economy , but also in the overall functioning of the state, so that we can gather financial resources and station 10 lawyers for each sector. There will be, say, 30 such sectors, meaning there wo n't be any lawyers, who knows how many. And they will spend eight hours a day doing only one thing for our common entrepreneurs' money: checking, verifying, and correcting, and immediately setting the narrative. We're not just being checked. We must take the initiative. We must do what I've been doing for these 16 years in these 400 interventions. I'm telling you what I expect from the government. I'll give you an example. Another example. The Polish transport industry was n't a leading one several decades ago, despite being a country We were big. In 2010, in building G in the Sejm, as part of the association " Best Way," I represented the association, but there was also the ZMPD OZPTD (Polish People's Party), powerful organizations there. We united, didn't seek conflict among ourselves, and proposed that per diem and overnight stay allowances would be completely exempt from contributions for international trips. This resulted in two-thirds of the entire salary being exempt from contributions. This resulted in a boom from the first year the regulation came into force, ranging from 9 to 13%, and these were the times when the French said there was no free market anymore, and one industry contributed from 9 to 13% of GDP. We only needed eight of these thanks to one wise decision. What's more , 800,000 people got jobs, workers, drivers. Where? From the countryside, from us, from our poor villages, where poverty was squealing, and it was already such poverty. And we pumped it in, this industry pumped it in for wages at 8%. 10, 12,000 net. We immediately eliminated unemployment. One wise decision. And now, look, so you're here. But because we were active, we didn't limit ourselves and we don't limit ourselves, right? Or we didn't stand there, as I believe, sometimes we stand there like sheep, like this one, like that deer on the road, waiting for a car to hit us. And anyway, we don't limit ourselves to defining the problem. We immediately go on the offensive. We are offensive, we speak and propose solutions. Look . There were a lot of us in the room from the social factor. You were there, Mr. Litwiński, President, from the OZPTD, two people, I don't remember, Mr. Wielki, I think, and someone else there. I was there and someone else, maybe five people from our social factor. We proposed one, one regulation that pumped enormous amounts of money into the Polish state. It completely pumped out, almost completely eliminated hidden unemployment in rural areas. It made us number one in the country for a dozen or so years. Kilometer-per-mile transport and cabotage. The success of just a few people, some wisdom from that government back then. I don't even remember what it was like, right? Commute, just relax. I honestly don't even remember what the government was like back then, you know, because I don't look at these signs, I'll just turn off the projects and tell you, so now imagine, multiply it, ladies and gentlemen, because someone would say it's difficult to understand in every industry, but not even systematically, or do we divide the country into 30 such industries? We entrepreneurs establish a government and start managing the state. We entrepreneurs within an association, for example, we people, in each of these industries appoint 10 lawyers who spend eight hours a day just performing these types of activities. Then in a month we make a gigantic leap. In a year we'll be in a different reality, and in a decade we'll still be somewhere else. This is one area. The only problem I see is spheres of influence. But we are the spheres of influence, because we create, we create, we form this state. But that's it. You have to believe. You have to believe, Mr. President. You have to move forward. That's how it is. That's the way the world is. There's no point, that's the way the world is: there are spheres of influence. And just because Poland doesn't have its own intelligence service, it's also a sphere of influence somewhere. So, that's the way the world is. We're not offended by that, because that's how the world is. We simply have to be smarter, more cunning. We have to be, as I say, a dragon, a fox, a monkey, and a tiger, right? We have to have all these qualities and create our well-being, our prosperity, even more effectively than other countries; let them perhaps emulate us. So it's very important that after this podcast, after which I promise myself an unimaginable amount, we promise that there will be another wave of entrepreneurs who say: "We're coming, we're not looking at history with a blank slate, we're creating a new state, a new world, a new reality." We do not want to go to any parliaments, we do not want to go to any senates, we do not want to be presidents, we do not want to be politicians, I am talking about myself . I never had such ambition. Most entrepreneurs I know. We don't want to, but we want to create well-being. Have influence, but in order to create, not for the sake of influence, for the well-being of people, so that officials are better off, so that our employees are better off. Ladies and gentlemen, we talked here before the podcast with the president. The president is also a lawyer. I don't know if everyone knows, I found out , so I found out through a colleague, so to speak, through a conversation with colleagues, why it's getting harder and harder for us every year. Well, so many people are working in the Sejm and Senate to make things better for us, and it's harder for us. But I once wrote a scientific publication and there I found such reports as are created in law. Ladies and Gentlemen, on average 33,000 pages of legal regulations are created annually in Poland. The exception was last year when there were 37,000 pages. On average, 33,000. If we add the EU ones, there are 50,000 pages of regulations in about a decade, half a million pages. Not half a million recipes, just pages and pages of recipes. Dear people, do not give up on this. The officials who produce it. And this is still gaining momentum, because I also said how it is gaining momentum in Brussels . Well, do you really not have a minimum of reflection? Do you think that for the next decades you will be adding tens of thousands of pages to our files and do you think that we will use it with full effectiveness to build the well-being of our country? You are completely confusing us . During Wilczek's time, the Wilczek Act consisted of less than 60 articles, of which 13 were concessions, if I remember correctly. And the revolution was and was. Well, that's what revolution is based on. The revolution is based on freedom of mind and economic activity. And you , politicians and officials, are laboriously doing something counterproductive, something laboriously counterproductive to what is the only possible source of positive economic effect and economic development. And we are also preparing for the unification of everything, i.e. total, permanent surveillance. And we will probably talk about it in more detail next time, but that's the truth. As you have already mentioned, and you are, you represent the financial sector, so you, like few others, know that AML regulations were introduced and they were introduced under the noble slogan of counteracting money counterterrorism. But my dear ladies and gentlemen, I don't know if you know, or maybe I don't know if all of you know, because you probably don't know, that these regulations basically say that they're not looking for, well, they're probably also looking for, right, arms dealers, right, right, if someone wants a nuclear missile, they probably want it too, but if you read this law carefully, you'll notice that it says that when you deposit cash, even 10 złoty, into a bank, the bank has to ask, what is the source of the money? And if the value exceeds the coefficient specified there, it must be sent to the tax office. Permanent invigilation. We don't want that. This provision must be abolished. And I wouldn't give a damn about any other Polish state, it's time for the humanitarian forum, but I'll just change this quickly, I touched on this topic because it would be taken up, Professor, there are two two issues, as I happened to know, I've already forgotten about these numbers, but if I took into account how many people die in the world as a result of terrorism, i.e., what, among other things, does this law do, if you subtract the Middle East and all that, then it's 1 in 10. Yes, it's completely irrelevant. The second thing, this one is money laundering, please note, the amounts you mentioned, the thresholds, like in the United States with the Patriot Act, i.e. the events of September 11th made it possible for the government, for the nation to agree that we would surveil you, these levels have not been increased since the summer. After all, let's take into account the value of inflation, everything and so on. Are we being controlled at ever lower levels? And on the other hand, this cash, well, this cash comes from here, from this control. The issue of uh, the elimination of cash, because people would like to use cash, but they will force us through regulations not to use it, i.e. ATM withdrawals, some costs, and so on, and so forth, in order to permanently surveil us. Mr. President, there is no way, they wo n't force us to do anything. There is no way, they will not force you to do anything, because we, the people, constitute the substance of these countries. We the people constitute, there is no way. We will not allow ourselves to be forced, neither by states, nor by the EU, nor by anyone, neither by politicians, nor by any sphere of influence, because we are one person, perhaps not so overly wise, because there he is able to use one and a half kilowatts of this energy per day. It is like this, but in aggregate, but wisdom is collective in all of us. It's starting to wake up, as if it's starting to wake up, because it's going further and further again. But that's just how it is. Not all people together. There is no person who has not said something wise in his life. You just need to listen carefully to everyone. Altman himself, incidentally, supposedly manages the Open in such a way that he does not go out at all, does not give instructions. Apparently he just goes around asking people what they think. He believes that there is so much wisdom in everyone that they will collectively create the desired value. This is more or less how I learned to manage my company over the years. I don't actually give instructions. I ask people what they think. coming up with such fantastic, phenomenal ideas that I would have sat there for months without coming up with them, and so we will create a new state, that is, we will create a movement. We must speak either engineering or legal language, or preferably both, with those who usurp the right to manage this entire country and the world as a whole. Therefore, we create these structures, we give meaning to our work as entrepreneurs, we give faith, because this faith is incredibly important for us to believe. You know, when I come and look at you, a successful man, you know how much faith you inspire in me, right, as an entrepreneur.
