All right. How to get women without going to a bar or a club ever. Um, these are some of the things that hot women genuinely crave in a man. And I'm going to be giving you a practical approach here. I'm going to be giving you a practical approach that works, a practical approach that makes sense. If you're anything like me, I value getting good workouts in. I value getting a good night's rest. I value being in bed by 10 or 11:00 and going to bed at the same time every day. I don't like to drink. I don't like to party. I don't like to have my health um basically go down the toilet and my fitness go down the toilet just because I'm out partying too much and all this stuff. I'm not interested in any of that. I want the most amount of results in the least amount of time possible while doing the least amount of work. That's what I want. So, I also want that in my dating life. So, the way you win effortlessly at anything in life, okay, is by controlling variables. You should write that down on a piece of paper. This is something I'm going to teach you. So listen here because this is really important. Okay? The way you win at anything in life is by controlling the variables and doing only the actions needed, okay, or required in order to get the result. So the easiest way for me to describe this, okay, um is probably through like a business example. Okay, so take business for an example. Let's say you have a guy and he wants to start a business. So, if you take like a dude for example who wants to start a business, let's say he just focuses on selling, okay, and then delivering the product. Well, cool. He has a business. He's probably making money. He probably has customers. Awesome. Most people don't focus on the core things needed. Most people, okay, they start planning out every little variable. Okay? So, they're going to draft this big, oh, I need this social media campaign strategy and I need this email marketing strategy and then I got to do this and I got to do that and I got to network and I go to all these events and then and then at the end of the day, most people have a bunch of ideas and it didn't help make them any money or grow their business. That's a perfect example. Well, the same goes for how most guys try to date. They try to go out with a random approach and they just hope that one thing leads to the next, but there's too many variables. There's too much noise. So, let me give you an example. There's too much noise a lot of times with dating. Let's say you have a dude and he decides to go out to the club with his friends. Well, now you got to deal with all this loud music and all this bass thumping over and over. And then there's women that you want to talk to, but then all of a sudden you got to talk to all of her friends because they're in a big group. Okay? And now all of a sudden, it's 2:00 a.m. and you're tired and it's 2:00 a.m. and she's tired and you want to go home. And then you're hoping you can just get this phone number and hopefully she goes out on a date with you. Okay? Uh it's like you're both sitting in this dance floor or on this dance floor. Now you guys are probably both sweaty. It's like the whole thing's just terrible. Okay. Now you don't sleep because you're up too late. Now you end up skipping the gym. It's just a total mess. This is how most guys live their life with a bunch of variables that they can't control and then they end up doing a bunch of random crap when if they would have just focused on the basics, everything would have been way better. So, you want to control the variables so you don't have to be part of all of the crap that modern men have to participate in just to get laid or just to get a girlfriend. So, how do you do this? Okay. Well, step one to doing this would be to actually become attractive. This is really important. You have to actually become attractive. So, I'll show you a picture of me last year um towards I think it was June or July when I was at my peak conditioning. So, this is me at peak conditioning to look this way. Well, what actually had to happen in order to look this way? Well, I had to get my sleep on point. That was like the biggest the biggest driving factor for me to actually look really good was controlling my sleep because the more I slept, the better I recovered. It was easier to hit my workouts. It was easier to perform. My strength in the gym had to be documented and on point. My diet was on point. My sleep was on point. My mindset was on point. And it required a lot of discipline. No sugar, no drinks at the bar. What was the main benefit? The main benefit was that I no longer needed to go to a bar in the first place to even meet people or to socialize or to meet women or nothing. There's sometimes I'd be just walking down the wherever. I'd be at the mall or I'd be anywhere and I'd meet a woman, switch numbers. Cool. Now you have a date lined up. You are on your dating app, you load up a few pictures and she thinks you're hot. Pretty easy. No fancy text messages, no nothing. Hey, want to grab food with me later? Send. Sure. Love to. Okay, meet me here. Send. Very simple. Things are simple when she thinks you're attractive. So what I now was able to do when I started understanding through the years that I can control the variables in my life to get a better result. What I was now able to do was focus on work, okay, and build a great lifestyle or career for myself. Um get great sleep at night, 7 days a week, which was really important to me. Okay, no pounding headaches from the night out or drinking. Okay, no headaches the next morning. And on top of that, I can now meet women anywhere. Doesn't matter if I was walking down uh, you know, a walk walking path. Doesn't matter if I was on the bike trail. Doesn't matter if I was on a hike. Doesn't matter if I was at the shopping mall. Anywhere. I just meet people. It was awesome. Okay. And then on top of that, I only had to say a few words. Hey, you look gorgeous. You want to go out sometime? If she does, she does. And if she doesn't, she doesn't. And the women who do just say yes. And then when you make the plan to go on the date, she just attends because she wants to. You have to make this way easier for yourself. So it's like when you live this way, it's like, cool, I can now get numbers. I can now get laid. I can now even get a girlfriend. This is such a win. Okay, this is such a win. This was such a win because of what I was able to do. But what I didn't have to do was even better. Okay, let this sink in. What I didn't have to do was even better. I didn't have to do any of the crap that I had no interest in doing anymore. None of it. I didn't have to do any of the crap that I had no interest in doing anymore. So, I could stop pretending to care about the stuff that I didn't care about. Because this is what happens is a lot of guys, you're in this situation where you have to act like you care about all this stuff. It's like you don't want to have to talk to all five of her friends, but now you do because you're there anyways. You're doing all this extra stuff when you don't want to. and you can't get time back in your life. So, you got to be very specific with where you put your time. Okay? So, let me give you an example. I don't care to talk to her friends. If I think she's hot and I want to talk to her, I want to talk to her. I want to go out on a date with her. I don't care to talk to her friends. I just don't. I can try pretending, but I don't want to. Okay? I don't want to stay up late. Okay? I don't want to act like I care to vibe and socialize with all these people all night long. I don't care. You can go vibe by yourself, whatever. Like, I don't care. I already have a few friends that have been my lifelong friends. I don't really need a whole lot of other people, and I don't care. I want to just be able to go out on the date and live my life. Okay. So, basically, the mindset that I started to carry was like, "Okay, I'm a grown man. I got to do. I got stuff going on in my life, and I'm not going to act like I don't. I'm not going to sit here and just hang out and pretend like I care to be doing all this crap that everybody has to do." So this lifestyle that I'm describing, okay, is essentially part of the habits that I teach inside of my community. So let me give you an example.
